This was my lawn before weed man in the first 2 pitchers.the last 5 pictures are after weed man.my lawn is watered every other night and some mornings.dont use them. Because they cant even explain to your face what happened to my lawn 3 this is three applications 3 months

Daric was a wonderful technician. He listened to my concerns regarding spiders and wasps and sprayed those areas. He also sprayed the entire foundation. I was told that he would return if I had any problems.

Initially Weed Man was good at fertilization and aeration but the weed control application was over six weeks later, after many of the weeds had grown. I called and asked for a supervisor or manager to call and talk to me but that never happened.

Weed man was able to get rid of peaky weeds we’d been trying to get rid of for years. With them ongoing summer service, the weeds try to come back each year but are caught and eliminated all summer long. Our lawn is green and lush with the help of their great service. They’ll even come back and respray if dandelion or other weeds reappear. I highly recommend!

We struggled with crab grass and clovers for a couple years and no matter what we did, we couldnt get rid of it. I started using Weed Man and within a few weeks, all the crab grass and clovers were gone. My lawn has never looked better!

My lawn has been fed properly and I have very few weeds. The chemicals are friendly for pets and humans. I plan on having this great service again in the future. My lawn looks great to me!

After one application,the weeds were GONE!!

Not very impressed with this company and wont be using again. Gave them a try for a year and my lawn issues werent corrected. I still had a lot of weeds and parts of my lawn were burned. Also, they have a continuous program, meaning, even though you agree and pay for a year of service, they keep providing service and bill you. When I contacted their office, they were quick to mention the renewal letters they sent and a text message notifying me they were coming to my home and since I didnt respond, they came anyway. Pretty shady if you ask me. I agreed and paid for a year of service and thats what I should have received. What if other retailers were to just show up at your door and deliver unwanted food, misc merchandise, furniture etc and leave you bill for those items? Pretty unprofessional!

They have been awesome. Our weeds were horrible when we moved in and in one season we now get compliments on our lawn. I love that I can just send a text when I need them to come back and they have been really great coming out within a few days of my text.

Do not give these people your information. A few years ago, a man working for Weed Man knocked on my door trying to sell their services. I took a pamphlet and said I would talk it over with my husband. He asked if he could have my number to check back with me, so I gave it to him. Big mistake. We looked at the pamphlet, talked it over, and decided we did not want the service. A man from Weed Man called me soon after and I told him we didnt need their services. He was very rude and asked why I would give them my number if I didnt want the service. I explained the situation and asked not to be contacted again. I have been contacted several times since and have asked to be placed on their do not call list at least three times. They called me again today, and I politely said that I had already asked not to be contacted and to please put me on the do not call list. The man calling didnt say another word. He just hung up. This is not professional behavior. I do not know how well they take care of lawns, but I do know I would never hire them based on how Ive been treated.

I had a small glimmer of hope that our lawn could be saved when we signed up for a quote with the salesman that came to our door. This was last year and our lawn did improve by the end of the summer. But this spring our lawn looks amazing!! Excellent job guys 😁

Our lawn looks great thanks to Weed Man! It is green and weed free. I like how I can conveniently pay online. They offer other lawn services, aeration and grub control, but we havent used that. They arent high pressure to buy the extras.

Knocked on our door at night despite a clearly visible no-soliciting sign. There are other effective and less intrusive ways to advertise, and showing disrespect as your first interaction with a potential customer isn’t a great business practice.

Weed man has come 3 times this summer to service my yard. My yard did not green up. There was no significant weed control. I finally applied fertilizer and weed control myself, and experienced immediate results. I noticed no difference in the yard before they came and in the few weeks after they came. I sometimes wonder if they actually performed any service at all.

I appreciated the personal contact the young man made with me following today’s weed treatment. He was knowledgeable and shared a suggestion on what I could do in one area of my lawn that has never responded well to grass. To me that is going the extra mile!

This was our first year using weed man and I am thoroughly disappointed in their services. I have weeds all over my yard, my yard is not any greener than it was before their “fertilizer”, and they would schedule services without contacting me first. Definitely would not recommend them.

They knocked on our door late at night well after dark, waking up my children and just kept talking over me as I said it’s very late and they had woken us up. I had to close the door on them because they wouldn’t listen and they never apologized.

I met a rep at the Davis Home Show and received a quote that I was happy with. I let him know I was interested in having them come fertilize my yard. A few weeks later I had another rep call and confirm what I wanted and the price that was agreed upon. The rep then told me that they would start spraying when the snow melted probably around March and would contact me. It is now May and my grass is growing but filled with weeds. I was never contacted, no one has come by to spray, basically forgotten. The ball was dropped and lost a customer who is loyal to companies who treat their customers right and refer to others. Not this time unfortunately.

This does not work. They tell you to call then they come out at thier convenience. It is not worth the service they provide. They come every 5 to 7 weeks . So it could almost be 2 months in between. I still call every few weeks for my weeds. Dont do it.

We have never used a lawn service like this. they were great to deal with and our lawn looked better this year then in the ten years we have lived in this house, and i didnt have to deal with it. the price was basically the same as buying fertilizer myself but they did it for me. was very happy with how it turned out and the cost.

Set up service in late fall for the following spring. I described a particularly difficult weed and the caller indicated they would do everything up to and including Round Up direct applications.They showed up for the first application. It was ok but they did nothing for this particular weed. Nothing. Prior to the second application I spoke with the gentleman who called me to set up the service. He didnt remember agreeing to anything, but agreed to have something done on the next visit. That visit came and went and my weeds are still alive. The technician said he would come back a week later. If he did, I was never informed. The people are nice enough, but the product is lacking, as is the follow-through.

I cant speak to the quality of their product. But do not let them get your information or you will be harassed beyond belief! I have asked several times for them to stop calling, especially at odd hours of the night. Yet, they continue to call. I placed their number under my blocked list in my phone and they just call from a new number. Its an endless cycle!

The Weedman treatments are definitely improving my lawn.

These guys are great I love that they actually will listen to what you want and they dont do the job half way. I have had the spray treatments before and the grass looks good for a short while then looks worse than before. The slow release formula that Weedman uses is great it doesnt make the grass green the same day but it does come up green and thick a few days later and it stays that way all summer. The honesty and reliability of Weedman is second to none you guys are awesome!!

Warning!! I had Weed Man do service last year and wasnt impressed with the results. They showed up this year without my authorization and claimed that we had a contract. I have an office that overlooks my yard and noticed that when the service person showed up and serviced my yard, he didnt apply any fertilizer. When he left the invoice on my door it stated that he fertilized the lawn. Ive called them several times but they continue to call and email me about my past due bill. They also stated I had a written contract and when I asked for a copy, they changed their story stating that it is a verbal contract and they have it recorded. When I asked for a recorded copy, they tell me they dont have it.

The product that they place on the lawn is great but as far as the customer service it was horrible. I called at the end of March to subscribe and it took 5 weeks for someone to show up and fertilize my lawn. Then I get a bill stating that I owe them money when I had already paid. Someone broke into their mail box in Ogden Utah and stole the checks. The accounts payable is a joke no one would help me but put me on hold or just the run around. I would not recommend them to anyone based on their administration.

The Deadman came and spread the spring fertilizer then cleaned the walks. Quick and clean.

Absolutely the worst lawn care service Ive ever had. They killed my weeds, but also killed my lawn in the process. Their scheduling is horrible. They dont ask you when youre available, they just come over whenever they want. Theyve come over when Ive specifically told them not to. They broke my swing and didnt care to offer to replace it. Never go with this company.

I had a spurge problem. Even though I was signed up for Weedman’s routine annual service, I told them about my problem. They applied a special treatment and the spurge disappeared.The internet said if spurge is not killed during its emergence stage, there is nothing that can be done. The internet is wrong, it should say “Call Weedman!”

Updated review:After several calls from WeedMan trying to swindle me out of my money for another year, they never once tried to resolve my concerns, they were just loaded with empty promises and things I was doing wrong to my lawn. Ryan from WeedMan is the reason I will never do business with them again. He offered me the same deal as last year saying they would win my business over. If you want me to give you another chance you can’t offer me the same crappy deal, offer me an awesome one. Then when trust is there you can justify the cost the year after. Until then I’ll do it myself or find a company with better results.Original review (2 of 5 stars):They did OK with the weeds but my grass was the brownest in the neighborhood this year and I was the only one who didnt fertilize the grass myself. They called several times asking me to buy their other products but not once to see how I enjoyed their services. I feel like they are affordable and would love to keep using them but I dont want to have to call them every 2 weeks to come re-apply fertilizer to make my grass look healthy.

I have a do not ring doorbell sign and tape over my doorbell and a no soliciting sign visibly posted. Doorbell still rang at 8:20 pm with a sales person. Pointed both out to him and closed the door. Teach your sales people to read and to follow Provo city soliciting codes (it is part of their job to look for a no soliciting sign and then vacate the property immediately).

This is my 6th season with Weed Man, my yard has NEVER looked better. It is nice to talk to someone who actually has a clue about what your lawn needs. I had a billbug infestation I thought was just a sprinkler issue, their tech was on top of it, showed me exactly what was going on, then knew how to fix it. They do not call me every other week trying to upsell me services that I really dont need. I daresay Weed Man has my business for as long as I live in this home!

After horrible service, they continued to call after I had asked them not to contact me. Salesman on the phone was offensive, ignorant and very unprofessional. Would never use again or recommend.

A young man came to my door even though we have a no soliciting sign just to get our information so a sales rep could contact us. I obliged to get him off my door step as it was 8 pm. I figured I would just block their number when they called. Big mistake that was. DO NOT give them any information. They will NOT STOP calling. Even after blocking their number I still get calls from them. As for their lawn car service, I cannot say how well of a job they do because I will not use them after the harassment.

They never responded to me or my husband when we told them we were not happy with their service. They had our credit card on file and kept charging it each month after we canceled our service with them. each time we called they said they did not have record of it and would fix it, and guess what the next month the charge would be there again. I would never recommend these people to anyone!!!

My first fertilizer application they were a day late. Was supposed to have a second application which they called to confirm but never showed up. Unreliable!!
