Saw them doing the neighbors yard and thought Id give them a shot. It usually only takes us 10 minutes to do our small front yard but figured it was worth the convenience. I asked the yard care team how much it would be to do our small area while they were out here and they replied, a lot. I thought that was an unprofessional answer but called anyway. I called and agreed to sign up and was told they could do our small yard while they were here. The yard care team then contradicted the receptionist and said they didnt have time. A yard that takes 10 minutes with my push mower would have taken 5 with their riding mower. I called and canceled the contract. Dont waste your money on a company that doesnt want it.

These people are very good and they always friendly.

Lawn care wise they seem to be decent. My biggest and only complaint is the total and complete lack of communication. There is no notice they are coming, they just show up. They dont even knock to let you know theyve arrived or finished. The only way we know theyve come is they leave the invoice in the front door. Which we rarely use our front door, and have at times let our kids out to play on the lawn barefoot only latter to discover they had arrived earlier in the day and spayed weed killer on the lawn. If they would just knock to let us know theyve arrived or left theyd be 5 stars.

Was going to have them do my yard care for weeds, but when I had a change come up it took 4 days to get back to me. I found someone who answers the phone every time I call, not 4 days later. If this is how you do business then I will go elsewhere!

I started using Mattinson 2 years ago. The first year was great! The owner is very knowledgeable, the staff was very helpful. By the second year of service the receptionist was very short and unprofessional with me. I would schedule service and they didnt show over and over. When he finally did show it rained within the hour of service, which ruined the product. After several calls asking for another application, they reapplied the product, but it was too late, the fungus wreaked havoc in my yard. This year has been worse than last year. The receptionist told me that I am on the schedule and they will get to me when they can get to me. I asked her what that meant and she said we will get to you when we can get to you. Okay then...and no Thank you!

Justin and crew are awesome! From monthly lawn and weed treatments to deep fertilization of trees and shrubs, pest (all kinds) control, to winter snow removal - they are fabulous. Justin was clearing our business parking lot and noticed me clearing the walkways. He stopped plowing and grabbed a shovel to have me try (it worked way better than my style of shovel) and then helped me finish! Truly cares about customers.

Justin is an extraordinary professional, he will treat you like a friend and definitely very knowledgeable about what he does.

Poor communication between office and tech. They were supposed to spray inside the home and outside yard. Missed spraying outside, only the base of the house, even though we clearly told them what we wanted. So we had them come back. They came on a day that we werent scheduled (and we were not home) and sprayed only the front yard. Were supposed to come 3 days later and spray the whole yard. So we had them come back. Third time should be the charm, but our ants and spiders are still thriving inside and outside the home. Never will use this company again.

We have used Mattinson Pest Control several times. They are quick to respond and are very professional to work with. I highly recommend them for your pest control problems!

I just had Mattinsons aerate my lawn and I was very satisfied with their work. The technician was very friendly and even went above and beyond to aerate our hard to get to backyard. I got quotes for lawn aeration from several different places that service the Provo area and Mattinsons was the best price and they did a great job! Would definitely recommend!

Justin has been great. He has helped with fertilizing our trees and making the dandelions disappear. He also has made the bugs stay out of our house. I would highly recommend him. They do quality work at a fair price. If you love a great lawn and hate bugs he is the man.

Called them on a Thursday morning and made an appointment for Friday morning. Asked for a call to clarify what to do. They said they would get back to me soon. A day later no call and apparently no appointment. Worthless!

Wow... Mattinson has saved my time, money and my LAWN. They have repaired my sprinkler system and did weed control. They were fast, fair and worth penny. The yard look great. Like I said....Wow

I tried to get them to come out twice to do an estimate on my lawn but they never showed. And then they lied about coming out and said that they did but upon reviewing my security cameras for my house no one showed up or parked in front of my house or even appeared to look at my lawn. They outright lied to my face about coming out to look at my yard to give me an estimate. Will never do business with them.
