Took over a week for the screen to be ordered and delivered. Once delivered, I had to follow up and arrange the drop off of the broken phone. When we showed up at her home she refused to meet us outside the home to get the phone to repair the screen. She said she was unable to come outside because she was fixing another phone?Poor communication and horrible service. The price was low, not sure why but you are definitely better off going elsewhere!
