I get sucked in by their $5 deals, then realize they never teach the back of my vehicle. They do have better people working there now. Last summer I quit going because of the snotty attitudes of a couple of their workers. The young man that helped us today was awesome. Great improvement

Great car wash that provides window cleaner, surface cleaner and lint free cleaning clothes along with vacuum wands, and trash bag for your car.

I signed up for an Extreme membership and only had to pay $5 the first month, and the employees were not pushy but were helpful and answered any questions that I had. There was an issue at my signup with the computer system they were using, and the employee told me that she would take care of it. The issue is that I never signed anything or knew what I was agreeing to, which is my own fault. I never received any email or text message confirmation about my membership. I used my membership 3 times, but didnt notice anything that special about the Extreme wash. In fact, there were bugs and some streaks that it couldnt get out, even after two washes. I wasnt very impressed with it. I cancelled my membership using their online forms on July 13, and they say to give them a 7-day notice before your bill date so that they can cancel the membership before charging the card again. My bill date was August 2, and they charged me anyway. I called them and they were able to resolve it, but told me that the person who initially handled my cancellation request simply didnt do it. For a car wash company that relies almost solely on membership payments, they need to better to train their employees on how to handle them.

Better than Quick Quack. More competitive prices, more thorough cleaning and free to use interior car cleaning products. Vip membership is great for my black car thats constantly getting covered in dust and hard water this summer. Great all round.

Wiggy wash has always cleaned our cars better than other local car washes. Reasonable membership fees and free vaccuum and towels/cleaner available to clean the interior when you get an exterior car wash.

Car wash was great, unfortunately my car has hard water spots. The 2nd location has a clay bar. :) Employees and service is awesome.

My aunt and I washed the car. We had. The dogs in the car they loved it. One of the dogs where licking the window. The other was just laying on the floor wagging his tail.

Worst experience today! Will never go back again! Terrible customer experience and management didnt make it right. Machines were broken and they couldnt accept payment. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.

Wash was alright, but not much better than gas station - and more expensive. I went back a second time, got same $20 wash package (and had a similar experience).

The wash is on and off. Sometimrs it cleans well other times it dont. T oh re shine never does a good job. The people guiding you in never pay attention.

They make cancelling your membership difficult, and the car wash doesnt get the rear of my truck. I always have to hand wash the tailgate on my F150. The vacuums, and available wash cloths and cleaning spray is nice to have.

I have had several accounts with them for several months, and I had to cancel one of them. They claim I submitted the wrong number with the cancelation request (which could be true), and they used that number and cancelled someone elses account instead of mine! It is a good thing I didnt ask them to change to the most expensive plan, as they would have done that, changing some stranger double the money instead of validating that I am who I say I am.The washes are fantastic, but the business practices are a disaster. Dont trust these people with your data, as they are not taking it seriously, and someone could just get the number off your windshield and start sending it in on the web site asking for a higher priced plan, and they would just do it, without verifying that you are the one making the request. And then they will argue with you about whether it is a good idea.

Wiggy Wash is very easy to get through and usually does a good job at cleaning your car. I originally had a Quick Quack membership and they just weren’t cleaning my car. My truck was still always dirty and the marketer quick quack uses wouldn’t come off. One wash through at Wiggy it was a lot cleaner and better looking!

Wasnt expecting this, but when I pulled up to pay for a wash, I was given a flyer and sent through for free! My car looks great. Free vacuums and air hoses, plus a machine that washes your floor mats (as long as theyre not too thick. Mine were). Theres also a vending machine for air fresheners, wipes, etc. I like Wiggy Wash better than Quick Quack, plus I found out its veteran-owned!

Love the VIP experience at Wiggy Wash. They have great prices on annual passes and I can go as many times as I need to. My car always looks great because the brushes really do work. I’ve been to other car washes and even had a pass somewhere else but my car was not really getting cleaned and after one try at wiggy wash, I decided to change. We love Wiggy Wash and I wash my car a lot but it didnt come very clean this time. I dont usually use the Extreme Wash. There was some bird dung on the side window that was really stuck but it didnt even touch it. It seemed to not blow much of the water off either. The wheels look great and overall it satisfactory.

I love Wiggy Wash! It is very convenient with two locations close to me. And I love that they rinse AND dry your car unlike other car washes in town. My car is black and so getting the car dry makes a big difference. VIP for life!!!

I’m not leaving this message to deter people from using wiggy wash, they are as good as the next competitor. Rather, to inform whoever reads these to teach their young crew to pay attention to detail and take longer to clean cars, even though you may have to wait 15 more minutes, I’m sure people would be happier if there car was spotless. I paid extra for a detailed clean and there are always spots missed. Inside windows weren’t wiped down 100% wax was left in cracks of the panels, seats are never vacuumed off. Etc. and air fresheners are fairly cheap and should be given with every monthly service subscription, not just the expensive one.

Wiggy Wash is fast and efficient. We have a monthly pass and just drop by every time we’re in town. If anything isn’t working right, we just report it to the attendant, and the problem gets resolved. They also do a great job with detailing. We enjoy Wiggy Wash!

Hands down the best car wash I’ve ever been through! The employees were so friendly and helpful and greeted us as we pulled up. My kids loved the tunnel and were so entertained the whole time. Not to mention, the tunnel was huge! Much better than some 15 second car wash. My car came out looking brand new. I love this place!!!! HIGHLY recommend!

This is the best car wash in the state! Much more thorough cleaning and the staff are very helpful. They have great vacuums and a mat cleaner. The monthly pass is a great feature as well.

Great service by the front attendant. The Vacuums could use some attention, 5 of the hoses were not working.

This place is fast and affordable. I get my truck washed about 3-4 times a week. Drive in and drive out. If your not using them your missing out. Kelli was great as well.

One of the best car washes I’ve ever gotten! My car was nearly spotless after it went through, except for a few spots, but nothing too noticeable. The complimentary vacuums and floor mat cleaner were also extremely helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Pretty decent car wash, quick to get in and out. The only issue I have is, I have a truck and often the drying stage doesn’t do the best job. It would be nice if the drying motors adjusted for the height of the vehicle, the sides of my truck get dried but my windows get almost completely missed.

We are repeating customers. The wash is fast, and easy, it seems to wash the car really well. Even with a lift and big tires. The customer service is great every time we go through. I always hand wipe the car down and never see and major issues with missed spots. We will go back for sure.

Recomend using their towels and glass cleaners, with just the wash it is not enough

Love Wiggy Wash! Their employees are so nice! All of them wave and are friendly. You hardly see great customer service these days. Today the car wash shut down and the attendant walked by each car and looked straight at me too see if I was okay with a thumbs up. I don’t know why it randomly stopped, but I loved that he checked with every car to make sure they were okay before starting it back up. Side Note: I have been using Wiggy Wash for years now and this is the first time the wash has stopped mid cycle and I’m not putting it in the review for a negative thing. Wiggy Wash keeps my car sparkling clean! The vacuums at Wiggy Wash are thee best! I also love the free car mat washing machine. Getting a pass to Wiggy Wash was the best idea ever—I don’t get really upset when my kids spill chips, crackers, etc because I know the vacuums at Wiggy Wash will take care of the mess.

Brushes for the top miss pretty much half of the hood & top of my vehicle. Truck was just really dusty this time, no heavy dirt or mud and you could totally see where the brushes missed, still looks dirty. Yes, I can run it through as many times as needed where I have the pass but I shouldn’t need to for dust. Did I mention the truck is a 2018, pretty much brand new so not talking about an old truck that looks old, it should be clean when I go thru once.

I just started using Wiggy Wash. The first time I used it my care was perfectly shiny. The second time I used it my windshield did not come all the way clean, many bugs were left. I really like the people who are working. They have been very kind. Next time I go I will ask if they will scrub my windshield before I go through the car wash.

I always love coming to Wiggy Wash over in the Canyon Creek complex! Staff is always welcoming and easy to deal with. And I like that they check the bed of my truck and make sure something valuable isn’t going to get soaked!!

It had been a while since we were able to clean our car. Going through with bugs and other caked on stuff, the wash was able to get a good amount of those things off. Since that was an automated process, it doesnt have the ability to double check. The vacuum area was great. I was able get a deep vacuuming in. There was even a machine to clean the floor mats. It bends the mat so if there is a stiff bit of metal on it, it may not make it through. You can control if it uses water on the mat or not. Since it was my first time here, I didnt realize this location is only the wash and vacuum bays. No detailing done at the north Spanish Fork facility.

Weve tried Supersonic, Quick Quack and Wiggy Wash around the valley many times but I was most impressed with Wiggy Wash. Their wash first time through was by far the cleanest and for the kids they seem to have no shortage of colored LED lights they love it too. And I enjoy not having to wash the car at home. Everyone wins.

For the availability and service, in comparison to other car wash places in the area, Wiggy wash is better. It’s as automated as a car wash can get. The vacuum area is mostly ok.I can’t give it five stars because I’m not completely wowed by the place, but again - better than the rest. Signing up is fairly straight forward, but modifications on an account can be tricky, and canceling a membership is trickier.Hey get a 4 because I’m mostly satisfied for what I get in comparison to other places I’ve tried. I would recommend Wiggy Wash to someone living in they Utah County area.

I really like this new Wiggy Wash. It does a great job spraying off the car before scrubbing it so my car doesn’t get scratched. I like all the features it offers. The soap scrub, armor all protect, wax and rain-x. They also have free vacuums without a time limit. The only thing I wish they’d give is a free dash wipe like they do at quick quack.Really it’s a great place to get your car washed.

I love being a VIP member. It’s nice to get my car washed whenever that random rainstorm comes through. I also enjoy being able to use the vacuums as needed.

Thank you for the free car wash!!! I came to the car wash today because our car got left outside and the sprinkler sprayed it. Unfortunately, the car wash didn’t do anything to touch the hard water spots. But I loved the coverage! I drive an Audi Q7 and it washed front, sides and back beautifully. Most drive thru washes miss the back of our car. The wheel shine was great except it didn’t quite make it all the way around the tire so I have about a 5” gap without shine. Overall, it was a great wash. Thanks again!

Im addicted to Wiggy Wash! I love my unlimited plan! I am a realtor and have to keep my car clean. Its black, so it shows every speck of dust. 😂I dont worry anymore because I can just run it through any Wiggy Wash location and Im good to go.

We have a VIP pass for each of our vehicles. There are a couple of our vehicles that always need special attention. The staff at the Springville store remembers and happily helps us out. They are always so friendly and helpful!

I only use the self serve wash, after a few upsetting full detail services. I do like the self serve wash BUT I wish it did a better job of getting the bugs off and the back of an SUV clean, I have to ask for them to spray the vehicle off and I feel like I shouldnt have to ask.I really wish they would add someone scrubbing the front of the vehicle and spraying the back, especially in the winter and bug season!Overall it beats the competition and we are kind of limited in where I live!

I never have seen my car so clean and shiny after a drive in car wash. This place is by far the best!!! I love this place. I really recommend it. You can vacuum your car without a timer on the vacuum. Which I think it’s awesome because I personally take forever. Ohh and it also has this very cool mat cleaner.

Wiggy wash is more expensive than most car washes for a lesser service.Don’t bother getting the tire shine add on at any location because it hardly does anything and isn’t worth the money. If you’re gonna get tire shine make sure they do it by hand.I also don’t like that they don’t automatically include a hand towel dry like Fabulous Freddys in St. George.

The employee who helped (Spencer) was awesome! He was happy, welcoming as I pulled up and helped walk me through the process. I would give him a 5 star. The car wash itself wasn’t great. The whole back part of my car by the license plate still had dirt as if I never even washed it. I have a GMC Acadia. I would also say that there isn’t a whole lot of suction in the vacuums. I did love the mat cleaner though!! Overall, a 3 star.

For the most part I have been really happy with WiggyWash. I only had one incident where in the wash a truck was in front of me and in the middle of the wash our vehicles bonked each other. There was no damage but I think they shouldn’t push cars to close together when one of the vehicles is a long truck. Other than that I have been a very satisfied member of their VIP club.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly! I love their monthly pass which allows me to wash my car everyday. Their vacuums are the best and work so good! They also have a machine that will clean your mats, for free! And don’t forget about the location, it is so convenient!

Love the subscription and being able to wash off the salt anytime. They do a pretty good job. I only wish that the back of the car got cleaner and dried off better so that there werent water spots. But it is better than others I have been to.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the young man that signed me up for my VIP membership! He went above and beyond his regular duties. My hubby and I really appreciated it.The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars is because no where could I find a place where I could spray off my floor mats. I don’t have a clean spot at home where I can scrub my mats so I was hoping to be able to do it there.The facility is clean and organized well. Also, there is a great crew there.

I love how quick and easy it is to get my car washed. I have three kids so being able to vacuum my car at least twice a week is a must for this mama.

Several months ago, I visited this location to use a BOGO coupon from the local coupon calendar. I waited for an employees help for several minutes before being told to just bring the coupon back next time for a free wash. I assumed they would be able to verify my initial purchase using my license plate or credit card. However, when I came back in, they refused to honor their employees word, saying that I needed a receipt from the initial purchase. I would have requested a receipt if they had told me I needed one. Its really frustrating to have one employee tell you something then another something completely different. Apparently the staff needs more training on the policy for coupons that have been available all year. I will not be recommending Wiggy Wash any longer.
