I have a monthly membership to Quick Quack and have loved the service but the one in Spanish Fork is horrible. You pull up and inevitably wait there as others get taken care of before you. A hint is to pull into the lane closest the building. Good reason to maybe move my membership to wiggly wash.

They have a fun little take about haunted for this holiday. Just right for children. Love it. Also had a little glitch with a vacuum. An employee who was punched out and walking to his car saw me and helped. I will gladly put my limited funding in the hands of people who serve as well as they earn. Love it!!!!!!

Im never going to any Quick Quack again. Every time I go, I feel like Im driving onto a used car lot and dealing with pushy salesmen desperate for a commission check. Theyve all been trained to ask, Which membership did you want to sign up for today? as soon as I drive up. Not How are you today? or How can I help you? I absolutely feel like Im a potential membership to them and nothing more. Whenever I respond, I dont want to sign up for a membership today, they always seem surprised and ask, Are you sure? and then they immediately start explaining the different benefits of the different memberships. It takes too much energy just to explain to them that I simply want a basic wash. And the other thing: Their washes arent even close to being worth the price you pay. I once had my car go through two times, back-to-back, and their wash still wasnt able to clean some of the streaks, spots, and bugs on the car. If you feel like being pushed into a monthly membership of a service that you 1) wont use enough to justify its price, and 2) isnt worth its value even if you did, then go on down to Quick Quack Used Cars and theyll be happy to take your money from you.

I LOVE quick quack, and especially this location. Maren was the one who put me through the wash last time I went, and I love how efficient and professional the interaction was. Not to mention, how nice and happy she was! I mean, that always makes your day when you go anywhere and someone is just positive, am I right?It took me a while to actually get the membership, but I never felt pressured to do so. But I love the membership now that I have it! Im my opinion, TOTALLY worth it just to be able to get a car wash whenever the heck I want.Like I said, this is my favorite location. Living in Springville, I would drive here for a wash any day just for how good it is and how nice the people are.

Since Quick Quack responding so quickly to my rating, I decided to expand my review. The staff were excellent and the wash was great. In the end I still had quite a bit of dirt in my wheel wells and rims that I was able to spray off with a garden hose. That was the only reason I left 4 instead of 5 stars. But everything else from employees to service was top notch.

I was so disappointed, I paid for the $15.99 car wash that was supposed to clean my tires and have some rain repellent thing and none of it was true. The car was in general was horrible, my rims were still dirty, my windows weren’t clean, and it ripped off part of my license plate holder. I had to end up washing my car by hand. I definitely wouldn’t come back.

Usually pretty good and a standard quality wash for quick quack. I feel like it could be better in some ways, but for the speed, theres not much to complain about. It would be nice if they priced some paper towels to wipe off areas while still wet.

The kids love going through the wash and when I vacuum. Great activity when they need entertaining.

This is the most convenient car wash in the area since I pay monthly. The people there are always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I had to call their corporate office once because of a license plate change on wifes car and had a nice experience talking to them. Id highly recommend this car wash to everyone.

This review is really based on the interactions I’ve had with Tanner B. He is, hands down, the nicest and friendliest employee they have. Always has a smile on his face, gives you his name along with, “let me know if you need anything.” Nicest guy!

I love Quick Quack! The service is great. A kid named Evan checked me in. He answered a whole bunch of questions and was awesome. The wash was dope and the vacuums are powerful!

I live in Springville but drive over to Spanish Fork for my car washes. I have met and know several of the employees there. My favorite is Maren, she always has a smile on her face, shes willing to help and always puts a smile on your face! Shes a great addition to your team!

Half the vacuums seem to be low pressure or clogged and for the last month it seems like the drivers side blowers arent working as that side of your car is always still really wet, you can see what looks like a replacement blower in the pond but Im not sure why they havent installed it? The people that work here are friendly and quick but facility upkeep could use some attention.

I frequent this particular Quick Quack a few times a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

Got a coupon in the mail and decided to try this place out. Even though there was a hoard of cars I was able to get in quickly and get my car washed without any fuss. While the wash was decent for an automated machine it was worth the price.

Great car wash! I love the free dash wipe and vacuums available after the car wash. Its super convenient to have garbage can and vacuums so easily accessible. I also loved the compressed air to reach the little nooks and crannies. I wish I would have had my van cleaned out so that I could have given it a deep clean. :) The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

This location like all Quick Quack Car Wash locations I have visited this far is very nice! Friendly and professionally dressed staff! Great wash! I am grateful for signing up earlier on when they first started in Utah because pricing is a bit too steep now. Im grateful to be grandfathered in. Either way I still recommend the wash! Cleans your car fast and after you have great equipment to clean your car out with.

I love a clean car. I love the lights and the smell of their soap. I took off a star because my back windshield has a section that never gets clean and it is always dripping wet despite going through the dryers. I can definitely deal with those first world problems and enjoy the convenience of it!

Oh my heavens... go to this place fully caffeinated and with plenty of patience. They way they have the line set up doesnt serve customers on a first come first served basis. Its more like a cram them all in to make as much money as possible like of line.

Theres few things in life I love more than going through the car wash! I love that Quick Quack has a couple different options in pricing--one of the best values in the area. My favorite part though is the free wipes to use on the interior! They often have deals going on, sometimes they cant find the coupon code in their system but dont worry because they have great customer service and always give you the deal or sometimes even a better deal! They really take care of you. Beware, occasionally it gets REALLY busy and becomes pretty slow to get in because they only have only have one person checking you in.

Love the fun lights and colors. I have a child that gets kind of freaked out but the little special effects make a difference. We survived. Love the employees. They are super helpful and professional. Awesome high power vaccums. Our car feels like it is new. Also, love the fun sign at the end. Made me laugh.

Ive been using Quick Quack for 3.5 years and I love this business! They are competitively priced, and you can pay for 1 wash at a time, or purchase an unlimited monthly plan at a substantial discount. No matter what level wash you choose,, you are provided with a free, moist dash wipe.. it is odorless as well and doesnt leave your vehicle with a heavily perfumed scent. Its just clean. I have the Better unlimited wash plan which costs the same as 2 individual washes of the same level. This includes the dash wipe, undercarriage wash, soapy wash, wax or paint protector, spot free rinse, tire shine and air blowers that dry my car as I exit for roughly $25 per month. I wash my car at least once a week, especially in tye Utah winter months. So as far as I see, the unlimited plan is the only way to go. The employees are always smiling, professional and polite. The vacuums always work well. The forced air nozzle always has good pressure. And the garbage receptacles are always emptied long before theyre full. I dont know what more you could ask for (other than someone else washing and detailing it for you haha) and highly recommend Quick Quack. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that lately, so many cars go through so close together my car is never dried off when I exit the wash. This is probably due to over spray from the car behind you or it could be the amount of time youre allowed to stay under the blowers. Thats my only complaint.

The lines were very, very long clear out into a major road and intersection. Also, a truck turned in from another direction to cut in line in front of all of us who had to wait! Very disappointed in how much room there is for vehicles which need to wait going into the 3 check-in lanes.

Half of the car wash doesn’t even work. I had to go back through 3 times before it even washed the right side.

Employees are always professional and my kids love it here. I like that they give you a wipe for the inside of your car. My only complaint is I feel like my car doesn’t always get clean on the back end.

Love this place only bad thing is its closed on Sundays, which I know its utah county but come on, quick quack is really missing out on revenue, especially after this last storm. You guys would probably have 100 new memberships and probably put wiggy wash out of business if you were open just one more day

Membership is the only way to go! You can wash anywhere in the state. They are everywhere! Very convenient!

Affordable, FAST, professional employees, with quick IN-&-OUT service. I appreciate the great amounts of soap and foam wax applied in the car wash. Most places use minimal, which leaves your truck/car not fully cleaned, but NOT here. I highly recommend this car wash to everyone and I’m a very picky guy too. 😁👍🏼

I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon, right before noon. It was busy and we had to wait in the road for a few minutes until there was enough space on the lot. With the timing, the busyness was to be expected. I got the “best” wash and I feel like it did a decent job. The reason I took off one star is because the entire back of my Honda Odyssey doesn’t get clean in the car wash. Also, the car comes out pretty wet from the dryers. Definitely bring a microfiber towel to hand dry before you vacuum.

Fun experience for my kids, my car is clean and dry every time! Vacuums are very powerful.

None of the sprayers were right today, missed everything, and the kid doing the pre spray gave my windshield 1 quick shot, (seriously a one second shot) that was it. Im still covered in bugs. I will find another car wash. Going back trought would have been pointless.

My car was your average levelOf “dirty” after 2 or 3 weeks, I paid for the most expensive wash thinking it sounded great! Immediately after driving out of the wash and to the vacuum stalls I could see that my car did not look like I’d just washed it. I got out of my car and walked around it and if anything it looks basically the same though with the addition of a large skid mark along the side of my car I’m not thrilled about. So now I’m annoyed, still need to get my car cleaned and trying to figure out what I just spent $20 on.

I used to go to Wiggy Wash, great place; however, ever since Quick Quack came into to town and conveniently located from Costco, Ive switched and started coming here. Very reasonable monthly memberships for all of your vehicles and friendly staff. Thank you for great service. :)

Quick as advertised. Love that I dont have to sit around for a 30 min car wash. Self vacuum is great. Tire shine is great -- service always personable. Would be nice to have something for interior windows. Overall, a great addition to the community and awesome concept!

My daughter begs to visit the duck wash every time we pass. Its hard to say no when its so quick and easy. 😉 I also love the suction power and multiple attachments on their free vacuums as well. Just one question: what happened to the projected duck images that used to shine through the foam?.. My kids miss those!

I have tried quick quack multiple times, but my car doesnt end up as clean as I would like. It misses grime on the lower sides and back of my car every time! Their wash smells good, and I like their vacuums. I appreciate their 5-10 day guarantee, since it usually rains soon after I wash my car. I just prefer going somewhere else.

Washed my car nice..and I used the cheap wash...

Their tire shine scuffs my car. They used to be able to turn it off. The last 4 times I have gone into the Spanish Fork location it turns on. Each time I ask if it has been fixed and I am reassured that it is fixed. The last time the chemicals didn’t come out but the scrubber still pushed in against my car and the brushes still spun. It also spreads greasy stuff all over the side of my car guessing it’s for tires. NOT PAINT. I have called their customer service and was told someone in management would call me back. Well weeks have gone by and no call. Thinking I should take my 7 cars to a different car wash. And now the bottom part of my car is all scuffed up and dull.

Car wash so aggressive it pulled off part of my vehicles plastics. Deer guts and Bugs didnt stand a chance.

Always friendly and gets the line moving fairly quickly. Gets my car CLEAN! Which is more than I can say at other washes. Love the free vacuums and heated dryers.

This was our first time visiting this location and we had a great experience! The attendants were friendly, the car wash entertained my kids and then they even helped me clean out the car afterwards. The vacuums had great suction and the compressed air helped me get the car nice and clean.
