I checked in using the app at noon. My estimated time was a 23 minute wait. I arrived at 12:16 PM. I was on deck for another 20 minutes without anyone getting me into a chair. Two of the three employees sat there going over paperwork and reading a book when they could’ve been cutting my hair. I decided to walk out and go elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.

The person cutting my hair seemed angry and uninterested in cutting my hair. Gave them directions and they basically did what they thought would look good, not what I wanted. Cut my neckline some odd shape before asking what I wanted. And on top of that they no longer have any deals, so I payed the same price as a at a barber shop, with horrible quality control. Think its time to go to an actual barber.

My son has been getting his haircut here for a while. The last two times have been awful. WATCH OUT PARENTS! The stylists will charge you for the full service even when you tell them your child just needs a trim - no wash, hot towel, or massage! My sons stylist did it anyway and charged me for it. Yesterday he went in for a trim. He asked the stylist to cut off 1. She cut off as much as 3 in some places. His trim is uneven. Now I get to pay more $$ for someone else to fix it. We will not be coming here again. Too pricey for the poor quality and stylists are not trustworthy.

I am so livid. Maybe I should send you guys a bill for the hour of my time that you wasted. I miss when this location had great employees. Management is horrible and they keep leaving. We will no longer be supporting this business and look forward to supporting GOAT or The fellas in Spanish fork.

Sport Clips is a fantastic place for a mens/boys haircut! Its a little pricier than other places, but the quality of the cut is higher, in my experience. Danielle was the one who cut my hair, and she did an excellent job! The MVP experience is awesome if youre feeling like getting pampered, but I dont do that every time. Definitely recommend!

Ive had my hair cut at multiple other locations, and she was by far the best with the MVP. Ive finally found my future stylist. Thank you and Ill be returning in the next few weeks.

Horrible online reservation system. Make a reservation for a specific time, arrive at that time, then have to wait....a long time! Good haircut.

She did a great job! Only problem was the app said 2 hours before we could get in, so thats what we planned on. Then more stylists showed up and in less than an hour the text told me we were only 15 minutes away from the appointment... Time jumped so fast that we had to scramble out the door so we didnt miss the chance.

Have gone there twice and got a different stylist each time. Both times the stylists were fairly unfriendly - like it was a bother that I was there - even when the shop was basically free of other customers. The first hair cut was OK. The second was given by Sydney and was absolutely atrocious. She was done in about five minutes and I cant even figure out what happened (super uneven and choppy) but I know that Im going to have a wait quite a while for this to grow out. Will not be returning.

Even at the height of busyness they were efficient and did a great job. That being said, we made our appointment online. They accept walk ins, but several walk in appointments were told to come back in an hour, one lady was super frustrated that she had waited an hour and still couldn’t get in... my advice: get online and put yourself in the que instead of walking in!

Best haircuts for men hands down. The stylists know what to do to make you look your best even when you dont know. They fixed me and my sons poor hair cuts from years of abuse from other chains. Highly recommend.

I checked in online and arrived after they recommended and didn’t go back for 30 minutes. Super frustrating.Also, there was a new stylist starting that day and they were at the front of the store filling out her employment info, INCLUDING HER SOCIAL. I couldn’t believe it. If they don’t respect their employees’ privacy, they won’t respect their customers’ privacy. Totally unacceptable.

I loved sports clips! My hair is excited and happy! The only thing I wish was different was my hair was a little more tapered into a v. I might have to go back and get it fixed, but other than that I love it! My hair smelled so fresh and so clean, my hair was soft and she offered me hair products after. Very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10.

Ive had my hair cut here many times. They do a good job and theres great service, but I always have to go home and tweak the haircut in some way. I think more training on different hair and head types and how to deal with cowlicks would bring the already great quality even more!

Would not recommend Wolfe llc has bought this location out and fired most of the employees that I liked here and has raised the prices considerably I would recommend the payson location instead

I love going to Sports Clips for my haircut and my boys haircuts as well. Ive always received a good clean cut every time Ive gone no matter who the stylist is. My favorite thing to do is treat myself to the MVP from time to time. I highly recommend it.

Looked at google reviews before deciding with a stylist when checking in online. Saw Ashley had quite a few good reviews so I went with her. So glad I did! She did a great job on my haircut and was chill and personable while doing it. She told me she had been doing hair for a while and it sure shows. Also her scalp/temple massages are incredible. 10/10

Bobbie was excellent. I didn’t give her much to go on, because I usually just butch my hair. Told her short on the sides and do in with the top. She did great and I love my cut. She trimmed me up Aaron’s my neck and even offered to take care of my brows. I came out feeling like a new man.

MVP experience because it was my first time there. Wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me out. She was great and explained what she was doing and what products she was using while cutting my hair. She also suggested. Few products that could be helpful for what she noticed about my hair. The stylist cut my disabled 3 year old sons hair even though it was war she did a wonderful job on it. She even found time to do my daughters hair as well. I cut my hair here they have always been good but the haircuts on the kids last night have earned them a lifetime customer.

Good quality haircuts with a little better attention to detail that other chain haircut places. But really expensive for a basic cut if you dont have a coupon. Not that much better than places that charge several dollars less. Generally busy, but they keep the wait time manageable with enough stylists during busy times.

Very friendly staff. Incredibly knowledgeable of popular styles for all types of hair. The have great suggestions for new styles and arent very pushy for selling products. I always get great compliments on my haircuts and they cut it reasonably fast.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for a little more than a year. I’ve gone regularly to other locations before moving to Utah County and I think this location has some of the best staff of any location I’ve been to. Thanks for always taking a minute or two extra to make sure I my hair is always looking it’s best.

Shawny has cut my husbands hair for a long time so we decided to take my 3 yr old and 1 year old boys, and she was so fast and made it painless for my kids! We will definitely be coming back! Their cuts were perfect and she is the sweetest! 10/10 would recommend.

I tried this place because they had so many good reviews and I read one by a woman with short hair. She said who better to cut short hair and was very happy with her cut. So I gave them a shot. Hailey cut my hair and I love it! She first washed my hair with shampoo that smelled like lavender and mint. I enjoyed the hot towel in my face too. She cut my hair just as I asked for and took extra time making the ends how I like them. I will definitely be coming back! I’ve glanced in the mirror several times today and love my hair! Treated like a true MVP. Hairstylists actually care about you and don’t treat you like a number. Tree Oil shampoo and conditioner are so refreshing that my wife stole mine. I’m going to have to go back. They have a discount for back to school right now and you can get some of their products for cheap compared to online.

I was searching for a place that focuses mostly on men/boys haircuts. I checked online to see how long the waiting time was and it said 25 minutes. I decided to just go in and see how long it would take and my son was taken back almost immediately! My son is not one who likes haircuts but these women were so caring that he didn’t flinch or cringe at all. We were in and out within 30 minutes and someone finally cut his hair exactly how I have been trying to get it cut for the last year!! Will be taking him back here for sure!!!

There was a bit of a wait. We checked in with the app before we came. We were at the top of the list when we arrived and only had to wait about 10 minutes. My husband and 8 yr old both got haircuts and they were both great!

I got a free haircut coupon at a parade recently so decided to check out Sport Clips for the first time. I checked in on their website before I went to get my name on the list. They were ready for me right as I arrived. It was a good atmosphere and I got a great haircut. In fact, my wife told me it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had at any of the locations I’ve been to so far. I’ll be coming back to Sport Clips from now on!

Ive gotten my hair cut quite a few times at this location. They never let me down. They are Friendly and skilled at what they do. Standouts that i have gotten my hair cut by are Shawny and Andrea but im sure the whole crew is just as awesome!

Liz cut my hair, and even though its aimed towards men, she was super excited to cut my hair. It was very pleasant. And the feel of the shop was very welcoming

Ive been a customer for just a couple months this year, really enjoyed the service I received from Shawny. She is a great conversationalist and did an excellent job with the few hairs I have left on my head. I always just chose first available and now I will be a client of hers going forward.

Great haircuts, if it were just about the quality of the cut then I would give 5 stars but I have one major issue with this location. There are not enough stylists, and this review is early 2019 so this could change. But at the moment, far too often do I have to wait 30+ minutes and I end up coming back another time because I dont have time to spend an hour at sports clips. I would think that during peak times they would have all chairs occupied but that is often not the case. This is also not a review coming from a single visit, I use sports clips regularly and will continue to use them but be ready to wait at this location.

I was redeeming a couple of free haircuts, but my review is my own opinion. Being it is the last Saturday before school starts I expected to have a long wait. There were several stylists working though, and we didnt have to wait long. My 5 year old and my 10 year old sons got their hair cut, and Im very pleased with the results. The two stylists who did them were very friendly and did the cuts exactly as requested. We will go to this location again.

I have always got a great cut here, until today. It was the girls first day and she pretty much butchered my hair. Thank God I wear a hat most of the time. Ill need a new cut before I attend my nieces wedding next month. My Mother always said the difference between a bad haircut and a good one is just a couple of weeks!😠

Even though they mean well and are happy and talkative, they are in a hurry. I asked her to blend my sides and she said okay. She cut my hair in probably 2 minutes. And didn’t blend. If you want to make sure you get a very detailed haircut probably choose somewhere else, however, if you want a quick haircut to feel a little cleaned up, it’s good.

Emma was wonderful and very engaging. The MVP treatment was an unexpected and top-notch surprise. Thanks and I will come again when traveling through.

Didn’t give me what I wanted at all

The girls were kind, efficient, and handled the crowd well. My daughter actually liked getting her hair washed there because she said the sink didn’t hurt her neck. She’s 7 years old and says the sinks usually hurt but this one was soft! She wants to go back. However my daughters trim took less time then the boy haircuts (just straight across the back, no bangs) but she charged me $24 for the trim instead of $18. That seemed too high and we will not be back because of the price.

The stylists are usually very helpful and are willing to work with you to understand what it is you want for your haircut. Sometimes the wait is long, but for what youre paying you get very good service.Good place to take persons with disabilities.

I have gone to sports clips for 5 years or so and stopped last year after a bad experience. Today, Drea gave me on of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this location and Drea as your stylist.

Andrea was patient, kind, and is very talented with cutting hair. My patient had been cutting her own hair for over 5 years! Andrea not only listened but gave her the exact cut she has wanted for a long time! My patient is smiling again and feels like a new woman!
