I booked an appointment with Kim based off of the reviews I read on Google and I’m so glad I did. Kim is professional, educational, and did an excellent job making me feel at ease. She recommended products without being pushy or persistent but instead because I had so many questions. The waxing job was thorough, timely, and one I would hope to have again. I cannot recommended Kim enough!

I’ve been using Vashti for my waxing services for years! She does a wonderful job. There is a location that is closer to me than this location. She makes it worth the little extra commute.

First time getting a Brazilian in my life. I like to think I have a low pain tolerance and I was expecting A LOT worse than what I endured. I had a great experience all around the staff was very polite and informative. Completely reprehensible behavior from this location. Will never do business with them again.My wife requested a refund from the supervisor Alexis for services not rendered, but was told that the refund could not be approved by her and had to be sent to the manager, Suzanne. She was told she would be in contact within 7-10 business days. After that time had elapsed, my wife called back to the same tune from Alexis, that the manager would call her about a refund.In the meantime, life happened and that refund was put on the back burner. Well, today, this location charged her account AGAIN. Not only did they not give the refund that was due, but they charged her account without her authorization.Absolutely unprofessional.

Book with Kim! I went to the Colleyville location three weeks ago and was not 100% satisfied, so I decided to go to the Southlake location. I booked my appointment with Kim based on her amazing reviews on google.She lived up to them! Professional, quick, knowledgeable, etc.My appointment was at 12:30pm and I was out the door by 12:45pm, this included my check in and check out time. My last appointment took about 30 minutes and was not as pain free as Kim made it to be.Thank you Kim.

I am an unbelievably picky person when it comes to my eyebrows, and Kim is hands down one of the best. She doesnt just clean you up and send you off, she actually shapes your brows to fit your face and how you want them. I live in Dallas now and STILL drive to the southlake location, I refuse to go anywhere else. Shes also so nice and makes you feel comfortable while youre on the table.The Southlake location in general is also nice, the girls at the desk are sweet and helpful and the establishment is always clean.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was nervous. Front desk was indifferent and came off rude. The room I was taken into felt like a doctors office with the harsh fluorescent lighting and uncomfortable table. I felt so exposed and uncomfortable the whole time. The waxing was extremely painful and a lot of hair was remaining after my service. She waxed me way too slow when pulling and did not spend enough time on me.

This EWC is a great location, everyone is super friendly. Vashti is excellent and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the wax services. I used EWC in Florida and continued EWC when I moved here 6 years ago. I also have brought my teenage daughter and they were amazingly gentle with her.

This was my first experience at this location with Bree R. and she was amazing! She was considerate of the wax temperature during my Brazilian, aways asking me if it was ok. She took her time and was thorough with the hair removal. I will definitely ask for her to take care of me in the future! If you go to this location, ask for her, she was great!!

After getting burned from using soft wax for underarm waxing at many other salons many times, I decided to look into hard wax. I found this place and I love coming here. The girls are always so nice and very professional. It’s a little pricey compared to soft wax, but believe me it’s worth it! If you have sensitive skin I recommend this place 100%.

I’ve been waxing here for almost a year now and I love it! When you have your first appointment with Rikki, she goes over what she’s going to do before and as she’s doing it and consistently checks to make sure that the wax isn’t too hot! I have very sensitive skin to heat and fragrances and she makes great care to ensure my skin is alright and will work with you on after wax care for sensitive skin. She chit chats with you to make you comfortable, but doesn’t dive too deeply into personal life, just enough to be relatable and have casual conversation. I’ve been waxed by two others at this location and Rikki is the best fit for me. Rikki is the reason I keep coming back!

My experience was nothing short of amazing! I called to see if they were accepting walk-ins and Tameya (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) answered the phone and she was very sweet and welcoming. She told me there was no wait and I could be seen immediately. Bree did my wax and it was wonderful! Kim Clark is one of the best waxers here. I love that they do not use strips and it is truly a gentle waxing experience. She always makes sure the temp is just right and holds pressure when pulling the hardened wax up to ease discomfort. I will never be waxed anywhere else! She is efficient, timely and the conversation helps take my mind off the waxing. The products here are too notch as well, from their brow powder to brushes, lotions and more. Private rooms give you a private luxury waxing experience.

I resisted waxing for a long time because I was afraid it would be painful. It is not exactly pain-free but it is not as bad as I thought. The first time was definitely the hardest. They really helped to make it easier and did not make fun or mock me because I was afraid. The two clinicians that have worked on me have both been very professional, fast, friendly and effective. I think they are pretty affordable because I signed up for their savings plan by paying ahead. As time goes on it gets easier because the hair seems to get finer and softer. I get through it by breathing through and distracting myself by talking a lot with the clinician. It is nice not to have to shave every day or two which really irritates my skin.

Happy New Year!Approximately 2 weeks ago I decided to give European Wax Center a try after having an allergic reaction after receiving wax services at an eyebrow threading place in Southlake. I was hesitant at first because besides not knowing what to expect - I was also wondering about the fact if they would charge me for a full upper leg wax service for my upper legs are not fully covered with hair. When entering the center I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk who understood my concern. Although I had no scheduled appointment I was served within 15 minutes. Ms. Anesia, the esthetician, who served me, made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. Also, I had no allergic reaction. In the future, I will get my waxing sevices done at European Wax Center but will probably look for a center closer to home.I highly recommend European Wax Center in Southlake. Just give them a try If you live in or near Southlake - you will not regret it.

I usually drive to the one at Alliance even though it is further for me because I had a bad experience the first time I went to this one. Yes, it was a particular technician. This time I had Amy and received the best waxing Ive ever gotten! She is very friendly, puts you at ease right away and is super thorough, checking with me along the way to ensure i was happy! I spend a lot of money for waxing and had full arms, full legs, underarms and Brazilian all done in one appointment, so I want to get what I pay for. I will use Amy every time! What a asset to this store!

I have been waxing for a few years, and recently moved back to Texas from LA. I am the type of person who finds a specialist that I like, and I stick with them. So it is safe to say that I was a little nervous coming to this EWC location because me and my last wax specialist were very close.I came in for a brazilian, underarm and lower leg wax service and was assigned to April Marquez. Shes great! Shes thorough, clean, she takes her time, and she makes effort to hold a conversation. I appreciated that she asked me if the temperature of the wax was OK to my liking, as well as, let me know each step that is about to take place within the service (Ive never received that before).She is a very sweet woman, and I now claim her as my new wax specialist! Thank you April!! I highly recommend her :)

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went for an eyebrow wax to get a cleanup, and during my appointment, my waxer got wax on the middle of my eyebrow. She failed to tell me this happened, and rather than informing me that there was now a missing patch of hair in my eyebrow, she tried to say that it was there before my appointment. When I made it clear this was not the case, she then broke down and apologized for getting wax in the wrong place, leaving me with a bare patch of skin. When I requested to speak to a manager, the manager was not in the office, and the staff had clearly not been trained on how to handle this situation. I was told that I would hear back from the manager, and it has been over 24 hrs. since the event and I STILL have not heard anything from management. Terrible customer service and terrible staff.

BEWARE OF BURNS!I had my eyebrows done by April and now have two burn marks beneath my eyebrows. April assured me they were normal and would go away. She’s wrong. She waxed that part twice and clearly she got it too hot or did too much because I’m now missing the top layer of my skin there. Called and the manager was out, but will be calling back tomorrow. Do not go unless you would like burns.
