Southlake Tutoring Academy has been a saving grace for a working parents like me. My son is able to do his homework in a quiet, structured environment with knowledgeable staff who keep him on task and focused on his school work. We highly recommends this place if you have a school age kid.

Both my boys 5 years and 7 years old go to after school and spring break here. Not only do they love it, but my husband and I love it too. Its really important to us that our kids are in an environment where they learn and grow their minds- this place does that! I would totally send my children here throughout the school year but it would be like adding 2 more mortgage payments. If you have the ability to spend the money towards your childrens education, this place is worth your money.

We love the staff at STA-very kind and genuine people that love children and have a passion for seeing children succeed. We are very thankful that we found Sylvan in STA. This summer our daughter not only caught up where she was having troubles this past school year but also got really more interested in Math. Already signed up for next semester after school program. I highly recommend this facility.

We love this After School! Our child was at a daycare After School for a while and she really wasnt enjoying there so we decided it was time for a change. We switched to STA a year ago and she just loves it! The teachers and staffs are knowledgable about child development and so warm and loving--its like a family. I highly recommend this place!

My daughter loves going to Southlake Tutoring Academy After School! She is never bored because they have lots of fun and educational activities for the kids. I especially love the teachers, Miss Jean, Miss Yan, and Miss Emilia, who are very caring and attentive to the students.

It appears that the academy is a good place to learn, but my experience with the owner, Jean Lo, trying to get her scheduled with our program was a disaster. Somehow she could not understand that our agenda fluctuates according to how its flowing that day. We cannot pinpoint exactly to the minute, what time each activity will take place. But, we can say, we have a fantastic program, whereby every child wants to come back and every teacher has been very happy & satisfied. That being said, its too bad the students at Southlake Tutoring will not be able to experience this program. All that being said, have a good day.

One of the best things about my sons afterschool program is that it has helped him become a better student. My son is a 5th grade in DIS school and has always had trouble with math. I enrolled him in the new afterschool program, Southlake Tutoring Academy, because it offered tutoring in math, and writing. He wasnt very excited about it at first, because he had tried a tutor before and it didnt help. But this time was different. It helped him to be around other kids and do a lot of group problem-solving. Now, he has made new friends and hes doing much better in math. I am thankful that STA is able to offer this program to kids that need extra help with their studies.
