I utilized Joe to assist me with shipping a rather large (44 x 7 x 36) framed sports memorabilia from Southlake to Switzerland (where I live). Joe could not have been more informative, helpful and attentive through the entire process. He consulted me all the way through, from investigating different carriers for the piece, as well as exploring what the airline could do for me. Ultimately, he advised me against his financial interest to take the package and check it as it would save me in excess of $800 to do so. Joe never shied away from packing the goods himself, ensuring that both it was extremely safely packaged and padded to endure the 19 hour journey and then the several trains and automobiles it took to get to my residence. I am happy to say that his expert job in packing led to the full preservation of my piece and I could not be happier.

Joe is a very Friendly, Genuine man. I really trust his advise and his service is amazing! He greets everyone that walks in with a smile, making sure that he connects with them. He is attentive to the customers needs and advises the plan of action that he thinks is most suitable for the situation. When living in the area, I picked up/shipped out mail from this Postal Center on a weekly basis and observed that Joe and his service is quality and very consistent. I was constantly surprised/impressed with how he connected and build trust with his customers.

I am overdue in posting my review but I went in there on a cold, wet day in October with precious items that needed to be shipped for my moms memorial. It was not an easy day. Joe was kind and incredibly helpful. He carefully wrapped my items and suggested the least expensive and most expedient method for shipping. I was referred here by a Southlake friend and havent gone anywhere since. The creme de la creme of service came when I needed to ship 25 glass frames to Chicago, and Joe spent so much time packing it up properly and sealing it to where it was unbreakable. My client received the box and all frames were in perfect condition. So grateful for the attention to detail, prices, and kindness here-- thanks Joe!

Sadly... we had Joe send a very important and time sensitive letter USPS with tracking 6 days ago and it’s still not been delivered. Joe felt confident it would be delivered in a couple of days so we felt confident too. We also sent another letter flat rate postage with tracking the same day from our local post office for 1/2 the cost Eagle Postal Center charged and it was delivered in 2 days. This was our first time using Eagle Postal Center and although Joe was super nice; We’ll go to the post office next time.

We had a great experience. We went in for notary service which was quickly taken care of and then realized they can also makes keys. It was also quickly taken care of and when we got home to try it out, it works as well as the original. As we looked around, we saw several other things that they can help us out with in the future so well be back and Im sure well receive great service again. Joe is awesome.

I have been using this postal facility for years. Joe Yoo has always been very professional and kind. He is flexible and mostly, shows excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we live too far away for me to continue to come here on a regular basis. I wish I could take him to where I am currently living.

I dont live close to this facility, but was in Southlake for other reasons but I had a package with me I needed to mail on Saturday. So after a quick search I found this place was less than a mile from me, so I went. Ya Joe took of my package many people can do that, but he gave us a very warm greeting, engaged us in great conversation, and really made you feel like youre instant friends. Let me say that Joe Yoo (and the CEO his wife) are the epitome of what real customer service and privately small owned business should be about. Since I drive past Southlake almost everyday for work, when I have another reason for such services I know where Im going. What a pleasure indeed it was.

Scan some document from this place, both the email address I provided to scan the doc were noted wrong by guy there. Waited there 20 mins to get document on my email thinking that internet service is slow.But, even after waiting for 20 mins I did not get, went inside again I check in which email address he send both the email address were wrong. Bad service
