Id recommend using another location.This UPS store charged me $7 dollars to print a UPS label for my package, including $1.69 to recieve the emailed label. I mail lots of packages and have never been charged this fee.

This place always tries to up-sale.. they would try to sell you priority shipment when an old ground shipping will do. Above all, they refused to accept my $3 Entertainment digital coupon stating it is fraudulent. They give small business owners a bad name :( “let the buyer beware”

This store is exceptional and better than any other mailing store I’ve ever been to. Mr. Aziz, the owner, provides excellent service and hires staff that actually are pleasant and do a great job. I’ve been going to the store for four years and never written a review for a shipping store before. It occurred to me that I would rather go to the store than the post office or any other shipping related store and I should write a review. I feel that they are honest and helpful and I highly recommend them. They will be honest with you and give you the best options for you rather than just taking your box and not caring. They will not take advantage of you. That isn’t common nowadays.

Been coming here for years and the owner is very nice and always greets you with a smile. They are good at details, very friendly and aside from not fixing that half of the door that doesnt open are always on top of things. The staff rotates fairly regularly every 6 months or so it seems but owner is always there so its no bother.

The owner and staff are absolutely AMAZING! They are ALWAYS so helpful, considerate & kind. They have so many services to help with personal or business shipping needs and more. They bend over backwards to help you, they do what ever they can while adhering to the processes and guidelines set by they vendors they work with. THANK YOU for everything!

The store is not willing to help you package an item unless you buy the supplies - this even goes for tape. The owner of this franchise claims this is UPS policy, but I can tell you that every other UPS store that I have been to has been more than helpful. I will use FedEx or go to a different UPS store.I would think providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty would be worth more than the cost of a roll of tape.

Great service! Very efficient and friendly. Have had nothing but good experiences here since the management changed and the staff is new, but knowledgeable. Ive been using this UPS for quite a while. The service used to be horrible, but it is great now. I highly recommend them!

I brought Amazon return box to this store but was asked to go back home to tape it. I understand not all UPS stores have high service standard so this alone doesnt make it one star. What turned me off was the people. He (could be owner or employee) literally said he doesnt like Amazon returns because no revenue for him.

Inconsiderate!I showed up at 3:03 on a Saturday afternoon and they had already locked the door I looked inside and there was one woman behind the counter and she was just looking at me and then she turned around and walked off. All I had was some Amazon returns (letter packages) that required having the barcode scanned and a receipt to be given. How hard would that have been 3 minutes too late? Its a good thing I dont live in this neighborhood or I would definitely find another UPS store to go to!

I do not recommend coming to this UPS store. The customer service is horrible. I needed to borrow a pin and he told me to buy one. He told me everything if for sale nothing is complimentary. On top of that needed to tape box and he told me I can buy that too. And I ask them why is he being like that and he said because he can he’s the owner.

The owner doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Instead of apologizing for his staff for mistakenly giving a customer incorrect information. He blame it on the customer. I don’t even care that he didn’t apologize or that the staff mistakenly gave me falsely info. It was an easy fix and ppl can make a mistake. I am offended for being blame on something that was their fault.

Came here for use the notary service, called ahead and they were very nice, friendly and helpful. My documents were notarized in no time! Been to 2 other UPS stores in the area where their notary personals were not available.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Put the wrong name on the package and did not include a return label as was instructed. The owner was contacted and did not even try to resolve my problem PLUS they forged my signature on one of the receipts saying that I confirmed the shipment. This place is run by a bunch of kids who dont know what the hell they are doing. Its not rocket science

Unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere. Employees are usually eating at the counter, with no urgency to assist the customer. Also, my priority pre-paid packages usually arrive several days later than they should (I pay for 2-day priority, they should not arrive 5-7 days later), tracking information takes multiple days to update.

This store has posted that they are open to 7:00 PM. On February 15th, 2018 we needed to mail a package out that day. We arrived at the store at 6:45 to find that the staff was locking the door and leaving. They did not give any explanation or apologize for the inconvenience. This kind of customer service is deplorable and should not be tolerated. We will not continue to ship from this location since they can not even maintain their posted hours.

If you are a business owner with identification and have a UPS account number dont go to this store. Clerk said they dont take UPS account numbers because of fraud. Hello, youre the UPS store. This was my last trip to this store. Run away, run away.
