I was in Dallas to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday. Shes never been in a limo so I thought renting one was a good idea. I searched the web and found great selections and pricing through G&G Limousine. I decided the stretch limo was the best option for my needsRay was my driver. He arrived early which I liked. When we arrived at my mothers, he had to navigate around construction barriers to park near her front door My mother uses a walker and Ray was so patient and courteous waiting for her and assisting her with the walker. He was this way throughout the evening and truly added value to the occasion. Ray was simply outstanding!I admit, I thought trying to save money on limo service was a risky idea but not with G&G. The offer the best for less and are certain to get my business again. G&G and Ray are a winning combo.

Uses this service for a wedding. The driver met us at the door with a welcoming handshake then showed us to the limo. Through out my experiencing with renting limos this was the best thus far and will be using this service again. The customer service was great and booking was super easy. Loved our driver. All around 5 stars, thanks again G&G.

Ive been using G&G for all of my events since high school. From birthday parties, to prom, to other gatherings, G&G has been my go-to. Booking is always easy and the service is great. The drivers are pleasant and make it known that you are in good hands. The buses and limos are clean and spacious. All of my friends always have the time of their lives! I really couldnt imagine using any limo service other than G&G.

We rented the party bus to take our wedding party around and it worked out so well! Our driver was on-time (EARLY!) and did a great job driving and being in the right spot at the right time. Great service for a great price! Highly recommend.

Had out of town guests coming in and wanted to take them out in style. Had a driver named James who was very nice, and the limo was nice as well. They really did a great job and it made it nice not to have to worry about traffic and directions, but instead be able to show my family things. And he actually drove us by things I did not even know about which was really cool.

I booked the entire thing through email and it was so easy. The driver showed up on time and was very pleasant. I used this service to drive around my staff during a shopping day. The driver, Ryan, gave his cell number out and shuttled the girls between shopping locations. Great experience and would use them again.

I would not recommend this company. AFTER reserving a limo for our wedding and already paying the 20% deposit fee, management called to say that the quote they gave us was incorrect and actually going to cost us double the price of what they booked us for. The manager was very rude with me and blunt to say that they could not keep the reservation (despite THEIR mistake in giving us an incorrect price quote) unless we were willing to pay double the amount. Needless to say, I cancelled the reservation. For a company that should be exclusively ground in customer service and satisfaction, theyve got A LOT of work to improve on. Dont waste your time and find a different company that actually knows what they are doing.

Poor experience. When I booked I was told for $25 that my driver could meet my wife behind security to help with our bags, or I could just have driver meet her at baggage claim with a sign for her name. The driver did not do either, even though I was charged for it. Also, when I booked I was told car seats could pre-installed at no charge, but that wasnt done. Also, I was told there would be soft drinks and ice, but that wasnt done. When the driver dropped my family off, he was more concerned about whether I tipped a percentage than a flat dollar amount. When I called to ask for a refund, the representative was not unhelpful but basically explained why my expectations were off. I asked her to go back and review the recorded call where I booked to see what I was talking about. Oh well, my bad for booking the cheapest service.

Absolutely horrible. The driver was 45 minutes late picking up the bride on her freaking wedding day. Then, the customer service is arguing with her as to what time they got there - when we have photos with time stamps to prove that theyre lying. Awful service in every way imaginable. Do not use them if you want to get anywhere on time or in comfort - because the driver didnt turn the ac on until the ride was half way over. I really wanted to give them 0 stars, but google only allows to give one.

Sound system didnt work, phones to the driver didnt work, TVs didnt work, you couldnt hear the music because the bass was too loud. For the amount of money the limo cost, everything should have worked. My husband spent a lot of time planning play lists and videos that never got used. There was no offer of a partial refund even though everything was broken. Do not waste your money here.

Made a reservation for a shuttle bus for 22 parents for a football playoff game (2 hour drive). I received a confirmation email the day before...yet no bus showed up. When I called, they stated that there was an oversight and they did not schedule a driver for our event. I asked dispatch to connect me to a manager...the manager’s excuse was that “these things happen”. There was absolute no sense of understanding the severity of the situation. They did provide a driver a half hour later...the poor driver had to leave his son’s bday party to drive us. No compensation offered for loss of time or inconvenience. I would not use this service for any important event.

Had a great experience. Tony, our driver for the night, was excellent. Hope to have him next time we are in town.

Do not book this company! They canceled on my group 30 minutes before they were set to pick us up. I booked and paid for the trip in full months before the event! 1 star is too many for this shady company.

We are extremely pleased with our limo service and Darryl was amazing! He was on time, friendly and provided safe transportation for our daughter 13th birthday party. We appreaciate his professionalism and hope to hire G&G limo again for another event.

Very disappointed in their customer service and contingency plans. Our reservation had been placed for months and prepaid before our wedding. We were married on December 7th, the day after the ice storms, so I understand the roads were rough. However, they opted to cancel our reservation ONE HOUR before they were scheduled to pick up the bridal party. Unacceptable and needless to say, left us stranded to find alternate transportation last minute. We never received an active call to apologize or help find alternatives.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. not even sure this is a real company, we reserved 2 stretch limos for our wedding... stood us up!! whats worse, were very rude and didnt care on the phone. ANY other limo company is better than this one. worrst experience ever

Confirmed and paid for a 26-30 passenger bus. The night before, the driver called and had told me that G&G had outsourced the job to him. He had a 21-24 passenger van, not the 26-30 that I had paid for. We had 26 passengers. I immediately called G&G who essentially told me to deal with it and offered no solutions.Avoid this sketchy company.
