We had a fabulous experience with VIP Limousine & Sedan Service. From the beginning with the book and then our service from Chuck. There were 9 ladies in town for my 50th birthday and we had set up limo service to drive us to Grapevine for the wine tour and then to return to our VRBO. We ended up adding on to the day by going to Dallas after the wine tour for dinner and then added on again to go to a night club. Chuck was amazing and rolled with us all day and night. He was so professional and made the day so fun and easy for all of us. We will definitely call VIP again when in town.

Second time weve used VIP and well continue to use them. Very economical, responsive and the limo was super clean and stocked with ice & water. Our driver, Dennis, was very responsive to our questions and put up with our group of 8 loud inviduals! Highly recommend!!

We used VIP Limo for a trip to the ballpark for 10 of us. The car was super clean and stocked with water, ice and soft drinks. Our driver, Dennis, was on time, very personable and took good care of us. He navigated the ballpark traffic perfectly and was ready and waiting for us when we left. Used VIP for my daughters wedding. One of the things on the list we had forgotten until two days before the wedding. Everyone was so helpful and the cost was reasonable. Drivers were on time and polite and helpful.

I used VIP limo for my wedding and unfortunately did not have the best experience. We selected a limo bus for about 5 hours for our wedding. He had to pick us up, as well as the grooms party, and drive us to a handful of locations...A. He was over 30 minutes late picking us up at our hair and make up salon. He claimed it was because of traffic, then he claimed he thought he was looking for a house, not a business, even though I gave them the address AND business name months in advanced. AND I confirmed it with them a few days prior.B. Once he finally picked us up, he was to drive us to the second location. I had already given them the business name and address. He managed to put in the wrong address, so he was driving in circles for an extra 10 or 15 minutes, making us even more late for getting dressed, first look, photos, etc. We noticed he was no where near where he was supposed to be, so we had to correct him and walk him through how to get to the actual address.C. After dropping us off, he was instructed to pick up the groomsmen. The business name, address, and contact information of the groomsmen were provided. Once he arrived at the groomsmen location, he did not contact the groom as i asked them to do. He contacted me, in the middle of photos and getting dress. He was a bit confused, and I had to call the groom to sort it out.D. He texted me once he arrived at the church.... I was in the middle of getting married....Overall, he was not very professional and very unorganized despite me providing all the addresses, times, locations, contact information, etc. This was literally the only thing that went wrong on our wedding day, and it just added unnecessary stress for me.

VIP Limo was fantastic when I used their service for a recent birthday party. The limo was in perfect condition and Curtis, our driver was prompt, flexible and overall great to work with. I look forward to utilizing VIP Limo for my next event!

Around two days ago I called VIP limo to pick me up from Southlake at 1400 Plaza Pl. they sent me a Cadillac The man was really polite but reeked of body odor I almost threw up and my wife was very upset The drivers was driving very fast and took us to the wrong terminal And he overcharged us $170 to go to the DFW airport I believe the drivers name is Sam from Egypt he wouldn’t stop talking about his self and had a very annoying laugh please do not send this man again to pick us up from Michael Scott, My wife and I will never use VIP limo again horrible experience This driver kept on talking about his religion And as a Christian man I find this insulting All I wanted was a ride to the airport in a clean car The driver Sam Smelled so bad when I arrive to the airport I went straight to the bathroom and threw up please tell this man to take a shower Before start driving again Please So I gave VIP limos one star For the disgusting service we received

I hired VIP Limousine to transport 56 guests from Southlake to Fort Worth for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The company was very easy to work with, extremely responsive to my calls and emails and totally reliable. The coach bus was clean and the driver was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend VIP Limousine.

I reserved this service for a very special occasion, my wife graduated with her Masters Degree and I wanted to make her graduation night extra special. I checked out the reviews, made my reservation and felt confident that we were in good hands with VIP Limousine & Sedan Service. That could not have been further from the truth. This was the worse limousine service I have ever experienced and we have used many limousine services over the years! The driver was 30 minutes late to start. My property was damaged when the driver tried to back out of the driveway, he drove over several landscape lights. We later learned from a valet at the Ritz Carlton when he drove the limo because the driver could not steer the limo through a circular drive (the third time that had happened that evening) that the power steering was out making it almost impossible to make safe turns. The interior of the limo was not any better, the TV did not work, the door handle was broken, the side step was broken and did not work as well. The driver was actually nice and felt bad about the evening service but he can only drive what he is given. I have emailed a detailed letter to VIP Limousine & Sedan Service without response. My next letter will be to the Better Business Beauru. The service we received was beyond unacceptable.

We used VIP limo for my daughters 16th birthday two years ago. Will be using them again this year for my next daughters 16th! The driver was wonderful!! Will be requesting him again.
