I love this location! I’m very skeptical when it comes to skin care due to being scared I might have to pay a fortune for wanting amazing skin lol. However, the doctor will not recommend any treatment that you really don’t need. She treats you like family as well as the staff. Reasonable prices for all types of skincare and buying in packages is way better. Don’t be shy asking questions, they are always happy to answer and clear any questions/misunderstandings and/beauty myths.

Dr. Straface and her staff truly care about their patients and achieving the positive results you want! I lost 29 pounds in 40 days on their weight loss program! I didn’t believe it could work, but it did and it was so easy!

Bar none the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. I rarely write a negative review but the experience still boggles the mind. I went to Feel Ideal 360 for 12 weeks, although I only ever received 8 weeks worth of appointments because 4 times I showed up and they had somehow mismanaged my appointment time. 2x because the weight loss specialist I was seeing was out of town despite a confirmed appointment and no one informed me, 1x because they switched appointment booking services and never informed me, and 1x for a mystery reason they couldnt explain. I had text confirmations on these appointments and had arrived at the confirmed time. I had to drive 35 m one way to go to this office (1.5 hrs total out of my day with the appt time) and each time they would ask can you come back later? as if I had all the time in the world and wasnt a working professional. Finally after the 4th time I demanded a refund of 1/3 of the paid program. I was told all issues were due to an ex employee but I know for a fact that one of those instances was after she left the practice so it seems like a larger issue. Dr. Straface called me at this point, which is the 2nd time I had interacted with her directly during the program (the first was when I felt quite ill on the program and she basically said the program works with little conversation on my specific situation, it was not a formal appointment just when she stuck her head into my time with the specialist). We spent 30 min on the phone which she spent entirely detailing her terrible week. It still sticks in my mind as one of the most unprofessional conversations Ive ever had with a doctor. Finally they deducted a doctors fee from the remaining amount owed back to me despite the fact that I never had an actual appointment with her, which Im fairly sure was a way to reduce the owed refund. I also found out halfway through the program that they hadnt provided half of the information to me on the program itself, I received it through another member of the program, so that portion was a mess too. Incredibly disrespectful of my time, lack of information provided, unprofessional interactions with the Dr., just mind-boggling all around. I did lose some weight, but there are plenty of weight loss programs, I would never in a million years recommend this to a friend.

This is the best diet plan for fast weight loss that stays off, safely without dangerous diet pills. I lost the majority of my baby weight in a few months. The food is pretty good and the diet is very simple and easy to follow. I did not have time for a ton of meal prep and this fit exactly what I needed. This center is great and Josh was a great coach. I have recommended this diet and this location to everyone.
