We were members here back in 2012 when it first opened, really liked the workouts. The new REC opened in Grapevine so we started going there. Koko Fit is better, were back.

I love the encouragement from the instructors. They do a great job of keeping me motivated to work through the pain. Its the most rewarding hour in my day.
