Broker cancelled the load at the last minute and refused to pay TONU.

Beware. They will cargo claim you when their shipper fails to load correctly.

I am not one to write reviews as I believe that social media has become a place for people to write unjust reviews for no apparent reason. However I am compelled to write this review so that other companies thinking about using this company will read this before they call Amino Transport as they are as unscrupulous as they come. BEWARE.Here is what happened when we used this company to handle a load for us.We had a shipment scheduled to be handled by Amino Transport in Northern Washington that they cancelled 30 minutes to our crane time for the project because they werent able to find a truck and transport company to handle the load. What transpired for our company was this.1) We had to pay of for a 95 ton crane at a rate of $400/hr for 6 hours as it was a remote location2) 2 days later we had to the same crane company to come back out at a cost of another $400/hr at 6 hours.3) Our reputation was tarnished because the material that had to be removed from the construction project was not removed and caused the entire project to be halted for 2 days.When we confronted Amino transport about it they simply said We cannot do anything if a trucker decides not to take the load. Incredulous isnt it!A month later they send us a bill for another shipment that we made with them for roughly $1200. When I told them that we had incurred costs of over $2400 on another project because of them I didnt feel it was fair for us to pay the invoice.Their response was one has nothing to do with the other. We tried to reason with them but it went nowhere. They ended up suing us in a small court in Texas for the $1200. I just received the letter from the courts.

Silvanah L called ME, offered me a load, held my truck until 4pm, than decided to cancel the load on Friday. This forced my driver to drive home empty 600 miles. She makes a bad name for Amino Transport. I recommend all carriers reads reviews before conducing business with Silvanah and Amino Transport. She calls herself the Account manger, however she is more of the Account Crook. Seems to be a common theme for them, Most unethical broker i have worked with.

Amino cares about their employees, carriers, and customer all the same. It is part of their core values to treat everyone with the utmost respect.

No professionalism here. They are not organized nor courteous to carriers. Dont waste your time with these people.

Dont waste your time with this company, total unprofessional, we booked a loud with them and then when the driver arrived at the location they decided to cancel it, after I saw it again on the board posted with lower price.

Friend sent package with delicate contents. Package arrives absolutely obliterated.Company refuses to pay back friend despite evidence that SOMEONE knew about the damages.Avoid at all costs.

Booked the load with them,agreed to pick up 44000 lb.Shipper told us its 45100 lb,which was illegal to haul for us. Broker Craig Aslinger refused to pay the TONU.He even didnt want to listen to us.Please be careful when You book load with him.

Company has a broker load through them and of course I need the load information so I can go get their freight and no one will answer the phone. If they want their loads ran they need to answer the phones.

What a devious company! Avoid this business at all cost.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS TACTICS!!
