Though I only saw Tracy 2 times, I cannot recommend her services. She was very late both times (not because she was running over with another patient but because she wasnt even at her office). The third time, she was over 30 min late, and I had to leave so didnt see her. While I did think she was nice and made me feel comfortable talking, I did not feel okay about her being so late to all our appointments. I contacted her via email expressing my concerns. She did not take the time to reply to the concerns in my e-mail and simply said she would be happy to refer me to someone else. I found this to be very off-putting and though she might be a great counselor if you dont mind the tardiness, for this reason I cannot recommend her.

Tracy has truly been a godsend.I came to Tracy in the most devastating time of my life. I was completely lost, broken down and had no idea how to move forward. After 3 sessions with Tracy, she provided the counsel, mental tools and empowerment I needed to move my life forward. Only 3 sessions! That’s how impactful each of her sessions are. She also sent encouraging articles to read & sent messages, keeping me on the right track. Tracy made it a point to check on me even when I wasn’t in her office. This is rare! I know I wouldn’t have made the decisions I made if it weren’t for Tracy. I will never forget that & I mean that from the bottom of my heart.If you’re looking for someone that will accept appointments after hours and will ask thought provoking questions to generate healthy conversation around the issue, this is your therapist. Tracy pours herself into each of her clients even if she has back to back appointments, you will never feel rushed. You will feel so lucky to have found Tracy, you’ll know after 1 session.

Tracy Crain was very kind and knowledgeable and was willing to work us (our blended family) in her busy schedule. I couldn’t thank Tracy enough for the love and kindness she has shown me over the years. Her level of compassion, knowledge and love for our little family was what I needed at the time; I’m truly grateful for her as she still remains a cheerleader in my corner no matter how many years have past since our last visit. Tracy is a caring and compassionate therapist who has an incredible way of delivering the hard truths needed to make progress. She is fully invested in each and every client. She goes above and beyond what you would typically get in a counselor. Having been a client for over 5 years, she helped me through many challenging life situations. Tracy Crain is a great counselor. She is extremely genuine in her approach to a problem. She treats you as a person not just another client. She is caring, logical in her approach and honest, all in an extremely sensitive and helpful way. Maybe not the outcome desired when I started but the reality to which is real and she makes it manageable. Her followup is greatly appreciated and if you are looking for a counselor Tracy needs to be at the top of your list.

This is a great place for getting the help you need. Tracy is always professional, and very caring .She has counseled me and others in my family throughout the years concerning a variety of issues . Tracy is unlike any counselor I have ever had. She is so action oriented that she does not solve the problem, she pushes you to accomplish it. Once she knows more about you she helps you put together an action plan. She is able to see inside you and discuss the bottlenecks that are keeping you from accomplishing your goals. She gives you a kick in the butt to get you going again if you start slacking off, which is exactly what I need.Tracy is well-versed in a broad range of subjects. Her personality makes it so easy to work with her and most importantly Tracy really cares about her clients. She follows up on how I am doing and if she has not heard from me in a while she reaches out to see if all is okay.I strongly recommend Tracy to all who need help with lifes obstacles.

Tracy Crain is hands down the best therapist in the DFW area. She is not like any therapist I have ever experienced. She guides you through whatever life situation you may be struggling with and empowers you to make positive changes in a proactive manner. She encouraged me to put into effect simple tools to change my view on several different areas of my life that I was stuck in at the time. Tracy is not a therapist who has to hear how your week went, instead she is very interested in what you are doing to make your life better. Every time I left her office I felt better about my life and taking the next right step. Im definitely not the type that likes to talk about my problems or past, I honestly didnt think it would help. It took a month to finally set up a appointment after my Doctor suggested it(My grandmother actually set it up without telling me). She is without a doubt the BEST, she actually genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable. It seems like Ive been seeing her for years, but it hasnt even been 6months. I struggle with drug use, anxiety, and traumatic deaths, which shes extremely helpful with. Shes also very understanding and doesnt judge, Nowadays I look forward to seeing her. So if youre looking for a therapist, you should definitely give her a chance. I promise you wont regret it!!!
