This company knows a thing about service! I bought a prebuilt gaming pc from newegg and it came with 1 m.2 harddrive. Today I decided to add a second (my motherboard comes with 2 slots) so I picked one up from bestbuy. Went to install and the motherboard didnt have the m.2 spacer screw required for install and nor did the new m.2 harddrive. Called around to 5+ stores including bestbuy and no one had them in stock. Called this place and they said they had them. I stopped by and they just gave them to me. Literally just gave them to me. Ive never purchased anything from them...ever! And they literally just gave me the little screws for free. Such a small gesture but means so much. I was looking forward to installing the second drive and playing some games tonight but I was about to have to get some on amazon and wait a few days for that. Now I can continue on and start gaming again tonight 😎.Ill definitely come here for any computer repair needs and recommend them to anyone!

We have 3 computers at our shop.9/25/2019 Computer CPR came out to install antivirus on 3 computers & back up on 2 annually for $2289.49. They also installed software so they could remote in if we had any problems.4/1/2020 Our computers stopped working. The technician came out & diagnosed a bad firewall & replaced it for $1568.546/24/2020 Dispatch computer not working. They diagnosed a bad hard drive & replaced it $441.666/29/2020 Office Manager’s computer not working. Keep in mind you have to bring the computer to them. Wait for diagnosis & repair. Then go pick it up. We needed that computer immediately so opted for a new tower for $1838.09. Be sure to ask for your old one back because they keep it if you don’t.9/22/2020 Server stopped working. Same situation of immediate need so opted for a new tower $1989.64Started getting a little suspicious – 3 computers go out in one year? That’s never happened in the 22 years we’ve been in business so I decided to decline to renew the annual plan. We researched & found the programs we used had backup included & we went with Norton for anti-virus.9/29/2020 I informed Aaron that we would not be renewing. He said he would be uninstalling the software from his end.10/1/2020 We have no network & no internet. I call another company to come out & he finds the “Sonic Wall router was locked out due to someone completely disabling web access.” He had to reset the router back to factory & rebuild the network from scratch. He also removed all “back door” links from previous company.Edit - the server was replaced in March of 2016

Nathan was a big help completing a custom gaming computer build that I had been unable to finish myself. He got to it right away, worked with all my specific OS requests, and got my machine back to me in less than 48 hours. He was very helpful and prompt answering my final follow up questions, too. This is superior-quality work and service with good pricing.

I have been here for work twice, both times customer service was below par. When I brought the machine back the second time we didn’t know they needed to fix their mistake from the first time, so I paid a diagnostic fee. After they determined they were at fault I got no apology, but instead I got news that they also had broken the screen this time and needed to order another which would take a week. When all was done, I asked for a refund of my fee, to which they responded how much money they lost on the deal. Can you believe it?!? No apology for the 4 trips I had to make to allow them to fix their mistakes. No apology for trying to pull a fast one on me by trying to keep the diagnostic fee or for the amount of time that had been lost. I’d give them a 1 star if there was another comparable gig in town.

Weve used Computer CPR for quite some time now, and wont trust our computers to anyone else! They have always provided stellar customer service, in the most prompt way, and the pricing is exceptional reasonable. It doesnt matter if we have a networking issue that can be resolved over the phone or building a new workstation designed specifically for us (and they have built 2 wonderful systems), they always deliver!

I was very pleased with my experience at Computer CPR. Rather than spend hours and hours trying to figure out why my computer speakers/audio wasnt working, I took it in and they resolved the issue within a few hours. The fee was a bit more than what I wouldve wanted to pay, but I was satisfied with the efficiency of the problem-solve and grateful that I didnt have to spend more time and energy on it myself.

I want to highly recommend Computer CPR to ALL! After watching Geek Squad do an epic fail on retrieving data from my hard drive, Nathan at Computer CPR answered my e-mail during off hours Sunday night. I took my hard drive into Nathan the next day and within one hour he had retrieved the data, the experts at Geek Squad said they could not find. Nathan had it all transferred over to my backup box by the time time I came in to pick it up 2 hours later. Wow! I got a chance also to talk to Michael, who operates the store to thank him. Hes given me advice for years everything from network security, down to diagnosing insignificant printing errors, and hes always been happy to do so. Thats how he runs his company. Purchased a custom built PC 10-12 years ago. I was happy with it and just as everything else needed some TLC to keep it going. Well, a couple of weeks ago started crashing on me due to various reasons and perhaps because old age was getting the best of it as it happens to the best of us.A Google search produced Computer CPR was near me now that I live in the DFW area and decided to stop by to see if they could help.Very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Never pushy or arrogant as some other computer repair facilities seem to be. They listened to me and did not try to talk over my head or try to out sale me something I did not wanted or needed.Was provided with multiple choices for software and peripherals and yes, I paid a little more than I need it, but only because I asked for higher end software and some extra peripherals. Way better than anything you can get off the shelf at any big box store.The turn around time was overnight with a new mother board and chip set, new cooling fan, USB card, 8GB worth of RAM and a top of the line SSD hard drive, which by the way it is amazing how smooth it operates.Thanks Michael, Nathan and of course Susan for such great customer service provided and rest assure that Computer CPR is now one and only Computer repair facility in my contact list. Very disappointed that I asked if they could repair my cracked touchscreen on my laptop. The answer was yes and the estimate was reasonable. I was told it would take 2-3 days to get the part and repair. It ended up never getting repaired and put back together with pieces missing after 3-4 weeks. They took my call after several days when I called about status. The said they couldnt find the part in the US, but could get it overseas for a high price. I told them that before I had talked to HP service said they had it and could either repair it or send it to me for me to repair.I relayed that to Computer CPR, and they connected with them. They called me and gave me a reasonable price. I said go. Another week went by and I had to call them again to get a status. They informed me that they had ordered it and it got canceled. They tried again and it was on order. They promised to call me in a few days. No call. I called again and was told the tech was out and they would call me back same day. No call. I went in and asked for the information. The tech was out again. I asked to get a call back. No call. I called again and they went online with me on the call and found out that it had been canceled again. This had been across 3-4 weeks.At that point I was done. I asked them to put it back together and I would come get it and just run it with a separate monitor. I got it back and there were pieces of glass missing off the screen. The replacement process for this laptop is replace the whole top assembly. Why they tried to disassemble the screen I have no idea.I will definitely go elsewhere next time due to horrible communication, long resolution times, and their inability to fix a simple part replacement.

This businesses truck literally tried throwing itself into my car with my infant in the back and then laughed at me! I’ve never seen such road rage in my life. Would NEVER trust someone like this with my business!!! I’ve never even written a review but this incident was so bad I had to do something!

I have used this company before. Today i was told my hard drive was crashing. We were having issues with slow performance but when we dropped off the computer it was working fine. I was told it would cost $300 to replace the hard drive. So i took my computer to Office Depot (where we bought it) and their tech said there was nothing wrong. In fact he figured out that they had changed a setting which would not allow the computer to start up. Hmmmmm...very interesting!So there are two possibilities here..!. These guys dont know what they are doing or 2. They were trying to screw me out of a new hard drive repair for $300. You decide. Either way i was out $69 service charge. Thanks Office Depot for fixing my computer!

We are going through a challenging network change. With all the issues our other outside IT group was having, I contacted the guys at ComputerCPR. They told me (without prompting) how they would handle the job - way different and sounds much better than being down for the 4th day in a row... I now realize I chose badly when I didnt choose these guys to do the job.

Be wary, they tried to overcharge me because i look young.They said 60 bucks for a 10 dollar part and 2 hours for a 10 minute fix.Engineer in the back with dark hair is ripping people off. I guess its ok since its Southlake and they dont realize how much they are getting reamed.This is mostly for his sassy attitide when i told him his prices were too high.
