I was working out more than usual and was sore, especially my knees from quad work. I saw a special and called to schedule. Chris was recommended to me for my concerns. He was fantastic. I left there with a new set of legs and I had a great Bar Method workout today. Do not hesitate. Schedule yourself today. You will not regret it.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage. Girl said best she could do was medium firm. After 15 minutes into the massage, and telling her 2x the pressure was barely medium, I got up and left (she was not equipped to do any kind of firm). I have now asked 2x for the owner to call me but she does not seem to care. Horrible customer service.

60 mins massage is not really 60 mins, hardly 35 mins and they are done with it. Re-vitalising face massage was a myth, I would never do massage again! Don’t expect too much if you are looking for something amazing, its NOT!!

This was my first ever massage. I have always steered away from massages because I tend to tense too much when someone applies pressure to my muscles but Kristy did an amazing job on giving my muscles exactly what they needed without the feeling of unease. Karlien is an amazing owner and the staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back soon!

Do not buy a Groupon to this place because you will not be welcomed. They do not mention in the details that you can only use Mon-Friday 9-5. When regular people have to work, I guess this is for people who do not work. Do Not Use Groupon if you DO NOT WANT THE BUSINESS.

The place was clean and professional while we were there, I will give it that. But I was truly disappointed from the get go, because they ruin my anniversary surprise for my boyfriend by texting the both of us about our massage. They didnt inform me that they would be sending us message, just that they needed both of our information. The massage itself was mediocre at best, and it felt like they just graduated from massage school. Definitely need more experience. We asked for firm and deep massages and it didnt feel like anything. Best part was the stones and that lasted like 5 minutes. I was not impressed with our couples massage.

TQ is a wonderful therapist and has such a sweet spirit! She always remembers what I like and I leave there relaxed and rejuvenated! The staff is always friendly, kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Massage Heights!

My initial experience was not good due to scheduling issues and every massage was with someone different due to high turnover. I cancelled my membership because I could not find consistency. During my last session I was talked into purchasing a promotional package for two massages, to give one to my mother for Christmas. I called today to redeem my massage but because I am no longer a member they will not let me get one of the massages I purchased. At the time of purchasing they did not tell me I had a certain number of days to use it. All around just a dishonest way of doing business. I do not recommend the Southlake or Flower Mound locations as I have tried both with problems at each.

This place is fantastic! The receptionist was so amazing and friendly, and the massage by Yvonne was simply incredible. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

My sweet haven! This location is amazing. As soon as I walk through the door, I am greeted with smiles and a sense of tranquility. The staff are all so wonderful and accommodating. I work in the dental field, so my poor neck and back are always aching. I come see Yvonne every week. Her healing hands rejuvenate and relax me, preparing me for the next week to come. This place is a gem! Definitely worth the investment and drive for me!

As a member, I love coming to this location a lot. The massage therapists are great along with the front desk staff. They frequently offer promotions and add-ons that are competitively priced. I would highly recommend trying it out. You wouldn’t regret it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I booked this place as a “surprise” for my husband for our anniversary. I specifically told them DO NOT CONTACT MY HUSBAND as it is suppose to be a surprise. She assured me that they would not call him to confirm. Not even a hour later they contacted him numerous times and absolutely ruined the surprised. So we still wanted the massage despite the ruin surprised. So we get there at our scheduled time and we’re sitting filling out our paperwork ready to begin our session and the front desk clerk says, “I have some bad news. The person who is suppose to do your couples massage just called out, so we can’t do anything for you today”. At this point it’s now 15 minutes past our appointment time and now we’re getting turned around. Then the front desk clerk called the “supervisor” and she’s says she will NOT do anything to accommodate us. No refund or no type of compensation or anything for their error. We felt completely segregated against. We were treated like pure animals. I do NOT recommend this place. If you are wanting a nice experience and peace of mind just choose another place. Where they actually care about their new customers and want you to be there.

After a scheduling issue was resolved, we went in for a couples massage on our anniversary. We had a great, relaxing experience which kicked off our anniversary weekend right. We will definitely be referring family and friends!

I came in with a lot of pain, shaking, weakness and was having an anxiety attack. Was greeted by the beautiful, smiling faces of Juanita, Gabby, and Michelle. I had an amazingly relaxing massage from Annette and got off the table with no pain, no shaking and felt such a wonderful, refreshed, calm feeling. Complete opposite of what I came in feeling!! Thank you Annette!! I did not even need to ruin my day with medicine that makes me sleepy or fight it and hurt all day!! Thank you all!!

I arrived at appointment time at 11:15 and got out at 12:19. After paperwork, taking clothes off and lying down.... the time was 11:35. That hour was short. That all!

I have been a member here for a little while. I wanted to make note since there hasnt been a review in a while that there is new management at this location. They are VERY friendly, always smiling, take great care of me when myself and my husband come in and its a great value for a $49.99 massage. I have personally been to upscale salons and their service has been just as good, especially lately and over half the price. I would personally recommend Rosie, Jacqueline or Jenny.

Worst massage I have ever received!!!! I specifically requested certain areas to be worked where I had knots. The therapist did not focus on them. I even reminded her during the massage. I had to continuously ask for more pressure as she was not getting down to the actual muscle. I purchased a 90 minute massage. The masseuse kept track of the time incorrectly and cut the massage short by 20 minutes. By the time she realized her mistake I was already dressed. She offered to finish the massage time but I didnt care for any more of that terrible experience. The room was extremely cold the entire time to the point where my fingers went numb. Save yourself from the disappointing and subpar service they are selling.

Went for a couples massage with my wife and was not disappointed. Much better attention and skill level than many of the chains that push memberships; and while they do offer similar options, they were friendly and never made us uncomfortable. We would certainly come back again for the quality care given.

Massage therapist was 15 minutes late for my massage appointment, thus the massage was cut short and ran for about 40 minutes. Despite being late, he still intended to get to his next appointment on time, which was apparently more important than mine. When I brought the issue up upon checkout, I spoke to the manager, who refused to discount my session despite it running for a much SHORTER amount of time than it was supposed to. She instead said that she will contact me to set up an additional 30 minute appointment. I left my phone number. She NEVER contacted me. Throughout it all, she seemed fake and apathetic about the issue I experienced. Even before I left my phone number, she started a loud conversation with another customer, and faced away from me.The massage itself was below average. The massage therapist talked to me frequently throughout the session, which is unnecessary in a massage. Professionalism and ability was certainly lacking.To anyone thinking about visiting this place, I recommend going to a different massage business with genuine and caring customer service and masseuses that show up on time.

I wish I had the option of a “no star review” but unfortunately I’m not able to. I took my son to this location on November 17th. When we arrived I spoke with Gabby who I informed that I would be using a gift card and I asked if she could check and make sure it was active, etc. She said everything was a go and asked if we would complete the paperwork which asked questions about the areas of interest for my son’s massage and so forth. After completing the form, the woman who would be doing my son’s massage came out and introduced herself. I went back with them because he’s only 16. I feel as though she did a great job and very informative. My problem was the aftermath. We decided to schedule another appointment for the following week and checked out and left. A few hours later I received a voicemail from Gabby saying there was an error in their system when they tried to process the payment and also there would be an additional charge for gratuity to my credit card they had on file, (I had to provide that in order to book the appointment). I immediately checked my account online and they had charged me for the full amount that they charged on my gift card. I called and spoke to Gabby and asked what was going on and why would they charge my account when I provided a gift card that would cover the session. She went on to say she didn’t know what happened or had never seen this happen with the system before. I asked to be refunded and she said that she would have to talk to a manager and get it resolved and of course the manager was not there. I thought this was the most unprofessional place I’ve been. Obviously I was very upset and the following day I spoke to Donnie who assured me that everything would be corrected and he apologized. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager would be in on Wednesday. So I called on Wednesday, and there was no manager on site it so I was told. Long story short I finally got the refund back and spoke to Donny again and told him that I wanted to cancel the other appointment which was for today, November 24th at 3pm because of the mistakes on their part. He said he understood and that he would cancel the appointment. Fast forward to today at 3:26pm I receive a voicemail from Juanita who advised she was calling because of my son’s session at 3pm and because we were a no show they would be billing my card a $100 no show fee and to call back if I had questions. First of all, why would these people still have my credit card information on file when I had already spoken to someone and canceled the appointment and why would they charge someone’s card without speaking with them?? I called and spoke with Juanita and told her that if they charge my card that I would sue them because I didn’t give anyone permission to do that and I had previously spoke to Donnie days before to cancel the appointment. Image said she would call Donnie to verify and would call me back. She called back about 10 minutes later and confirmed what I had already told her and I specifically told her that I do not give them permission to use my credit card information for any future services and I do not have nor do I want any future appointments there again and to delete my credit card information and my contact number and never call me again!!! These people are unorganized and obviously do not communicate with one another to know what the other is doing. Beware of this place!

Highly unprofessional. My wife booked a couples massage for our anniversary/ fathers day. First they ruined the suprise by calling me to confirm after being asked not too.then upon arrival for our appointment the manager informs us ten minutes after our arrival as we are filling out our forms that whoever had us called in. The manager or the owner wouldnt do anything about this. They expected me to reschedule and not do anything about the huge inconvenience. Thanks for ruining my anniversary.

I am currently the Massage lead over at the Massage Heights in Southlake, and I wanted to personally invite everyone whos had a bad experience back for a visit. we are under new management and have new therapists who have been chosen due to their background in massage and we even perform regular assessments on the therapists so that we make sure all our therapists are keeping up to par with how our business should be ran. everyone who comes in for a massage and has had a problem with our service in the past will receive a 30 minute complementary massage performed by me personally so that you can decide for your self if improvements have been made at no cost to you. please just bring in verification that you had a complaint in the past and we will be happy to accommodate you. I hope to see you all soon and I hope that I can change your mind about our location.

I first used Beatrice at MH, and she was good, but she couldnt make any progress on my frozen shoulder issue and she recommended Allen. So do I. I have been getting massages from Allen for the past year and he has fixed my frozen shoulder injury. My daughter went to him first and loves him too! He gives intense pressure, but eases up if you speak up. I trust him, and I find it easy to communicate with him. He makes me participate - isometrics - and it has benefited my health. Sometimes I long for the nice quiet, soothing massages, but those are not healing. Those benefits are short lived for me. (an hour if I am lucky) I also have life long shoulder issues and he addresses those. And if I get my massages on a regular basis, he keeps my pain and discomfort under control. My husband had his first massage with him the other day and he really enjoyed the deep tissue massage.

Massage it’s self was just ok. What I didn’t like was that we started at 6:10pm and the massage was over at 6:55. Way less than an hour. I asked the front desk about it and was told my massage was started at 6:02. This was not true. Know if you pay for a “60 minute” massage, it will be much less than that. Won’t be back to this location. Feel ripped off.

I’ve been a long time member. For the most part it’s always been great. The past couple of weeks I’ve had scheduling issues. Tonight at 7pm, the owner personally called to apologize and try and make things right. He took a good 30 minutes out of his night to work through issues I’ve had. It was very ginuene and much appreciated. People make mistakes, it’s how you manage those mistakes that makes the difference.

Where to begin. This place is highly unprofessional. I have been going there since the end of last year and in that time there have been MULTIPLE turnovers. The people at the front desk are always changing, I always find a therapist I like and then they leave, and Ive witnessed times where the therapists would talk down to the front desk in front of customers. Also, the management has changed TWICE since Ive been there. Who is running this place?? Why cant they seem to keep any employees longer than a couple of months?!? Something has to be going on in order for that many people to quit in such a short amount of time. It seems to never be under control when I come here. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. If I could give this place any lower of a rating I would...

I have been going to this Heights location since I moved here from Las Vegas in January. KaSandra has always communicated well with me and always addresses my issues with extreme professionalism. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and remember our names and greet us with smiles. I am always having to reschedule my appointments and they seem to have no problem making things work for me. I have much more important things I could be spending my money on but KaSandra is a VERY important part of keeping my daily pain down. I go to see them 2 to 3 times a month.The only complaint I would have is that it can be a bit noisy in there from time to time. The laundry room is loud and sometimes the employees talk a little too loud in there. I have alerted them to this situation.Thanks for all the great care !!!

I use to have a membership at Massage Envy and I cancelled that ASAP! Compared to most massage places Ive been at, Massage Heights is a step above the rest. They sheets are nicer and essential oils are free, which is cool.I have been going to this location for 3 months now and I am amazed at how much better I am feeling! I have had the same Massage Therapist 3 times now and I could not be happier! I believe massage therapy is a gift and you either have it or you dont and I could feel my therapist had it when she first touched me! (You know when they dont have it because you just want to jump off the table and end it ASAP)I have been seeing an LMT named Tyra and she is very professional, empathetic, skilled and uses the perfect pressure. I like how she will check in on the pressure with me every so often, just to make sure I am good with it. I feel like she actually cares about my well being and isnt just trying to get me on and off the massage table. She doesnt talk to me unless I ask her a question and she picks me up on time (except for today, she was a couple minutes late only because her previous client took longer to get dressed, but she made up for the couple minutes at the end of the massage so I got my full time and she got a nice tip) and doesnt end the session early. (God I hate it when some people do that, I mean, Im a paying customer!)I had originally came in with really back lower back pain and I circled where it was hurting and when she asked if she could do my glutes, I originally told her no (only because I was wanting her to rub where I was hurting) but she educated me on the fact that just because I have pain in one place doesnt mean that is the muscle where the problem is and that sometimes they have to massage certain areas of the body in order to relieve the pain where the discomfort is)...I am so glad she educated me about that because I told her it was ok to rub whatever she needed to on my body as long as I left without the pain I had...and so I trusted her and she was right! Her massaging my glutes not only helped my low back but it even relieved a lot of the pain I had in between my shoulder blades.Look, I read some of these reviews and I wanted to share a great experience with those willing to listen and also to remind some people that these massage therapists have a license by the state and an education to provide a service that we are not educated in...Going to a massage therapist and saying just work my shoulders and nothing else is kind of like going to an auto mechanic and saying I know my tires need rotating, but I want you to just put some air in my tires...How can you expect for the symptom to go away if you try to tell them how to do their job, a career field in which you have no knowledge of? Just saying.Oh, one last thing...There is a guy who works at the front, I think his name is Ryan....Great employee! He always provides me with a warm welcome and strives to provide customer service at an optimal level. I only signed up for a 3 month membership b/c I was skeptical at first but after this wonderful experience here, I am defiantly going to re-sign for a 12 month!

I was waiting for it to end. Dont ask for Allen, an inability to read coupled with an inability to not stop talking made this massage one of the most unenjoyable Ive ever had.Massage Heights provides you with a sheet to specifically list what you need and dont need, and dont want. I specifically circled my upper back and shoulders on the diagram, nothing else as areas to focus on. I also wrote specifically NO glutes or extreme lower back! What do I get massaged for nearly half the hour of the massage even after telling him to please focus where I noted? MY GLUTES AND LOWER BACK! After writing it down and drawing it out, this guy cant manage to read a simple message and decipher a circle on a body (something a kindergartner should be able to do). I had to ASK him to please focus on my shoulders and neck during the massage, and he faintly responded. I was more than annoyed, I want to shoot myself. The definition of battery is an unwelcome and offensive touching: this massage was just that.This guy also had lack of control on pressure and was always asserting WAY too much pressure, after telling him what seemed to be 30+ times (every time he applied pressure in another place, I had to tell him it was too much pressure, an experienced masseuse should be able to pinpoint pressure in about 4-5 times of patient feedback, he could not.) I felt like I had to guide him through my entire massage. Im not here for that.To add to the terrible annoyance of what was an already ruined massage (I could not relax for the life of me), the masseuse decided to incessantly talk and ask weird and intrusive questions at any moment there was faint and peaceful silence. I answered briefly and shortly in hopes he would stop, he did not. Questions included....- What do you do for a living?- Where do you live?-What do your parents do for a living?-Where do you live?-Where did you live before?-Do you have sibling and what do they do?- Where do they live?-Whered you go to college?-When did you graduate?- Does your neck feel better?- Wow, look at that, is that a knot?Stop talking, for the love of God.If I wanted to TALK to someone for an hour and pay lots of money for it Id go to a psychotherapist not a massage therapist. I expect to pay him to stop talking and do his job with minimal interaction. His verbal diarrhea kept me from even having one brief moment of relaxation and at some point his continuous talking and questioning turned creepy from my standpoint of a customer.In addition, he asked annoying questions about a test I am studying for, and extremely stressed about. Asking questions about this, non-stop DURING the massage, did not serve to help alleviate stress. This was honestly the most stressful part. I came here to NOT talk about this, thanks you moron.To top it off, he shorted me 10 minutes on my massage, a massage that already felt like it never started because he never stopped talking to allow for a second of relaxation or repose... nice that it also conveniently ended 10 minutes before it should have. I left the place and paid 10 MINUTES before my ENDING TIME which means it could have been even more than 10 minutes.As I walked out, he manages to READ the paper I gave him on his clipboard and said Ohhh, man I read here that you said NO GLUTES, Im so sorry, I really worked on that for the entire massage, please dont kill meI had to resist, I was so annoyed that after 1 wasted and paid hour (less than an hour) he does this. Thanks you moron, now I still have to pay you.Needless to say, terrible experience, not relaxing, not professional, cant read, a little creepy. If I could, Id ask for my money back. My neck and shoulders feel in no better condition than they did when I went in and before I spent a ton of money. What a waste.Dont ask for Allen. Maybe there are better massage therapists there, but this is not the one to go for if you are looking for relaxation, silence, and the massage you asked for.
