Exceptional service. I usually wait 2-3 hours for a oil change. I received great service right away. Clean and professional service. My new place for my car. Thanks guys for awesome service!!!!!!
The service team did excellent job both in terms of their work and arranging for shuttle service from my place of employment. They did excellent of accommodating my work schedule .as well.
This is the second time I have taken my car to Genthe Honda.As has been my experience since I first went to this dealership for some repairs on a used car that I bought, they went above and beyond to assist me. Mike the service manager, made the extra effort to get my car in and out in a timely fashion. He also went over my concerns and made every effort that I understood the issues to be repaired before they were repaired. I have been very satisfied with the level of customer service at this dealership. Mike and his team have been very professional and have fixed it right the first time.
In the past I have given a 1 star but the last 2 times I have been back it has been a much better experience. I have to say the customer service in the service department is great. The gentleman Key is very very helpful and has very good customer service skills. He is one of the reasons I got back

My Honda battery dies and is under warranty. You would think that means they will just replace it, or 60% of it in this case. Nope. Thats not the Honda way. They needed to nickle and dime me ($36) for the labor of putting the battery in. Ok, Ill just put it in myself. Oh no- thats not how the warranty works. I thought a warranty was a guarantee to replace a product that was not working as intended. So they refused to replace the battery or were fraudulent (not this dealership, just Honda service in general) when explaining that all I have to do is just come in and get the new battery.I like Honda vehicles, but I would strongly discourage dealing with Honda service department and dont expect anything with their warranties. Read the fine print. Reread the fine print. I guarantee there is a way they will take advantage of you in there.
First time there, took my new used crv in for recall work. They did a safety inspection and pointed out the front end needed work soon. I just had a bunch of work done at my local shop and a front end alignment. Long story short my local shop missed a few things, I took it back to them and they agreed with Genthe Honda and now offered to make it right no charge. Thanks Genthe Honda for pointing it out to me! Ill be going back there for my repairs when needed!

The Sprit of Honda left this place years ago. The techs are competent, and the staff is generally friendly... but this is one loveless joint.
Went here to get my tires replaced. They scratched up one of my rims and didn’t own up to it. Get pics of everything before you send your vehicle in if you can to prevent getting screwed over.
Called service twice and never talked to anyone. Nobody picked up the phone.
