I had a scheduled delivery for 09/28 and because I wanted to know the window for time of arrival, I called and the representative indicated that my order was not on route for today and that he was unable to see why. This item has been at the warehouse for delivery since 09/09....I am now being told the soonest delivery is 10/14. I have spoke to three representatives who have provided me with 3 different stories. When asking to speak with management, I was assured that my concern was escalated and I would hear back from someone ....8hrs and 2 additional phone conversations and an email....I am still waiting. There is no access to management and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
After 8 phone calls (talking to someone in India), I was hung up on three times, lied to about my delivery and XPO lied to the company that sent my order stating it was delivered and signed for at my address, no one is currently living in the home while it is undergoing a remodel. I could not talk with a supervisor but was told someone would contact me with 24 hours, I was told that 7 different times by 7 different people, no one ever called, I waited six weeks for the delivery and had to reorder and will have to wait another six weeks, the cabinet company was told not to use XPO logistics. Cant believe this company is still in business.
They suck.
They take FOREVER to answer the phone. last call had me on hold for 40 minutes before anyone picked up. Most calls average 30 minutes holding before you actually reach a human being! They provide horrible tracking information on-line. They mark shipments as completed even if there is a return leg due service. What a joke. Ford could do so much better in choosing a 3rd party premium logistics company... Have to deal with them again. On the phone as I write this and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. They cannot code shipments correctly. Why do we have to take responsibility for their mistakes?
Logistics doesnt seem to be their strong side, my order is lost. Using this company as your last mile delivery gives your company a bad reputation.
I worked there for 6 months as a temp and they hired people in with no experience in direct. Michelle blackston might be the worst manager I have to deal with. she is very rude and not polite. Uncomfortable person to work with. they are users. They will not have that ford contract for too long
Vary unprofessional. They do not care if you get your delivery or not.

Not only did they not notify me in advance as promised. But they were extremely rude on the phone to me and the IKEA representative. I would never choose this company to do business with ever.
I was told I would be called 15-20 mins prior to the arrival of delivery but I got the call 7 minutes after the truck reached my home. I missed the shipping and they wouldnt reschedule it. It is just ridiculous!
