Worst broker ever, company should stop doing business with them, zero star if possible
Worst Broker to deal with. Cheap People use cheap brokers.
All of the customer should stop Livingston service because they always show on their web the papers are received and they are telling the driver we don’t have the papers after few time sent then they said we do have your papers but our team who is working for this shipment they are working on other shipment they will get clear your load in 1 hour to 2 hour then driver called them back after 2 hours and they make new store we don’t have your load custom invoice and driver said what I did sent in one PDF and now your telling me not have custom invoice. Before driver say something they hang up on the driver and they usually clear the load between 4 to 10 hours always and other custom broker clear in 1 hour all of them . Only Livingston is MF who waste drivers time.
I didnt use them, but their information was priceless. Everything they explain was understandable. I also do know about shipments going straight over the border like a Walmart line. Its the process
Worst customs broker I have ever dealt with, for the past 11 years they have been by far the worst company in any vertical of any industry of any business I have ever dealt with. Be aware of these brutal people. All they do is lie.
Livingston is by far the worst custom broker to choose from. Constant delays, drivers waiting at the border almost every shipment. We are told that the shipment has been placed on hold 80% of the time and they do not bother telling anyone but themselves even with a cover page and contact info. BCB, Russell Farrow, Fed Ex, Buckland. Are some much better choices and plenty more out there as well if you look. If you want problems, choose Livingston.
