Wrong response when youre in the business of serving. Even though he was drying the vehicles he did a poor job, which irritated me that I had tipped him and the other man who was lazier and barely dry the passenger side of my truck. My last time doing business here theres nothing super about their car washes, just super in bad service.😡

Idk what more you could ask for out of a car wash, monthly pass is definitely the way to go, literally pays for itself in a few washes you also get free vacuums and they hand dry the car. I definitely recommend

Been coming here for over 15 years! And I live 20 minutes away and must pass at least ten car washes. They are more hit than miss as far as the finishing up. The machines are great, have been replaced at least three times as I remember, did a really nice upgrade a few years back. They have a frequent wash option which would work lovely for those who wash often. They have conveniently located vacuums which have pretty decent suction, this also provides a good area to wipe out your door jams and what not. I just need the dryers to pay closer attention to the rear if the vehicle near the hatch/ trunk so when it dries it doesnt look like someone smeared grime; unless you get out to do your touch ups, you wont notice you arent satisfied until youve left the establishment. Theyre open year round and from what I can tell they are affordable in comparison.

This place is horrible! I paid for the best carwash that was $20. I ran my car through there twice and still didnt get clean. I go to another one by my house, spend 8 and get a better clean! Dont waste your money!

I buy a monthly car wash service and like the convenience of that. I wouldnt wash my car as much if I didnt have this. It saves me money. I like to tip the people that dry the cars but find most of the time they dont dry thoroughly. I plan to bring my own towel to dry it thoroughly myself. They are great at when you get a new vehicle and forget to transfer the monthly service sticker and will quickly provide a new one.

Didnt like the fact that in order to vacuum the car, customers had to wash their car 1st. Rule of thumb, YOU clean the car inside 1st, then wash the car next. YOU do this 1st, so that the dirt or dust from the inside doesnt dusty the car when it has just been washed.Also not all vacuums work.

Awful service.I reached out to the super car wash Headquarter after they did a bad job washing my car. The car was still covered with snow and ice. The guy who answered the phone at the HQ was like we are a car wash, not a snow removal company.I just wanted him to know that I had been a member of this car wash for the last four years with two vehicles membership and I regret it now.I am glad that they are not a snow removal company because I am sure that they would do a bad job on that too.So, according to the HQ Guy, if you to wash your car in the snow season, call a snow removal company 🤔.

Its clean! My car was clean, even the trunk. Two people drying with what looks like actual dry towels... amazing! Workers were pleasant. I pulled into to use the vacuum and what makes this place special is that the vacuum is over head. Its easy to maneuver it in and out of the car, behind and between the seats. No one was playing loud music, it was chill. I bought the unlimited plan and Im definitely coming back.

I guess because it was busy they rushed my car threw. The first guy who is supposed to help guide people onto the tracks before putting the car in neutral didnt tell me I wasnt lined up on the tracks and I almost tore my tires up. He was very unpleasant and unhelpful. I guess because it was busy they rushed my car threw and it was still dirty on the back near my license plate and a few more spots.

I really like this carwash. Im a monthly member so I can go up to two times per day every day if I want to. Location is convenient for me so I have a clean car all the time. Im pleased with the way they handled the pandemic shutdown which took into consideration they were closed and I wasnt driving anywhere. I didnt lose any money and they were back in business as soon as they could open again.

I paid $9 for a outside wash and when I got home my rims were still dirty and my truck was half wiped off. Remember I paid for rim cleaning and towel dry. Horrible Serve. Bad part you stay in your car and it looks like everyone is doing there job correct, but not at all.

I am new to the area and tried this car wash earlier in the week. I purchased the monthly plan but then when I got to the vacuums I was very disappointed. Almost all the vacuums were either plugged or had no hoses attached. There were theret was trash everywhere. Im really hoping that they work on this issue and then I think it could be a very nice car wash.

Good place for washing your car. The place has a super cheap and reasonable price for unlimited monthly washes. The cloth service folks sometimes tend to not care when drying the car off. Most of the time the car has lots of water still on it windows and mirrors.

I have a white eqinox. Nothing looks worse than a dirty white car. I got my car washed here. It was great. I will be back!

I paid for the most expensive car wash (Top Dog) and it was over in less than 1 minute.They did not fold the side mirrors and did not clean the liquid from the mirrors, which froze and I could not see anything in the mirrors, which is a big safety issue.Once I stopped to check, I noticed that the underside of the car also had not been cleaned, the snow was still stuck to it.Not going here again.

The hours said that it closed on Sunday at 8 PM I got here at 7 PM and they were closed. It would help if they update their times on the Internet. This was a wasted trip, time and miles.

Today I had very bad experience, Guy who collects money for car wash took 20$ from me and swapped the notes in his hands and informed me that I had given 5$. Made lot of noise that I had given 5$, and again he took additional money .this happened at 1 PM today.He is a cheater and I don’t bother about 15$ looted from me but I was really upset the way behaved with me.I called to there office number and head office to complain but no use. Hope the management take strict action on the guy who is collecting money and do the job fairly

After getting the 8 dollar wash my tires are still filthy. The guys barely prewashed or scrubbed the tires or car before going in. Then when I came out the towel guy wiped my windows and sent me on my way. My entire car was still soaked. I got a better wash and dry at the hands free that only blasts out water. What a waste of 8 dollars. Thanks for the free vacuum though. I would have rather paid to vacuum and got a real car wash and towel dry as advertised. Not happy at all!

The staff is rude, noisy and it seems like they dont care about the surrounding community. Loud music, yelling. I feel sorry for the people that live near buy. Also I didnt think my car got that clean. My wheels were still very dirty as well as the back of my car.

Very disrespectful. Always yelling pull up. Live behind the car wash. Playing loud music when ask the workers to turn it down nothing but attitude. Have to say pretty hard to enjoy your yard or have company over with all that going on. Really saddened with the lack of respect for the neighbors living behind this place. Terrible!!!

During peak times, the workers are always trying to pack cars into the car wash like sardines in a can, putting the drivers at risk of getting into an accident. Ive been to this car wash probably a hundred times, and I will likely keep going there (during off-peak times) because its just a mile from my home. There were so many instances where the workers would annoyingly gesture for you to pull your car right up to the next cars bumper while approaching the wash. Ive watched the workers (on numerous occasions) run as fast as they can to press the master stop button to prevent an accident from happening in the car wash. In one instance, one of the towel guys, while drying my car, dropped his towell, ran to the car wash, and jumped over the hood of someones car to press the master stop button to prevent an accident. Ive been in so many close calls there. My recommendation is if they are very busy the day you visit, you should try a different car wash or come back at a different time. Now, I only go when the lines are short, because thats when the employees are less frantic. The car wash itself and the prices are good.
