The free vacuum and compressed air is great for cleaning out the interior of the car. Good basic car wash with hand drying. Didnt try the more expensive washes, but maybe next time. Very clean facility.

I pay for the unlimited wash that includes the tire shine. Dont do it! I noticed a few months ago that the Telegraph location only shines one side. I have called them about it & gone back up there to let them know but its always the same. I started going to the Southfield Road location and their tire shine is fantastic! I didnt have time to get to the Southfield Rd location yesterday and decided to give Telegraph another chance and of course I get out to look and the driver side tires are shiny & the passenger side is dull 😑. Beware

Way over priced for the quality.I paid $20 and told them specifically I needed the bugs off my front bumper and windshield since I had just gotten back from a trip up north. That said sure no problem, but its still on there. Ive had better bug cleaning at other washes that I paid half the amount for.

I asked and paid for a full wash. I waited 45 minutes for them to wash exterior and tell me I have to be a club member for them to clean the inside. That should have been said upfront when they took my money for a full wash. I really needed an interior cleaning more than an exterior. This was a waste of time and very unprofessional.

Very confusing layout, adding a tip to my payment was useless, the drencher only wet one side of my vehicle, the guy drying my truck didnt care either way. The wash did its job pretty well but for the price there are way better options to get you vehicle washed (did not get the detail service)

Ive been here a couple of times and I just cant recommend it. The prices are high for washes, the employees have never been pleasant and aggressively try to upsell you. Good luck getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time if you arent paying for unlimited washes. They make no effort to get your car in the line to get washed if you arent on a monthly unlimited plan. Ive never gotten interior services done, but I cant imagine how long that would take if a simple car wash has me waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Ill be using the hose in my driveway next time.

Enter at your own risk! This facility will damage your vehicle and try to claim that it didnt happen on the premises. Even though the photos from their security cameras show a undamaged vehicle entering the facility and a damaged vehicle exiting, and when I exited I told them I heard my car get struck and they claimed they didnt see anything. I immediately saw it when I got out of my car. It took over two months of phone tag to finally get told that they wouldnt do anything. I would highly encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere if they care about the long and short term health of their vehicle, unless you want to be given the run around for over two months when this carwash looks for whatever way possible to deny accountability.Update 2/11/21In response to the owner the denial of responsibility is simply false. The low qualityvideo which I did review with their team was able to pick up that my vehicle entered the vehicle without damage and after coming into contact with their wash system, I heard a loud thud, which I assume was debris stuck in the side panel washer. When I exited the wash I reported it as I was supposed to, when I exited my vehicle I was able to see it immediately. During the two month course of review over 4 theories were thrown my way to try to make me responsible for this damage.. Each of these were found to be false. My vehicle did not enter the wash damaged, but it did exit that way.I also find it amazing that this was able to be reviewed in less than 24 hours when I post on google while it took over 2 weeks to talk to anyone while they dodge phone calls and actions to resolve this for over two months.If this company was at all dedicated to customer service like they claim to be this would have been handled immediately and professionally. Obviously this isnt the case when you read the multitude of negative comments where peoples vehicles were damaged and Jax car wash denies any accountability. Its very unfortunate that JAX does not care about its customers..

Super fast service! Even when its a long line, they move every vehicle along quickly. I have the monthly unlimited almost everything exterior, and afterwards my truck is always sparkling!

Went here for a simple car wash and let me say my car has never looked better. I got the $20 wash package (which is a lot to me for a car wash) plus the tip for the gentlemen drying down my car. If I lived closer or passed by here on my commute I would totally get the unlimited pass.

Love this place am now in the wash club its well worth it. I know my car is clean when I leave. I also have my car detailed every spring looks like it just came out of the showroom! Take your car to Jax and spoil it 😊

Currently sitting inside of this car wash and after interacting with two employees, I felt the need to leave this review because of the terrible communication, as well as, attitude and off putting body language I received from the employees I interacted with today. I am extremely annoyed and would appreciate it if Jax car wash employees would at least try to act like they appreciate the fact that they even have a job to clock into when they do.

I love Jax! For a reasonable monthly low payment I can take my car to them as often as I like and they will wash it and hand dry it for no additional charge. I could wash my car everyday or multiple times the same day and at no additional costs each time! I dont worship my car, but I do like for it to be clean 🙂🙃🙂😉

They rarely have some spraying both sides of your car. Today the young man was making people come thru without the pre wash spray. I actually had to request that he rinse my car off. Very disappointing.

Per COVID 19 pandemic I requested “Vacation Hold” that has not been honored, instead $39 electronic deductions from my bank account are still being made. I went into the establishment and made the first request with the staff attendant assistance, realized at a later date (October) and resubmitted my request via Jax Kar Wash portal only to discover on December 3, 2020 that deductions were still coming out of My bank account. I resubmitted my Vacation Hold request yet again and continued calling the office only to get voice messages but no return calls. I’m very dissatisfied at this time ... I’ve been a loyal customer since 1984 but that is of no substance to Jax Kar Wash apparently.Joyce Cooper

Free vacuum and my vehicle was treated well! The only thing I can complain about is location. The traffic near the Hwy is usually crowded and the first lane out of the care wash is for exiting only.Very polite staff!

I had a issue with my wash a month and made a complaint and received a response back . I was ask to give Jax the opportunity to correct the issue.. I’ve been going to this location for years now. I went back on Wednesday and I can truly say I was taken care of and my car wash Great .. I appreciate how it’s important that Jax makes sure your car wash is satisfactory . I personally want to thank the cashier she was very pleasant and the manager on duty at the time was very professional in making sure I was pleased and taken care of. Windshield Cracked -100% reckless and irresponsible. I took my car for exterior car wash. When I came out I noticed the huge crack developed during the washing process. Immediately i contacted the location manager (Bill), we have seen the videos where my car went in with no crack and came out with huge crack. But Bill location manager has taken no responsibility for the damage. It will cost me appx $700 to replace the windshield. I left a message for Shawn (General Manager) of Detroit area JAX locations. Hopefully he will give me a call with resolution. I would recommend to stop going to this location.EDIT: 3/4/2019 - Rob - Manager at Jax examined the crack and determined their was no chipping of the windshield that may have propagated. So, the crack caused during the washing is 100% responsibility of Jax. Also, while I was reviewing the videos with Rob in the video room, I overheard Jax employees talking that their may be a malfunctioning of equipment possibly the Mitters and / or air drying towards end of the tunnel. Bill - If you are certain that there is no issue with equipment. Please provide preventive maintenance records of your equipment certified by 3rd party company. I have to spend over $700 to get the windshield replaced due to your negligence. Bill & Shawn - I will be replacing my windshield on 3/5/2019. Like I said there was no chipping or any other issue with the windshield before the crack happened at your car wash. I invite you to review the windshield before i get it replaced.

Good auto car wash. They cant seem to get my interior windshield clean without streaks.

Not what I expected.1. I asked if my rims would be cleaned since its supposed to be a full service. The guy said the guys at the front would (I could tell he was lying). Sure enough. They dried my car off leaving me with the old dirt on my rims covered with whatever greasy solution they spray on your wheels.2. They dont even look anywhere around your doors. Hence, when you open your doors, all you will see is old dirt (type of stuff that is a catalyst for rust).You cannot pull in for a one time interior/exterior wash neither, must be member or buy cluster of washes.I will be cancelling my membership. Not a good choice for proper interior/exterior wash. Id rather they charge me the $40 for 2 washed and do a job that makes sense so my vehicle doesnt end up rusted out.

On Thursday morning 6/21/18, I had my appointment with Jax for the Superior Interior Detailing. Reggie was assigned to my vehicle and he did a SUPERBLY OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Reggie had my Ford Escape shining like new. I dont even think it WAS this pretty when I picked it up 3 years back to Lease it brand new from the Dealership. Reggie even stopped at a certain point during the job and came in to the lobby to seek me out. He brought me back to my car to ask what kind of stain I had on my floorboard, so he could use the right chemicals to get the stain out. Talk about SPECIAL SERVICE! You might think it is too expensive to get your car detailed, but it truly is worth every penny at Jax (if you ask for Reggie). Plus I had an expired coupon from last month to get 10% off and they accepted that without hesitation. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Treat yourself to this. Youll be so glad you did!

Seems like the emphasis at this location is to throw as much soap on the car as possible. Not much of a rinse, so insides of doors and trunk end up with lots of suds instead of just residual water. I tried a different location and the rinse cycle is much better . Someone in management responded online that I can simply ask the guys to do the extra work to wipe down those areas. Seems to me they already work hard enough.

Upset to find out that my monthly subscription ran out.(?) I signed up for continuous auto pay. I never received a email that I had to renew. When I got there, there was no line. I was pulled over to straighten out the problem. By that time, a long line had formed. I was already pressed for time and had only stopped because there were no line. Now I had to wait. Not happy.

I give it a 3.8. It was pretty good, but they missed some spots. Main one was a stain on the driver seat. However not bad. I couldnt tell if they shampooed my seats. Will i come back, probably.

Cashier refused to take cash. Her reasoning was that it was the governors orders for jaxs car was specifically not to take cash.... lol, Their was also a sign right next to her that said I could by gift cards with cash. I understand everyone has the right to choose their own business practices but dont lie to your customers! Also, only sprayed one side of my car with tire shine.

The detailing that I got for my car was great, everything was shampooed and vacuumed all nice and neat. The car was also waxed and they offer a 3 month warranty, so if your car loses its sheen within that timeframe, they will wax it again for you. The staff is friendly and they make you feel like family, especially if you frequent there. The detailing also comes with a 30 day free wash offer so you can get it washed after you get it detailed.

I love this Jax. If they dont do a exceptional job they make it right. I asked for a special request and it wasnt done. I spoke to a manager and he made it happen. This is the best Jax to go to. I have been to all of them and this one is the best! The owner should be proud of this team and all that they do!

Spent $129 on car is detail and be wax, didnt look any different than a regular wash and vacuum. Very disappointed. Still have to take it to a real detailer. Wasted my money! 😠

As of January 1, 2017, Jax Kar Wash will no longer be issuing a 5-day Clean Car Guarantee. This customer will start using another car wash that does - as Im not joining an unlimited club because my company allows a certain amount that I can expense every week (not every month). I was a regular customer and liked the staff here.In response to the owner: I understand. You made a business decision as did I. Other car washes do offer a re-wash within 3 days.

I only stopped to buy a gift card and it seemed to be a busy day but the staff was not friendly at all and took over 20 minutes for them to assist me with the simple gift card request. When I left there was a line of about 10 disgruntled cars behind me. Maybe they were just understaffed for the unexpected rush
