Id dealt with this particular Honda dealership for quite some time. Unfortunately that bit has ended. I paid $150 for a diagnostic that wasnt ran. The print out contained nothing about what I sent my car there for. The tech and serviceman guessed what the problem was without any kind of testing or even looking at my vehicle. Terrible experience, AND Im out of $150.
I took my Honda Accord in for a long overdue oil change, and Tamaroff Honda, where I’ve leased vehicles for over a decade, was making appointments for service. Everyone on staff was properly masked, and the waiting room had placards on them, one side ‘clean’ the other, ‘needs cleaning.’ As soon as someone left, there was a Tamaroff employee there to clean the chair (and floor). Very impressive. I have kept an eye on all the businesses I visit, and I have to say that Tamaroff was one of the best to meet expectations of safety and cleanliness. Five stars all around.
I went there for issue with my heater (which gives extreme heats even at 68) I explained the situation to the service advisor that after driving for around 10-15 mins, it gets very hot inside the car. They said that tech was not able to duplicate the concern at this time. I found out that they have not drove my car for even a single mile. The mileage in/out is same. How can they determine that it is not giving high heat even without driving it for a mile? I am attaching the photo of the service order from honda. There is a comment (service request, mileage in/out and the response ) on that document. It is disappointing because I have to to take uber to work when I drop of my car and they just denied the issue even without checking it.

Started realizing a year after an insurance fix that water was leaking through the parts around the door even though the door was untouched damage wise and should have been just removed and not disassembled in the fix. Now a another year on from that it is becoming a problem for the car more and more. Typical useless ****s that except other brands but then do a generic fix instead of obtaining the proper manual. Even I as a non mechanic, but with the official repair instructions, can see how much of a **** up cheap job they did even though they knew they were guaranteed the insurance pay and ran a week over on time so they should have been able to do it right. Several parts were missing, broken, or just chopped off. Have had a proper repair technician look at it, they said your craftsmanship is **** at best.
Best service Center in town. I went there for my Honda Civic with a confusing and weird issue. The service manager Mike analysed everything and helped me with everything he can do from his side. He was very honest, humble and friendly person. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Best dealership experience ever! Nice and professional! Received my car washed and vacuumed with no additional charge! No hard sale for extra services. Did what they said they would and provided a shuttle service! Check out area was clean organized and had friendly staff and they thank you for choosing them and they show their appreciation for your business. I will be back!
My experience was wonderful! The customer service was excellent, sure the waiting time was a bit long, but I was very satisfied. One gentleman appraised my car but was too early for me to trade it in, but I appreciated him for doing that. I came there for a wheel alignment check, but the coupon that I presented didnt work. But I was able to show my email to use another coupon. So I saved a few dollars, which is always great. A very happy customer!
It was great.. My service guy, which I cant remember his name (sorry) had a great smile, he was friendly and helpful.. I needed a oil change and the wait was about 30 minutes. Which is not bad at all. They had donuts, coffee and bagels in the lobby. They washed my car which was awesome!!! Because it saved me time, that was going to be my next stop after getting oil changed, but there was no need. Thank you so much.
Mark and the service manager at Tamaroff went above and beyond to take great care of me and my family when our vans engine misfired. Its a known issue with 2013 Odysseys, and Honda pays for 100% of those repairs (great surprise). Even better? Mark gave me a loaner van (a brand new one, to boot!!!!) FOR FREE until our van was fixed. It was an easy, seamless repair experience. I was already a satisfied customer but their amazing customer service has made me an enthusiastic advocate for their dealership. Highly recommend!!

Getting appointment online with Tamaroff was convenient. Service representative who welcomed me and asked about the service needs was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns. Waiting area had a relaxed atmosphere with hot coffee and donuts. Overall my service experience was very good.
This was my first service at this dealership. I received very good service. I appreciated the nice, neat waiting area and it just happens that Detroit Factory bagels are my favorite! I look forward to using this dealership for services in the future. I noticed that they really took considerate care of my vehicle and that will keep me coming back.
The drop off was quick and easy. I had a little request to check a problem and it was taken care off without any issues.The staff was extremely friendly and was willing to listen to my questions and not try to show their superior knowledge ( which they have as one can see by their servicing technique).It was a great experience and their online service scheduling is a great tool to get appointments fast and easy.If they could also have an online payment portal it would be great, but thats a suggestion and definitely not a complaint.Will definitely keep going back more than regularly.
All staff were quite polite and everything went smooth. There was a little more standing around (maybe 7 minutes) than I would have liked, having made an appointment, but I didnt arrive exactly on time, either. Shuttle service was helpful, everyone was nice. Thanks!
Tamaroff fixed the transmission of my 13 year old Honda Odyssey in a nice short time. It runs smooth as can be now. I have to add that their service manager is really nice, and even had my car warmed up when I picked it up in a rush on a cold winter morning (Id called ahead and said that when I was picking it up I was trying to get somewhere in a hurry.) Super nice people!

From the very beginning to the end I felt comfortable and accepted by the whole staff at Tamaroff. Staff was friendly and kind, even when I had to reschedule three times. Everyone was thorough and helpful, from service to shuttle to cashier. And the coupons emailed to me enabled me to get a discount. I will definitely continue being serviced by Tamaroff Honda.
The only complaint I have is that they dont offer wheel alignment check for free. Other dealers will check it for you, and will only charge if the alignment is off...Here I was told be it check or correct, Im going to have to pay the full price as the vehicle is put on the equipment. But otherwise, no complaints. Good service overall.
They went above and beyond to take care of my car. They had a loaner waiting on me when I arrived, and even let me keep it longer when they discovered a recall on my cars airbag which they fixed. They kept me constantly updated on my cars status and the price for all the work they did. Fantastic job.
The people in the service department were wonderful!I had not been to Tamaroff Service before so I dont know all the ins and outs to the location. As I was parking in the lot, a gentleman came out and asked if I was there for service. I said yes and he directed me to the correct area to pull up to so I didnt have to get out of the car in the rain.Everyone inside the department was friendly and attentive. They offered coffee, tea, and breakfast as well as a shuttle if I needed one. They also had free wifi so I could work while I waited.Generally taking your car in for service is a pain, but this was a breeze! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly faces and the services that I need to continue with my day. Thanks for your help! I will bring my car to Tamaroff from here on out!
Went in to get my car serviced from the place I leased my car. Service was good and work was done timely. They even reminded me of the recall the car had and completed that at the same time. Will be going back again for my oil changes and any other car service needs.
1st oil change was a breeze. I was in and out in less than 30 min and they washed my truck. The service advisor was polite and efficient. Waiting room was pleasant and I was able to get work done while on my laptop. Only blemish to the experience was the porter who got in the passenger side for whatever reason left muddy tracks on my mats and nerf bar after the car wash but its not the end of the world.
The service representative was communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. He assured me of quick service and he delivered. He advised me of other problems with my van that need immediate attention.Good job Tamaroff Honda.
Took my 2015 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job, made me aware of some filters that were in need of replacement and washed my car as well as vacuumed the carpet inside. Very happy with their service!

As always an excellent service experience. Have been using Tamaroff service department for 13 years and never had a bad experience no matter what the service was for. Have never felt like I was being ripped off like I have at other dealers. In fact the write up person I try to use has even told me to take my older Accord to a 3rd party shop as it would be cheaper. How is that for honesty? Cannot say enough for Mark Prebee the write up person I like to work with. Very caring and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. One of the reasons I keep coming back.
Check in was quick and easy, work completed in a timely manner.My only comment/suggestion would be when I purchase light bulbs from Bloomfield Honda they install them for free on the spot. You guys want to charge $35 to install a headlight...the free install at Bloomfield is a nice touch! Please offer the same level of service as the other area dealers to be able to remain competitive!
As long as Ive been getting my car serviced at Tamaroff Honda it has been by making a online appointment which works great for me. Am taken care of by Mark Prebee and advised as to what my car is due for and asked what I would like to have taken care of at the time. Its always been a fast friendly experience.

Good customer service. But definitely lack of technical ability. Took my car to have the transmission repaired and they fixed everything else but the trans. Very expensive as well. From here on Ill take my car to other services other than a stealer

During the service call I had a hot cup of coffee, donuts and read a USA Today newspaper in their comfortable waiting area. The service representative explained everything to me with his usual smile.

I was taken care of right away and was processed pretty quickly. I was told it would take 45minutes to an hour for my scheduled oil change, but it did take an hour and 15 minutes. I also gave a coupon at arrival and then the service rep forgot to take it off at the end and I had to call him to the checkout register to fix. But it seems that my car is running better and I am assuming it was a good oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was pretty nice- good seats, snacks/drinks, and television. The wi-fi code was not visible to make it easy to use.
Work was done quickly and thoroughly. staff was courteous. waiting area is clean with food, coffee and free WiFi. overall very happy with the experience.

The Accord is 13 years old and the service rep gave me options on all of the items needed. I selected the items I wanted maintained and service was completed in a timely manner.
The staff was accommodating as usual. I have been a faithful customer with Tamaroff Honda since 2005.
I was sold extended warranty which I returned within two weeks but after more than three months and tons of reminder emails and calls still I have no clue when the dealership is going to pay the money back. Every time you call Mr. Jeff Rubin, from finance, he is always busy, no time to return the calls even if you leave voice msgs. If you go to them he will definitely has some excuse but no solution. Not sure who can help me on this. Really frustrating.At the time of sale they want you to pay for these things right away, not even a single day to think but no once cares to return the money back, in time to customers, if you decide not to have that warranty.

If you are here though Geico for service, go somewhere else. If you have a Toyota, definitely go somewhere else. They did a lot of work on my car, yet when I still had issues I had to first be seen by the Geico representative. He then proceeded to blame the issue on my previous service at Toyota before my car was fixed at Tamaroff due to an accident. Finally took my car to Toyota and they simply had to re-torque the lower control arm bolt. For some reason Tamaroff could not do this, so I had to be reimbursed by Geico. Now my car is STILL making sounds it hadnt before, Im never going back here.
