Detroit Shuttle Service has been very reliable company that I have been using for years, the drivers are always professional, accurate, punctual and ready to help with your bags. The vehicles are well maintained and clean, even keeping up with the pandemic requirements too, therefore I do recommend them all!

Horrible service, I would rate ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS I have never been treated so rudely on the phone by the manager Dennis Matthews. Very demanding and all they do is use uber to do their work and act as a middle man. I am handicapped and they sent the wrong kind of vehicle for me to fit into with all of the medical equipment. I was asking him questions about the trip and Mr. Matthews said I could not ask questions and lied about the previous driving company, totally fabricating a story. Overall there might be some good people there however I had a horrible experience with Dennis Matthews and would not recommend anyone to use this company. All you have to do is call an uber like they do and you will save a bunch of money and possibly avoid a big altercation. I have never witnessed a third party try to boss around an uber driver around the way Matthews did. I am a very laid back person and it takes alot for me to get upet. I am about the people, telling and knowing the truth, and all for customer service which they need to work on. Hopefully they change their tune and start treating others like the way they would like to be treated. Ill pray for this company.
