The service is okay but for a service youre paying $60 for, you would expect the agents on the phone to be more polite. I got this angry Arabic guy who I could barely understand and who had zero patience. Some stereotypes are absolutely true and this guy just reeked of a scummy Arab with a short temper. I have used this car service more than 10 times now and am very pleased with their service. Everyone has been very freindly and easy to deal with. The cars have been clean and seem to be well maintained. No complaints.
