Miles was very professional and did a great job explaining things to us. The day after the repair the AC stopped working again, he came over within 15 minutes and added refrigerant to get it back up and running. I would recommend.

I had an incredible experience. The man who came out, Miles, was really friendly and extremely helpful. In the end he saved me hundreds of dollars and helped me thru what needed to be done to my ac unit. I will use this company exclusively from now on.

Our air conditioning unit died in the middle of a heat wave. After calling the Air Doctors, we were thrilled to find out that they could come out, between 2&6, that day, to fix our unit. Unfortunately, the never showed up. When we tried calling them, their phone just rang and rang.Were very disappointed and would not recommend this company to a friend.

I would give this company negative stars if I could.... they came out to repair our A/C unit and it worked for less than 24 hours. We called back for them to come out and they gave us the runaround for 2 weeks. I had another company to come out and diagnose the problem and they said it looks like the other company did this but it would be hard to prove. Finally spoke with the owner (Brand) and he said he wanted to fix the issue. Said he understands my frustration and wanted to try and fix it. Made an appointment for after work when I would be home and when I told him I was 20 minutes away he canceled. He stated that he would be paying his tech overtime and I said I would be home by 6 and I never said that (I work in Ohio, I get off at 5:30 and on a good day my drive is 1 hour and 20 minutes). I asked Brand to schedule the time for 1st thing in the morning and ill send someone over to let them in but he insisted that the owner be home. He waited till I said I was 20 minutes away and told me he sent his tech home..... they are running from the situation because he knows they did something wrong. He couldnt understand my frustration with being put off AGAIN and started to accuse me of lying about the times I called in..... went from saying sorry we want to fix this and some how you slipped through the cracks to a different tune of you didnt even call until the 14 of July and u were serviced June 29.... needless to say BRAND and the AIR DOCTORS HEATING AND COOLING got our money (around $1600.00) and my A/C is gonna cost me another $3600.00 to get a new one b/c of them. They cleaned my Air Ducts and did an amazing job. They were extremely thorough. The price was a lil high but compared to the attention to detail, there wonderful technicians who explain everything, no matter how extra I was is nothing short of amazing. I also bought an I-wave R, they came with an arsenal of facts, paperwork, and videos showing me why it is beneficial. They allowed that product to sell itself and didnt pressure me just presented me with it as an option after they cleaned my ducts. This company definitely puts their customers first. You dont find that a lot anymore. The techs also told me how they get weekly training to help them stay sharp in the field. Who does that? They do. The owner definitely knows what hes doing. A/C went out the day before the 4th of July, contacted Air Doctors they came out right away diagnosed the problem found out my compressor died so they pulled some strings and located a new condenser and installed it that evening Brynn and the crew did an awesome job would definitely recommend this company ‘

Second tech that came out did a wonderful job

I just bought my house and had them come out to just do a check on the A/C, a cpl weeks later I started having an issue and they made room in the schedule and came out and had to replace a blower motor in the furnace. They handled everything quickly and even handled my home warranty claim. Great service and very knowledgeable staff!! Highly recommend!!

Brynn the owner and his crew did a great job. They explained everything. He sent 3 HVAC crew members and in one day they replaced my old tired furnace, air cond, water heater. Im very happy now with my Carrier furnace, Carrier air cond and huge water heater. Thanks Miles & BrynnPHIL

Brynn came out and got our boiler going which had been neglected since I moved to Arizona a few years ago. He also made some simple economic recommendations that improved the system.
