The owner and employees at this location went above and beyond for our company this weekend! In the middle of a flood and power outage, they could’ve easily left our order unfulfilled but they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for our client and words can not express how grateful we are! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

Was not received and treated fairly. I think I was marginalized and stereotyped and not treated epually. I was told that I had to put a credit card on file in case i did not come back to pick up the order and that my card would ve charge for the full amount of the order whwrther I picked up the order or not. So approach with extreme caution!

Sean and his team do a *fantastic* job. The work is high quality, the price is completely reasonable, and the turnaround time is impressive. If I could give Signs By Tomorrow a sixth star, I would.

Jerry and his team completed the job much earlier than was quoted. Unfortunately, I had to remove my branding from my truck. I was very pleased with the overall work. My truck looked brand new.

I totally support taking your time and doing quality work. I dropped off a cabinet on Monday 6/18 with SBT Southfield. I emailed them pics of my design that same day. I didnt get a confirmation that they received until 2 days (6/20) later after I called to ask if they received it. I finally got the confirmation email and then was asked to send more files, sent those in less than 45 minutes of being asked through email. I was told in the email they were working on a draft and would send it to me later on that day for approval. I never heard back from anyone until 6/22. After going back and forth with the rep we finally agreed on a design. Today 6/25/18 I called to find out if my project would be done today and was told it probably would be available 6/23. I just asked them to hold my cabinet and I would pick it up and find another place. I totally understand and support taking your time and doing quality work but this is nonsense.
