Very dishonest about jobs. Didnt pay on time. Literally made me feel uncomfortable the entire time i was there. Also made racual comments about black history month and about black coworkers. Fulfillment Manager lost $7,000 in January and didnt tell anyone until the next month. Fulfillment VP comes in smelling like pure marijuana and no one respects him for it. They messed up my pay, three times, and didnt care. As a MSU Alumni,I have to say that this company is an embarrassment, and until the actual Owners get people out and fix it, this is just not a good place to work.
A great place to work for a part-time job. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and the schedule is flexible.
This is the absolute worst customer service / company I have ever dealt with. They signed me up for the wrong promotion and will not fix it. I have been hung up on and mistreated on multiple occasions. And on top of it, they have not even sent me the wrong item promotion either. Simply A SCAM. I have been in contact with Samsung and Verizon to try an fix this and even then Prizelogic will not send me anything. Absolute nightmare.
I wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars. This is the absolute worst customer service / company / SCAM I have ever had the EXTREME misfortune to try and deal with. No one ever answers the phone, no amount of phone messages/emails will get them to follow through on there promotions, they are a SCAM company and need to have a class action lawsuit filed against them. And Verizon (and any other company that uses them, since they all must know by now they are a SCAM) should be included as accomplices in their promotion fraud business.
I purchased two Galaxy S7 phones recently and I was supposed to receive Netflix code as the promotion. However, in the email that I received first, I was provided with only one Netflix code. Later through my friends, it came to my attention that I was supposed to receive two Netflix codes instead one. After inquiring through your support staff I have been told to contact Prizelogic Support.Ive been contacting Prizelogic Support for almost a month but they either has no answer for their mistake or providing me with the following response:Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the inconvenience.Netflix codes are no longer available. Netflix codes expired on April.30, 2016.If you have any other questions, please dont hesitate to ask.Thank You,Prizelogic SupportMy suggestion would be to NEVER EVER buy anything based on fake marketing.
This company has the worst customer service ever, they must be embezzling prizes. They do not send promotional prizes that customers are owed! I bought a Samsung phone and was supposed to receive a Samsung television with the purchase and never received it, I have tried over and over to try and resolve this matter to no avail
I bought two Samsung S6 phones and was supposed to receive two Samsung TVs. They sent an email telling me I was only getting one. I tried to contact them. Their phone system is set up so it automatically hangs up on you or transfers you to a full voice mail box. They do not answer email. They do not answer Facebook messages.I did a lot of digging, but I eventually found their attorneys information thru the BBB website. He was able to get a representative from Prizelogic to call me who told me I filled out their form wrong (which was a lie) and she would send me a follow-up email so we could get it corrected. She never sent it.I contacted Sprint and they wouldnt help me. They told me to contact Samsung directly.I contacted the Sprint Store and they told me they could get one of their Samsung reps to intervene if I was unable to get anywhere, but asked me to wait or to contact Samsung directly.I got in touch with Samsung Support via Facebook and explained the situation, sent them the acknowledgement and the approval emails along with photos of IMEI and WiFi Mac address. This was the trick that finally got me results. With-in a day or so I got a second approval email and my TVs arrived yesterday. Finally.Clearly, this company does NOT have the ability to handle large rebate promotions or contests. If you see them associated with any prize youve won or rebate, be ready to fight for what is rightfully yours.
Horrible i wish i could give no stars, I got a new phone with the intention of getting the gear s2 as they advertised. They sent me an email saying they would send me the vr package. THATS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR . I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to contact them and someone picked up and hung up
This is the worst company ever. Between them and sprint, they both need to be sued. I am still waiting on my TV.
This company is a joke and should be out of business. The purposely refuse to send codes for promotions to handicapped people. Very discriminatory. I would never ever hire them.
