One younger of the two women working was very pleasant and helpful the older of the two was very much so fairly rude and acted bothered when my coupon wasnt showing on self check out

Parking lot is extremely poorly lighted. I was not able to see the cement parking thing and tripped over it and hurt my back. Went inside to tell cashier who did not seem very concerned! SAFETY FIRST PLEASE! Fix you parking lot lights!!!! Aisles always cluttered with cart of inventory to be unloaded. Last visit, cashier busy visiting with another customer while I waited in line to check out. Customers mouth was quite upsetting with all the profanity! I abhor the gd word!!

Great budget friendly place to shop

I go here often since they are closed to me and I live far away from everything else. Im new to the area and came from a large city and never used to shop here. I really like the staff, they are very nice. The store has a little bit of everything, which comes in handy when we love so far out: food, pet supplies, household, health & beauty, even some clothing items.

Went for something they didnt have and left with a full basket of things I needed.

THAT DIDNT HAVE ALOT OF STUFF IN THERE STORE

I love Dollar General in Southern Pines but the older white lady cashier that wear the glasses is very rude to customers, she has a very smart mouth, she say personal things when u buy personal items, I bought deodorant and she loud saying I hope you have on some now nobody in line found that to funny. Shes never happy seems like, I can go in there 5 times a week she will have the same attitude! She dont care who hear her when she is being rude to other customers. She talks about the customers after they leave to other customers about maybe they didnt have enough money and had to come back or put things back she said well why come if I didnt have enough money wasting my time!!! And the parking lot is full of trash make she can do that when she is outside smoking or if she is the manager get someone else to do it!!! Ima always shop there but her attitude is turning ppl away from that location!

When I pulled up all I could see was the trash in the parking lot. The bathroom was disgusting but the employees all seemed pleasant enough. Someone needs to pick up that trash for goodness sakes! You can do better. I will be avoiding this DG.

I have never stopped here and had the cashier be anyrhing but miserable. Store is filthy. I get that its not Neiman Marcus but this particular location is too unpleasant for me to ever return.
