It was my 1st haircut and my stylist was Patty. She was the best EVER! She listened closely to every word of my description of how I wanted my hair cut and she did cut it to perfection!

Please. Please avoid this place like the plague until the unfriendly older lady is fired. I only went in for a shampoo and trim, and I had to go home and even things out myself.I came in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon after having booked my appointment online. When I walked in, one lady that worked there greeted me very kindly. The lady that checked me in, however, was the epitome of unkind. She bluntly asked my name and appointment time, then led me back to a chair to wash my hair. I had my hair up in a braid and before I leaned back to the sink, I asked her if she wanted me to remove my hair tie. Her reply was a snarky, Yes, but I need to put your cape on first. All of which is fine and good - I can deal with an attitude if someone is having a bad day. The problem arose when we moved over to the chair for her to cut my hair.My hair was very long, and I told her that I only needed a trim. Just 1 inch taken off of the bottom and a few layers added. She combed through my hair and sectioned it, and proceeded to pull each section up above her head and snip the ends off blindly. Right off the bat I could tell she was taking off more than I had asked, but I have long hair. There is a margin for error, and Im sure its a little more difficult to cut longer hair, so I let her continue. Strand by strand she kept doing the same thing, and my hair kept getting shorter. She comes around to the front side of my body and stands not directly in front of me, but to the left of me to be sure that things were even. Things were not even, and I was now missing over 3 inches of hair.Throughout the haircut, she never spoke to me - which is fine; if someone is focused on their work, I respect it. But she wasnt focused on my hair. Two other clients came in while I was in the chair and she stopped what she was doing with my hair to ask another employee if the other clients had appointments or not. She bumped into my face with the scissors multiple times. She never asked me where my natural part was, she just divided my hair directly down the center (which is not where my hair parts).It was at the end of the appointment when she quickly ushered me to the register, not asking if it was what I was expecting. I left and went home to look in the mirror and found that the layers were even on the left side of my head, but not on the right side. I had to take a pair of office scissors and even the ends out myself.All in all, this place DOES offer a cheap haircut (it was less than $20 for a cut and shampoo), but you absolutely get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend finding a different salon to take care of your hair.

Made my appointment online and showed up for it 10min before the appointment. Stylist told me that she really would suggest for me to come back due to her next appointment was 35 mins later and she didn’t want to run over with the haircut and the next person not be happy. Finally she started to cut my daughters hair and then stated that it wouldn’t be her fault if my daughters hair was wrong if she moved at all she would not straighten her back so she wouldn’t have a bad hair cut. I was shocked with this but continued to let her cut my child’s hair. And my daughter is 4 by the way. I am not happy with the hair cut but what’s down is done. Not returning

Went in for a perm sat for a few hours spent $103 dollars for nothing not one curl very disappointed an feel I got taken for my money an was basically told oh well

The beauty shop is excellent ! All staff members are wonderful ! Katelynn and Carly are the two i usually see, but being as ive been here for years.. I know the other women are just as great in their ability to do hair. Never have i had any complaints with any of the women in this shop and their professionalism is off the charts ! Always positive and always smiling.

Katelynn has been doing my hair color, cut and styling for more than a year. I can see why she was promoted to the manager position.She takes her time, always makes sure she’s clear on what I want, even though I trust her enough to “just do what you think”. My style and length change each appointment . It’s fun to try new styles 💇‍♀️ My color always looks natural, she does highlights, low lights and brushes on some magic..... works for me!During covid they take all disinfecting, wearing masks and social distancing seriously. I really appreciated Katelynn making time for me last week, working around my work schedule, which she did not have to do. That is customer service ! She has earned my trust and loyalty.

Evelynlina did such an excellent job trimming my hair & doing a deep conditioner as well! She recommended the best products to use, was extremely nice, professional, and made me feel at home! If you haven’t gone to her before, you should give her a try! My hair is so healthy, soft, and looks so full of life again! She’s an angel!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing service! I went in today. I have to say there was an older woman who came in and was rude, disrespectful and very aggressive. My stylist, the only employee working during the morning shift handled the situation professionally, was respectful and kept composure. After the horrific incident, my stylist’s attitude continued to be composed and did not let what had happened get under her skin. Thank you so much for your service during this pandemic. Haircut was ok but the hairstylists was really unprofessional. It was suppose to be a special day for my daughter and she was rude to the costumer before me. She just needs a little coaching and she could be much better with costumers.

This salon has several very unprofessional and unpleasant employees. The older lady is rude and obviously doesn’t want your business.

Been coming to this salon since Carly began working here. She always takes her time with hair to give the best results possible! Color/cuts/styles are always up to par. Any color I have asked for, she was always able to deliver! All the other staff members have always been so nice and respectful as well. I would highly recommend!

My visit here was one to remember. My stylist Mia was very involved and listened to what I wanted. She also suggested what products she thought would work great on my hair. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely return to do business here again and again.

Great service with little to no fan fare. Recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are acceptable too. Mia the manager knows how to cut hair as she does my whole family. Best times are Saturday afternoons 2-5 PM, but definitely call ahead to make an appointment to save yourself a longer waiting time.

Katelynn does my hair. She has cut and colored my hair and does a great job. It always looks great when I leave. I only wish I could style it as good as she does when I get home. I highly recommend her.

If you could give 1/10 of a star we would. Signed in as requested & then the person we expected to start on us went on break & didnt come back. We waited 30 min. more & left. No apologies, no come back Nothing. Management was absent or was the 2nd operator who was busy with client when we came in & still with same client when we left. Id wager their repeat business is nil.

Katelynn did my very first perm and it looked amazing! She also colored my moms hair and it was absolutely beautiful!!!! Katelynn was super sweet and didn’t mind my wild child hanging with us during the whole process ❤️

I took my client to get her hair cut, she had an appointment and was given to someone else after quite a wait. Now my client is 94. The lady she had an appointment with was too busy with someone else to take care of her

I will NEVER set foot in here again . Came in for a haircut and described what I wanted- simple cut, maybe some long layers . She suggested a different style . I said multiple times about keeping most of my hair length. I couldn’t see behind me and now I have at least 5 inches gone from hair that was down to the lower area of my back. I am heart broken I look awful . I will never ever be back . I look hideous . My hair is above my shoulders .

They worked us in and many others while we were there.. My daughters perm turned out great and so did they styling ..

Katelynn has been doing my hair for the last year..i have looked high and low for someone that is CAPABLE of doing the job...but they disappointed me..my hair is naturally curly..and long..I like to keep it in long layers..I talked to her about how finicky my hair is and how particular I am..not everyone can or knows how to cut naturally curly long hair..understand the frizz that can come with that.in addition to knowing how to color masterfully....she told me about her experience with that type of hair..and convinced me..I trusted her..and she hasnt failed me yet..she does a great job at understanding wat I want and desire and hasnt let me down not once..I just got married..and she was who I trusted to send me off to Montana..knowing my hair was RIGHT for me..and its always RIGHT with her!!! Thank you katelynn!!! She also does my daughters hair..Anna Beal..and hasnt let her down either...I am a VERY picky person about my hair..she never fails in making sure I am pleased...thats her goal....and we sure are!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. I stopped going here because the cattiness of the staff, their rudeness towards not only each other, but customers (which ive been on the receiving end of just because I mistook a cut for a style.) Ive heard some of the white chicks who work here talk to a new hire about changing the sign in of some of the staff of color because they didnt like them which could have ruined their career. Unprofessional, rude, and just downright disrespectful to each other and customers. Not to mention, the hair cuts are just terrible.

Im a guy with long hair, explained I want the short fine hair around my ears, neck, hairline, and trim the dead ends off all my hair. I said I want to keep the length but trim what you need to, to get split/dead ends, as I havent had anything at all done to it in a year. She lined out or whatever in about literally 1 min, stipoed to answer phone, then cimbed my hair and trimmed my whole head of hair in less than 90 seconds. She asked did I want anything else done today, it was confusing to me and I said what do I owe you, $16.25 she said . I started not to pay her at all, I started to tell her she hadnt done what I asked her to do it but I felt like if she thought that what she what she had done to my hair so far was a completed job, she doesnt have a clue, and she would just make a real mess of it so I just give her $20 and walked out, the other people who work in there may be great I dont know I didnt get the chance and I wont cuz I aint never going back

This place is AWFUL I asked for a simple trim of my dead ends and they didn’t even do that I had at least a good two inch dead end that weren’t cut off and then I asked for layers they didn’t even do that the whole process of this was only ten minutes most hair cuts take more time than that!!😡
