I went there at 1:30 on a Friday and was told they were super busy and all booked up. The shop was empty and there was a barber hanging out talking to another barber giving a hair cut and one smoking cigarettes. No other people there. Hopefully they go out of business soon and are replaced with people who actually want to work. They are what’s wrong with America. I can’t give my money away for services.

When my barber finished I was impressed about how she shaped my hair so I wouldnt even need to use any hair products. This is a 5 star business that provides 5 star service. If I lived in Southern Pines NC, I would only get my hair cut at Dapper.

The entire staff is awesome. These folks know how to cut and the shop has an old school vibe with the restored barber chairs. My favorite is the Orange and White one. Go VOLS!!! Don’t forget to go in the back and get a fresh cup of coffee.

Antonio knocked out the best cut Ive had in years. Took a lot longer than expected, but the cut was phenomenal. Ive gotten cuts all over the country and this is hands down the best shave shop Ive been to. He was a perfectionist and despite clearly needing to grab some lunch, he took the time to make sure my cut was perfect. I will be back for sure! Thanks again man!

A real barbershop that understands how to cut mens hair, beards, and mustaches. Straight razor shaves and hot towels. Friendly staff; almost like family. Bright, cheerful setting, with a pool table and lounge area. Discount for military and public safety. Proprietor, Nathaniel Kirk is very selective about who he hires, and he always seems to find the very best. Love this place!

I have been there 2 times and not got a hair cut there yet! The first time I waited 2 hours before having to leave to make another engagement. The second time I called but no appointment times, so I went anyways and waited for about 45 minutes but had 8 more people in front of me. They were taking about 45 minutes to 1 hour per head and only 2 people cutting. I cant wait half a day for a haircut. Now they are not even open on Saturdays.

We bring our son here for haircuts and Ashley does an excellent job. Kids are squirmy and ticklish, but Ash must have a lot of experience, because my son, also an Ash, always gets off the chair looking like a stud! They also have lollipops for kids-that probably helps too. ;)

Not open on the weekend. I got a haircut and a shave here with my son about 6 months ago. It was a pretty good experience despite the VERY long wait. Since then, we’ve tried several times to come back but it’s nearly impossible when they’re closed on the weekends.

I hate to say it, but they lost a number of their barbers, which not only were the people I was coming to see, but when they were down to 3 barbers on a busy day (are not open on the weekends) it just lends to long wait times. Ive tried stopping by on a number of occasions, have had to find somewhere else to get a trim and cut.

If you have all day to get a hair cut this is the place to go. Never enough barbers and the wait is annoying.The long wait at this barber shop.will eventually have a negative effect on this business and they are not open on Saturday like traditional barber shops.

Hands down best haircut & shave shop in Moore county. Theyre professional, polite, and have a nice old timey feel about the shop. They carry some hair & beard products by suaverito and layrite, which are hard to come by unless you want to shop online. And the best part is, theyre very reasonable priced. Only $17 for a hair cut and hot neck shave. Theyre quick and to a great job. Got the tightest fade exactly how I wanted it. Definitely check this place out.
