I called to make an appointment and was confirmed for THAT DAY at 5pm (I called only a few hours prior). I left work early and went out of my way to get there, yet the lights were off and the door was locked (I got there right at 5pm, the sign on the door said they were open til 6-- I later found out everyone left early for a wedding... How the person who confirmed my appointment 3 hours earlier didnt know that is beyond me). I called and left a message in case anyone was in the office and was waiting for me. Didnt even get so much as an apology call back (which would have went a long way and led to me not writing this review); needless to say this is very poor business practice.

My husband and my son made an appointment not knowing what to expect and oh boy, were we impressed. The staff is very friendly, the premises is very clean and welcoming, but most importantly, my son and my husband looked very handsome. We are very happy and we highly recommend this barber shop.

Ryan is an EXCELLENT barber. I always get a great cut. Great with beards too! Highly recommended!

I only take tome to write reviews when I have experienced extreme experiences, good or bad. I am happy to say my first vidit to Sarros has earned them a customer for life. The premises is surgically clean, including the bathrooms. Everything is dpotless. My new barber, Joe executed the perfect haircut in timely fashion while keeping light hearted convetsation. Meticulous attention to detail.This talented young man will go far!. The price is beyond reasonable. Best grooming experience in my 60 years. I have simple advice if you are searching for the perfect barbershop: GO!!!

Just stopped here with my young boys. Place is fantastic. Great location, very neat and clean inside, great decor, professional staff. My two sons hair was cut quicker and better than ever before. We will be back for sure. Even though there is a very popular shop right in my town this one is worth the extra 5 minute drive. Plus the price is fantastic.

Since Coming to southbury, I couldnt find a barber that I really liked. I tried nearly everywhere. Not that the others did a bad job but Sarro does a great job and is extremely welcoming.

Quick cut. Great fade. Cold beer. All around great barbershop.

Cant go wrong getting a haircut from Ryan. Always leaving his chair looking and feeling like a whole new man.
