Nice office; clean and professional. I just do not like that my appointment was for 3:30 (I got there at 02:58) and I had three people who came twenty minutes after me was seen before me when their appointment was scheduled thirty minutes after mine. Otherwise, everything is great here.

I was scheduled to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed and when I came in they only did the fill ins and they rescheduled my wisdom teeth removal. The thing is, I let the dentist know that my mouth was in extreme pain, and I can’t chew at all. They also tried to charge me for four wisdom tooth’s and I only have three? The dentist was extremely rough during the fill ins and even yanked on my mouth! I have a small mouth and when he pulled on my mouth it hurt really bad. He seems very inconsiderate. The reason it takes so long for a dentist to see anyone is because he takes 30 minute breaks every few patients and eats his food, while he has a waiting room full of patients!

Excellent staff and attention to detail. Joe Shleweet has been my primary dentist for over five years and is caring and more than competent in all respects.

This is the best dental clinic I ever go to, nice people and they know what they doing .

Truly love going there. The doctors and staff are always courteous and respectfully patient. For example, I witnessed a patient was having some trouble and one of the receptionists took her time with explaining details to that other patient very calmly. It was a joy to see “Patience is a virtue” in motion. The fact of them being open on Saturdays is a +, also. Clarksdale lost a fantastic dentistry, in my opinion.

My experience was great! Im a new patient and I was seen as scheduled. I got there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and tgwy called my name in less than 2 minutes after filling out the form.

Due to the pandemic I havent seen a dentist for 2 years. They gently cleaned my teeth and x-rayed and checked them. The dentist, hygienists abd all the folks there are very nice and gentle. I love this dental office and their service!

The people were nice but the service was poor. I was there for a cleaning and for a pinhole cavity that they already had done improperly. My teeth were not cleaned properly and I am up at 3am because of a toothache from the same pinhole cavity that Dr. Zaki filled once before, but now said that it was fine. The tooth hurts to the touch. I asked for my X-rays so that I can go elsewhere and was told that they could only me a copy which was 4 sheets of paper. I explained to the young lady that the paper was not sufficient and that I needed x-rays on a disc. That never happened.I needed a cosmetic procedure done and was told that it wasnt necessary because it was only noticeable if someone was really up close to me, by myself, or a dentist. Well, arent you a dentist? Dont you notice it?I was really neglected by not receiving proper care.

Everyone is very nice and friendly, but each time Ive taken my grand children there for cleaning, the wait is much too long. My appointment was at 4:15 and wasnt called back until 5:00.

I went to get two extractions today and I left feeling low. During the procedure I was told to toughen up! Also I have a fear or needles from a bad experience during childhood. I was visibly panicking snd the dentist seemed so in a rush he didn’t bother to notice my distress. A little compassion goes a long way! I need more dental work done but he won’t be the one to do it!

The staff is always so friendly. Dr. Mina is awesome. I am always nervous going to the dentist but he makes me feel better.

Dr. Shleweet always takes care of his patients; my family supports this statement fully! Ive been rocking with the Smile Center for over 12 years and counting. Im always greeted and treated by a friendly staff including Angel, Savannah, Trinity and another kind lady whose name I didnt get this time (up front at desk). I recommend visiting. Yes, go get your smile!

My dental asst. was very pleasant and patient with me. She answered all of my questions amd even gave me suggestions on things I didnt think I could use. I was left in the dentist chair for about 15 mins. Waiting for the dentist to come in and give his input. Thats the only thing that I didnt like. The doctor was nice and answered my all my questions.

They are soooo careful with your teeth AND your feeling😍❣ I needed intense work done on my teeth and they got me EVERYthing I needed and caught me up without making me feel negligent or bad about my issues😊. The staff makes you feel at home and comfortable...the ambience is AWESOME and inviting and the Doctor, the doctor is caring, concerned but doesnt make you feel bad. Beware. I was told I had 3 cavities. I was suspicious and got a second opinion. I have Zero cavities. They tried to make a quick buck.

Crown fell out. Found this place to go to. They recemented it, and were fast at doing it. Ill probably go back to them whenever I need dentist work. People were nice, and professional.

My visit was absolutely amazing. Randesha was great not once did she hurt me. She did suck a amazing job she was very gentle and attentive to me. She checked on me every move she made had conversation with me to relax me her people skills was everything. I can truly say I enjoyed my visit. Also the young lady who took me to the back and did my X-ray she was amazing as well .

Summary: They got done what I needed done, but did not pay any attention to detail, and were very unprofessional. I felt very neglected, and not taken well care of.If you’re looking for a dentist that cares about you personally and is professional this is NOT the place for you. The ladies at front desk are very unprofessional and have a bit of an attitude. Once they took my back the lady (who never introduced herself) told me that they would either clean my teeth OR fix my chipped tooth not both. So obviously I wanted my tooth fixed. That’s why I made the appointment so I guess there was a miss communication there so now I am forced to pay for a teeth cleaning out of pocket later this year. Once the dentist (who never even told me his name) came in he was looking at my chipped front tooth and his hands reeked of cigarettes, I nearly gagged. I should have just left at this point because I did not feel safe at all. So he takes me back to fix it and asks me if I want to be numbed or not.... I feel like the dentist should know if I need to be number for a procedure or not. It wild to me that he would even have to ask me that. So he start working on my tooth and the assistant that was supposed to get him the tools got him the wrong ones and kept asking him how they worked and what they did. I am terrified at this point because it seems like they don’t know what they are doing. The dentist did not pay attention to detail and now the part of my tooth that he bonded back on feels like sandpaper in my mouth. I cried leaving this place because me teeth look even more jacked up than when I came in. Also the dentist just kept repeating that he doesn’t like doing this procedure the entire time he was doing it. I felt horrible.Moral of the story is that if you have a cosmetic damage or anything minor that you need done as soon as possible please don’t go here. You will not feel cared after at all.

I was scheduled to have my wisdom tooth removed on three separate occasions. After taking off work and making arrangements, they call 30 minutes before appointment time to tell me they have to reschedule. Not once but three times. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, the Southaven center, awful

Everyone at the Smile Center was so friendly and professional. My visit was a consultation for extractions and upper denture. I left with a proposed treatment plan that was explained to me. I experienced a very short wait time. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with the Smile Center for any needed dental care.

My son(5 year old) had a dental cleaning.The dental assistant did a good job up until she wrote something down on his paper and showed it to one of the receptionist at the front desk which she commented Dont show me things like that because I will read it out loud. She gave me a feeling where she might have not been talking nice about us. He did not get a toothbrush, like they always give out at other dentist offices. I do not recommend for little ones.Will not be returning here.

I was very pleased with the out come of my procedure. They are doing a bridge and they made sure that I was comfortable that when the time and drilling came I was completely numb and didn’t feel anything. I’ve been to them several times and they have always taken great care of me. I would definitely recommend them to somebody if ever asked.

September 9, 2020 I got my teeth cleaned by a young lady by the name of Angel. She was just that a Angel. She took her time cleaning my teeth in a timely manner. She explained in detail what work I needed done & so forth. This is the only dentistry I will be going to from now on. Before I forget let me say the entire staff if great. Kudos to everyone especially ANGEL 😇.

Friendly staff they where quick today was my first visit I had my x ray sent in from another dentist, so he looked at that and was like yea I can pull them wisdom teeth today I was so happy he pulled 2 teeth in like 5 minutes Im happy with the results
