If possible I would give them an even lower rating. One of their insured hit my boyfriends car after driving through a red light in front of a cop. The car is totaled, and over 2 weeks later we still have no rental car or settlement check despite there being no argument about fault and their own adjuster stating that the car is a total loss, including the two car seats that were in it. So I dont know how they treat their clients, but if you are in an accident you want to pray the at-fault party doesnt have Travelers because if they do youre in for a rough time getting any sort of response at all, never mind getting a solution!

Very helpful staff and customer service is beyond compare

I had car insurance with them for years and needed renters insurance would not cover me due to my dogs breed. I found another insurance company with lower rates and did not discriminate against my dog.

No ability to speak directly to a person.
