ASK ME HOW PROGRESSIVE screwed 4 grand from me after being with them since 2013. I didn’t say the two words “full coverage” when that’s what my family has always had. My step mom did the process for me and after completing it- I had full coverage- so I thought. My step mom has been doing this for years- clearly the teller on the other end has not. So while my step mom got full medical and full liability- full coverage was too be expected as I was just in an accident the month before. Why would someone ever order full medical, full liability, while just being in an accident - but doesn’t get FULL coverage. We are changing after being with them for 7 years as I lost 4 thousand dollars due to poor customer service and quality. Will never return and this story will be shared. I switched to THE GENERAL who has been nothing but amazing service. I recommend the general and NEVER progressive.

Overall review of Progressive as a company. Id recommend going to almost any other insurance company over Progressive. With them, I was spending over 100 dollars a month for liability. With no bad record, seriously?! Yeah, I switched to another company, and for just a few dollars more, I have full coverage and renters insurance for my home! Do yourselves a favor, and go elsewhere for coverage!
