My daughter and I called ahead and made an appointment for a pedicure. We asked ahead about how much time we should plan to be there. When we arrived, we were seated and water run in the basin for our feet. No liner in the basin. No idea whose feet were in there prior to us. We waited for over 40 minutes before anyone was able to begin the pedicure. It was clear they did not have the staff to accept appointments. My daughter got her pedicure but I only got a partial job because we had to leave to pick up children from school. I waited feet in cool water. Not the most comfortable experience. When we paid, we explained that my pedicure was not completed. Still charged the full amount for half a job. The instruments used were not in sterile packages but seemed to move from one client to another without being cleaned or sanitized in between clients. I do not recommend this salon and will not go back.

I went there last week for the first time and didn’t have the best experience.I went in there for acrylic nails and didn’t get what i asked for. They weren’t very nice, and my nails ended up infected. As soon as i left my pinky nail hurt so bad. I tried to shake it off for a couple days and couldn’t handle it and ripped it off. The first picture is what i asked them for and the second is what i ended up with. They aren’t very good with nail art. All i could say that was good is as soon as we went in they has already sat us down and helped us. That’s about it. I personally do not recommend.

I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived they had me sit in one of the chairs and added room temp water and for some reason didn’t use the plastic liner. I waited an hour, with my feet in cool water and when they started doing pedicures on people who came in after me, I got up and left. I will be finding a different salon. I do not recommend this place.

I’m from out of state - Arizona - on vacation (sister time). I have my nails done about every 2 - 3 weeks, they don’t offer the hot wax for the foot, or the South Korean essentials.Also, my place doesn’t give hand & arm massages after the gel manicure.This was HEAVENLY, Thank You! ❤️❤️❤️😊

I had such a nice appointment! The person who did my pedicure was so amazing and friendly! I got the deluxe pedicure and was glad I did! She took her time and was so thorough. I will definitely be coming back! I saw a lot of negative reviews about the wait but like I said they really take their time and work hard so be patient it’s worth it!

Scheduled appointment for 9am didnt get let in until 930am. Still had to wait for nail employee to show up. When I scheduled I asked for gel and she gave me dip powder I thought sure why not try them. Not even a week of having the dip powder nails they broke off.

They got me in and out quickly, I got a full gel set. The lady cut me three times on the same hand. I left with glue still on my hands and I had to refile each of the nails as they were not smooth. There are also inconsistencies in the shape and length of the nails, a couple are crooked as well. For $35 I have had better.

Scheduled an appt for me and my daughters got the confirmation email and text. When we arrived they said we needed to wait 30 minutes. After that they placed two of us in pedi chairs where we waited an HOUR and they placed the other girls at a station where they waited another HOUR. When they finally started working on our nails they would stop periodically and we sat waiting for them for 30-45 minutes. Overall we were there for over FOUR hours, for basic mani/pedis. They kept taking walk ins and putting them in front of us or stop working on our nails to move to another customers, they did half the work on each customer so that they are less likely to get up and leave. I will not be returning, there is a fabulous new salon in Farmington station that is the same price and you get better services.

I usually come here and they do pretty good, like the design I did last time was just fine but today I went in and she rushed me to pick a color and I showed her these simple flowers that I wanted on 2 fingers, well she picked the colors for me wouldn’t listen nails are uneven and color is everywhere not the colors I wanted, and when I asked for them to be fixed I was ignored, like flowers are so basic and they couldn’t be done the way I wanted, just sloppy rushed job very dissatisfied and not worth 40 dollars! I should not have even paid honestly

I called earlier today for two fills with holly at 5:30pm when I arrived I was told there was no appointment for us and that they had two pedicures scheduled at that time so one or two things happened! They decided to take the higher price transaction or they wrote down pedicures instead of a fill! Then this lady said maybe you called the wrong place! Um no I didn’t and I can prove it! Was not accommodating at all and said we can’t take you! I was recommended and will never return or recommend! Highly disappointed!

Me and my daughter went for a mani pedi day. The pedicures were fabulous. The manicure was a disaster. The lady was super unfriendly. Cut my cuticle and fixed it with nail glue. My nails came out uneven dirty and rough. Then she put on one coat of base coat and told me i was done. Pretty rude and it ruined the overall good experience I was having. Probably wont return. And wouldnt reccomend

The language barrier made it too difficult to explain what I wanted. She was mad at me because I asked her to stop when I realized she wasnt doing what I wanted. I left with completely wrong nails, cut cuticle and really disappointing nails.

This place is great! Its very clean and organized, with a calm atmosphere.I went in for a standard manicure and the manicurist was very friendly. Shed paid close attention to detail and spent time shaping my nails. She didnt appear rushed at all. As my nails were drying, she checked back periodically to see how they were doing and even fixed a tiny little air bubble that, honestly, I didnt even notice! My nails look amazing and I will definitely be going back!

At first I got my gift card for my birthday and then they cut my mom my nails are crooked I wanted a cat I look and got a silverfish blackish bluish nail and they charge some of my nails are crooked and they charged 40 bucks even though they messed up and my mom said I would like three times because to the lady because it hurt her and the lady did nothing but I don’t have a pic of her cut

I told the lady to do my nail round and she keep on doing them square the quality is poor.She cut me twice and she keep on cutting.I don’t recommend or come back again to this place again. I give them to many chances but they keep on doing whatever they want.They don’t like when you ask what you want they want to do whatever they want.Terrible customer services.

Normally we have a great experience here. The last time I had a guy do my pedicure, he was way too rough with the massage and cut the heck out of my cuticles. My toes are hamburger and soooo sore. 😭

Originally from Colorado but work in Evanston wyoming and stumbled upon this place as an accident but so worth it!!!! Got my first pedi here and I was in love. Best place with the best prices. In utah and Colorado. Will be returning as much as I can!!!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! I would give it all the stars if I could. This is my first time being here and I am having the best experience. I have tried nail salons all over from north ogden to Farmington and this one is my favorite! Everyone is soooo nice and friendly and does an awesome job. My nails look amazing. It’s clean. Open. Inviting. I then got my toes done and the only complaint is that the guy who was doing them was a little too rough. The brush he was using would have been fine for the bottom of my feet but was way too prickly for the tops. It felt like he was rubbing them raw. But all in all it was an awesome experience and I will be back. They don’t rush you. They take the time to make sure they are doing a quality job. I LOVE IT!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They have zero respect for other peoples time.I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation text and everything. I showed up for my appointment and there was a note on the door saying they were closed. No one had the DECENCY to call me and cancel my appointment. I never take the time to leave bad reviews but I thought this was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

After moving here I went to a few places and could never get quite what I wanted. This is now my fourth time to Holly’s Nails and it’s the only place I go now. I always get the dip manicure. Great price and she always makes sure I’m satisfied. They have a good selection of dip colors and my nails always last 4+ weeks without issue. It’s clean and friendly and they’re always quick to get you started. I can’t recommend them enough!

This is by far the best pedicure and manicure service location I’ve tried. I drive 40 min to come here. They are meticulous and you never feel like they’re in a rush to send you out the door. I’ve been here several times now and have had several technicians and all are great.

I felt very safe getting my nails done at Holly’s Nails today. They are following the PPE’s very closely. There are plexiglass dividers at the stations and counter, everyone was wearing their masks, it wasn’t too crowded as it was by appointment, and everything was wiped down between each guest. Excellent job keeping us safe, and my nails were perfect! Thank you!!!

In my opinion, definitely DO NOT go here. Came in for an eyebrow wax and left with incredibly uneven eyebrows and very thankful for the fact that I wear glasses. When bringing the unevenness to their attention I was told that both eyebrows are not supposed to look the same. I also brought it to their attention that one of my eyebrows were partially shaved off (they used a razor). I had asked for them to look natural and remain on the thicker side, just cleaned up a bit. My eyebrows are now uneven, thin, round, and do not at all look natural.I was not given a full refund. Additionally when they asked if I wanted my chin waxed I said no because I do not have hair there (other than peach fuzz typical to a person’s cheeks). When waxing my eyebrows they also waxed that area after being told I did not want that.

I’ve been to this nail salon before and I’ve never had issues, well today will be my last day to go here. I was getting a manicure and I could tell the ladies were super busy. With it being a Saturday I understand there are lots of people wanting nails done. I had an appointment and had already waited about 10 minutes before someone finally got to me. As soon as one of the nail technicians started working on my nails, filing and what not, she clipped me several times. She was clearly in a hurry and did not care. Two cuticles were bleeding and it was so painful. She put some paper towels on my nails, then got up and started working on the girl right next to me who walked in after me. An hour later another nail technician finally got back to me. I was super close to walking out and probably should’ve, because $45 was NOT worth it. The lady never apologized. They will not be receiving my business again and I will be telling friends about my poor experience in hopes they don’t go here again.

It [Hollys Nails] has such a calm atmosphere, and everything is so sterile and organized. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The prices are clearly written out on a laminated sheet by the cash register, so you can pin down exactly what you want with no surprises or confusion. Loved it!

I asked to shorten my nails a little and do dip. She completely cut off my nails and tried putting fake ones on. If you are too busy to do a service or to understand what the person is asking for you should tell the customer. Now I am going to go spend the next two months trying to grow my nails. I do not recommend this place.

This place is AMAZING! I took myself and my 4yr daughter her to get gel polish. They were so good to us! Treated us so well and our nails look amazing! We will be coming back! Thanks to everyone that helped us!

I just went back for the 4th time, and I just want to say thank you! AGAIN!!! Such a relaxing atmosphere that people fall asleep while getting pedicures! I love my nails more and more each time I come!(Older review) I have always had to reshape my nails myself when I got home from getting them done. This is the first time in over 20 years that I don’t have to do anything because they are absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing, and the nail tech was perfect! Last year for Christmas I was given a gift card to Holly’s nails for a pedicure. After Christmas I couldn’t find the card, it was lost for a whole year until I recently found it inside a stocking when I pulled out the Christmas decorations. The gift card expires on the 22nd of December, but I couldn’t get in before then so I called Holly’s to ask if they would still accept the gift card after Christmas (these are handwritten certificates) and was told that they would not accept the gift certificate if I came in later. I am leaving this review as a cautionary tale for anyone who might buy a gift certificate and is prone to losing things. The same thing recently happened to a family member and CT Nails graciously still accepted the gift certificate even though it was a few days expired. It’s frustrating when you pay for a service but do not get the service.

Waste of time and money. I went in to get my nails done and originally showed a picture of pink and white nails with pink gloss over them but instead I got clear see through pink nails. One nail broke that same week. I go in a couple days later to get it fixed and to add color to my nails since they weren’t done how I wanted them the first time. I was told that it’d be just $10 to get them painted and fixed. I wasted about 45 minutes because at the end she ended up removing all the nail polish because it wasn’t drying. I’m told to come back tomorrow and when I go in the next day, I ask for same color I had done yesterday and for one, the whole time she was painting my nails she was standing up & rushing through it. Second when I’m done and go pay I made sure to ask if it was still $10 she tells me yes and when she hands me the receipt it’s $20. I ask why and she ignores me, walks away and some other lady comes to tell my it’s because I got gel instead of regular polish. I proceed to tell her I asked for the same thing as yesterday and I wasn’t made aware that they were doing something different but obviously she didn’t care. I do not recommend going here unless you want cheap quality and to waste your time

Went in on a busy Saturday for a pedicure. Staff kept track of who was next in line very well and did a great job on my nails when my turn arrived. I have no complaints and will go back Im sure.

I went there for a manicure and had a great experience. The technician was skilled and friendly. The new management has done an exceptional job of creating a comfortable, professional, and affordable environment. I will definitely continue to come here for nail work in the future.

Love the ladies here. They are always so nice. I have a handicap that makes it hard to get a pedicure done. They make it easy for me to get one by using a basin and are very gentle with my injured leg. Love these ladies

I have been going to Hollys nails for several months now and have been very impressed by the new ownership! Today I decided to take 2 little ones there to get their fingernails and toenails painted and was SO IMPRESSED! The staff was adorable with the little ones and even offered to put their favorite TV show on for them. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the girls were comforatable and got just what they wanted! The girls can not stop talking about it! Thank you Hollys nails for making the day of 2 little girls!

I know theyre new owners but they still did a horrible job. May did my nails. The next day one broke, so i went that same day to get it fixed she made it so ugly and deformed and wasnt even the correct color, they were matte. So when she was done I told her it wasnt the correct color and she said wait for it to dry, and when it did, it WASNT the correct color. She said she would fix it for me again, but I wasnt wanting to deal with that anymore, two days later a second nail broke. NOT WORTH IT, I suggest you go else where if you want QUALITY nails that last more than a WEEK.OK? You never said you would redo them ALL, you said you would redo the one that was a DIFFERENT COLOR. So dont even lie. NO i dont want anything fixed now, your nails were just such cheap quality. Thanks butNO THANKS.

This is the first time Ive had a pedicure, but I will tell you that it was awesome!! My wife talked me into trying it and this place goes all out, oils and lotions, hot stones, paraffin wax and a great massage! My feet have not felt this good for a long time! I will be going back here Everytime I come to town!!!

First time coming and it was great. They have friendly staff, a nice clean environment, and they do an awesome job on your nails. I love that they can do close to anything you ask! Totally reccomend this place and definitely switching over to Hollys :)

By far the worst nail place I have been to. The lady used the wrong sized fake nails that are way too big for my fingernails and make them HURT because she had to glue them down on the side to make them fit. The nail is literally attached to the side of my finger. Then, I picked a color and after she had finished the color, it looked NOTHING like the color strip on the nail sample. She told me it was because the color on the nail sample had faded. I was so disappointed. I will not be back. Waste of money!!!

Very relaxing and she did an awesome job on my feet that hadnt been touched in a while Ill definitely go back.

5/7/2017: DONT GO, I received a horrible nail fungus from them (edited a month after I gave the below review)4/7/2017: The main owner Holly is nice. But both times we have gone she has shooed us out during business hours. We are nice and quiet we swear, and no one was there besides us. We ever did a extra manicure with our pedicures and the whole time they talked and giggled in Vietnamese. This time although Holy was great they didnt even address our cuticles or get all of the previous nail polish off.I would not recommend going here if you want an enjoyable experience.

May does a great job on my gel nails. They hold up well in between visits. Never lifting or peeling.

WORST pedicure place ever. They talked our group into an upgraded pedicure package. They literally spent 15 minutes on our upgraded pedicures and rushed through everything. The polish job was terrible and they dont offer any extra nail designs. We waited 30 minutes for our polish to dry. My friend accidentally smudged her toe polish and she was berated in front of everyone. We tipped nearly 20% even though they did a terrible job and delivered extremely poor customer service. The lady that checked us out looked at our receipt and said, Cheap tip, cheap tip, cheap cheap!I will never return there and I will make sure other people know about the terrible service and quality of pedicures. Save your money and go to a nice day spa place.

Nails don’t come out nothing like pictures shown. i asked for long coffin nails and ended up with short square nails because she messed up and had to keep filing them down so much, my fingers are so sore and i get my nails done regularly. ): i had to ask her to redo a couple nails because she glued the tips on crooked and said the acrylic would make it look better but it didn’t. she also put the acrylic over my nail onto my skin, not much but enough to make it uncomfortable. my nails are all different shapes and sizes and the paint is streaky and she didn’t get the whole nail. the ladies are nice and the place is clean just the work i got done wasn’t good at all. i’m so disappointed. ):

Worst polish job I have ever seen! It was all over my skin and most of the nail edges had no polish at all. She sloped top coat on with out smoothing it out so it was a blob in the middle. When I asked her to clean it up she argued with me and said it looked fine to her. She took the polish off and charged me for her time waisted. They are rude and terrible! I came a few years ago and had a bad expietience then ... I thought I would give them another try. Nothing has changed! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Holly’s nails is the best salon I’ve been to in Utah. They always make sure to do a nice clean job. Never disappointed with my nails when I go and staff is extremely friendly.

Friendly staff, nails turned out nice! The only problem I had was the male technician purposely overcharged me. My total was 55$ and he charged me 65$. So beware of getting ripped off!

Very clean, professional, and amazing work. They are very friendly and patient. I highly recommend getting the upgrade on the pedicure; the sugar scrub and wax were phenomenal. My feet were in pretty rough shape from working in boots and they look babysoft and beautiful now. They also did my manicure at the same time as my pedi and I felt like royalty.

I used to love to go there, but the quality had diminished over the years. As a health care professional, I am concerned over the LACK of cleaning and disinfecting of the tub/basin between clients. They empty the water, and dont use a liner, or any kind of cleaner. They use the same pumice foot scrubber on every client, and that is gross! I buy my own and was insisting they use it. They do not put toenail clippers in any type of disinfecting solution. Gross, and completely unsanitary.

Literally the worst place to get your nails done, theyre super nice but they rush the job and your nails end up looking like crap. My nails werent even straight and the Polish was horrible. Ive come to this place a couple of times to see if it would get better. And I now know to NEVER come here to get my nails done !!!

They always listen and honor requests. Not pushy, very clean. I watched a high maintenance customer make ridiculous demands and the staff responded so kindly to her. I will definitely be back.

I gave this place a shot for my first time and was pleasantly surprised! I got shellac on my toes and nails, and the nail techs were literally perfectionists. My toes have never looked this good... my HEELS have never looked this good. I constantly get dead dry skin on my heals no matter how much I scrub, file, and moisturize them and right now they look phenomenal! Seriously. I’ve gone to high end spas to get mani/pedis and this place did better at a great price 🙌🏼 And I’m a tough critic. Will be going back.

TERRIBLE. The man who did my full set of nails refused to remove my real nails underneath using the electric file. He couldnt be bothered making the client happy, and there were no more customers in the place. The 4 people there stood around and spoke Vietnamese. I felt invisible.WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I waited 20 minutes after the time I scheduled my appointment for. On the phone they said to me it will be $30 then when I get there they say $35, when she gets done doing my nails she says it is $40. The poor quality of work, my nails are so thin,the acrylic was applied so thin that after 2 days 1 nail has already broken off. My cuticle are all cut up and were bleeding. It was the most painful experience. Dont get your nails done here.

I just came here today for my nails and pedicure, the staffs were so nice and treated me with “egg rolls” while sitting on the chair for pedicure, because they celebrated for Chinese new year, i had a good experience. Will be back!
