I started because she approached with an offer they had at that time and I just can say that I love her.. she’s super professional but yet makes you feel like home, she gave me amazing advices for my face and every treatment Has been excellently made. Pedro is the best practitioner. After 2 years in Miami and having tried several places, I finally met someone who took the time to observe and remedy my skin problems. I am very satisfied with the change (see photos). He is always attentive and full of advices that allowed me to eliminate my spots, my scars and smooth my skin texture. I recommend it to you 1000%. go for it with your eyes closed!

Great place, but expect to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes after your appointment time. And don’t expect to book an appointment within the same month. They’re too busy for their own customers.

I’ve had laser done in other places but my experience with Marietta surpasses all expectations! I’ve completed my 6 sessions and see so much improvement, she is also very sweet. She’s extremely knowledgeable and makes sure to sit down with you in your first session and explain the whole process as well as your expectations. Won’t regret the decision!

Came with my partner to our first appointment. We arrived 14 minutes late and Daniela, the receptionist, was over the phone, once she finished, she said that we were late for 15 minutes and that cost a session. First of all, I told Daniela that it was 14 minutes and by the time she finished the call, was already 15 minutes. Second, very POOR receptionist experience on how she did treat us as we had TWO appointments. Again she insisted that we were late, you do not treat customers like that. Very POOR customer experience with Daniela. Guess what, we will NOT renew our services and we will look for another location one once all the treatments are completed. Be Aware of this issue if you decide to come....

Isabel’s facial treatments are excellent. She is very knowledgeable about treating individual skin types, and anti-whining techniques. I highly recommend her for all skin care needs.

I have never seen them to busy. Its nice, calm and clean inside. The staff is fantastic, very quick and professional. Makes you feel more comfortable when your in a nice place with nice people. I recommend them.

Marieta has been amazing throughout my laser hair removal treatment. My first session I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process and told me exactly what to expect. I was amazed at how quickly I began to see results, from the very first session my hair growth decreased significantly. I’m Mexican and Arab so I have a lot of hair and it’s very thick and dark. I have tried everything from waxing, shaving, creams, epilators, etc. and laser is the only thing that has given me visible results. I’ve gone from having to shave every day to going weeks without shaving. I’m doing full legs, underarms, and full face. The only thing I regret is not starting sooner.Thank you so much Marieta!

Updating a review!I usually go to Barbara but this time lastMinute had I had to move my appointment to a different tech. I’m not sure what her name is but request Barbara so you can avoid being treated rudely or feeling physical discomfort.Usually when a customer is visibly uncomfortable or in pain the tech would either lower the intensity OR take longer pauses for the the client to take a break. At one point I literally needed to move away from her hand (was along side burns) what it makes additionally worse is she wasn’t sure how far to go and it felt uneven on both sides. So when I asked her to go a little further down to feel like it could match the other side she rudely responded that she already did it but fine! She then proceeded rapidly one after the other super reluctantly.

Marieta is the absolute best laser aesthetician i have ever been to! She is so sweet and great at what she does.

Marieta who does my treatment is very nice and always treats me with care cuz laser hurts like a MF, i’ve been on treatment for over a year (I have Latina hair u know) and I have 4 sessions left. I never wait more than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I’ve done 5 treatments and my hair is scarce and super thin. They also always have specials.

The laser machines aren’t great and customer service is the worst. I have had laser at other places which has completely removed hair but the laser machines at this place are not worth the money or time. When you call you get put on hold for 25+ minutes, these people have no respect of other people’s time and a monkey good provide better customer service. I do not recommend this business

Prices are great, they have specials every month on laser hair removal. Their laser hair removal machine is amazing!! Saturday and late appointments available which make everything easier for us that work full time. Lucia is the best!!

From the minute you walk into the their elegant entrance/waiting area and feel the great atmosphere the experience is amazing. I went in for both the microblading and permanent eyeline and Isabel did a fantastic job. She is very good at what she does and takes the time to explain everything before and during. I am beyond happy with my results and will be becoming a regular client. Going back to Isabel for a facial as well.

I went to that center and did waxing with damaris after a bad experience that I had had elsewhere and I was delighted, very good professional, I also got my eyebrows and Facial with Isabel, it has been something spectacular, very good professional Isabel for the first time. They have done a Facial in conditions and the beautiful eyebrows without pain, I congratulate them and I have already recommended that center.

Marietta is the best! I love her service and the laser has gone to the best.

I did 12 laser sessions on my legs and I could say that the hair reduction was around 50%. I have no hormonal problems, and I went to all my sessions month to month without skipping any. Yes, the treatment is to reduce the hair, not to eliminate it completely, but in more than a year not even half the hair? Come on, after 12 sessions I still have to shave daily. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired, I dont recommend laser service at this place.
