It took me a very long time to find a doctor who i felt comfortable with and actually listened to me till i came across this place! Dr. Merino is an amazing doctor & person, the office is very organized & everyone here is extremely friendly & professional. I felt blessed to have found this office! I couldn’t recommend it to you more. Parking is available, appointments are always accessible when needed & the staff is very attentive to your needs. Love it here. ❤️ Even when I moved away i kept Dr.Merino as my doctor through Telemedicine!

The whole experience is very easy and pleasant. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone is very polite and attentive. Doctor Merino clarified my questions and was very sweet. I felt welcome and taken care of.

Have been seeing Dr Merino for a couple of years now Dr Merino is a very personable person and a pleasure to work with, unfortunately she has had problems with some of her staff who have made mistakes but I do not go their to see her staff.

On my first visit staff was nice, helpful, professional and friendly,Waiting time was minimum, doctor was very attentive.First impression was very good.

This is the most unprofessional doctor’s office. Very dissatisfied with scheduling.After having my labs done I’m waiting for results due over a month. No one is responding on patients portal ( while they estimate 5 days for reply, it’s being over 3 weeks for me).When you are calling the office no one picks up the phone if your number already added to the system. When you call from the new number though, it’s a different story. After a week trying to reach out to the office someone finally picked up the phone, only to find out that appointment was already scheduled for me ( without me knowing of course) office never notifies you.Week 4, finally got to reschedule appointment (I didn’t make) as a telemedicine. Payment was collected from me via the phone, had to call several times the day of appointment to make sure on how would it work. At time of the appointment no one reached out to me. After making 14 calls and leaving voicemail someone finally picked up the phone only for me to find out that my appointment was canceled with no plans to notify me of that.I’m not sure what’s going on here but I definitely don’t feel that my time was valued. UNPROFESSIONAL

Based on my initial consultation, Im very glad that Dr. Merino and her office has become my new medical home as she put it. The office is readily accessible from a parking lot, social distancing and masks were practiced and everyone was professional and pleasant.

This Dr is highly recommended. Professionalism, kindness and most of all she treats you like a human being not like a number.

I had a HORRID experience with the staff. I made an appointment to see the doctor weeks in advance, you’d expect them to have gotten their act together in times like this except, the receptionist was rude and asking me private information in front of other patients and calling my insurance companies for information that usually is gathered prior to a patient’s arrival. USELESS & incompetent staff hence I walked out! Sadly, never got to see the doctor but the staff should be changed for SURE

Absolutely horrible experience at this office. Made two appointments back-to-back, for my daughter and myself. I called to confirm the time of the appointments the week before. Arrived at the office and one of the appointments had been changed to 4 hours later!!!! Office manager told me it was my problem not their mistake. If you cant trust the office to be managed properly, how can I trust the office with my health!!!

The office was clean and the protocols were in order for Covid 19 prevention. Dr. Merino and Jackie are always very professional. A bit more explanation should be given to the patient by the reception staff regarding copies of the documents received.

I was VERY pleased with the Covid safety protocols in Dr. Merino’s office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merino for years. Dr. Merino is one of the best physicians I have seen, and she truly does care about her patients. Her and her staff and absolutely incredible and hospitable, while you are at your appointment.Getting an appointment, however, is complete hell. You will have to try calling for days, because leaving a message with your call-back information is completely useless.If you are calling for a general check up, the process to get an appointment is not as infuriating. But when you are sick, and feeling terrible, and want to get an appointment to see the doctor, it is INCREDIBLY frustrating.It deeply saddens me that I have to look for a new physician, there have been moments where I was forced to go to urgent care instead of my physician because of the obstacles to get an appointment.I find it ridiculous that any physician would put their patient through this horrendous process, especially a physician that appears to truly care for their patients.The second star is for the incredible treatment, otherwise this would be a no star review.

Dr. Merino was recommended by my gyn. My experience at this office has always been pleasant. The staff are professional and courteous. Ive never experienced no one answering the phone or my calls not being returned. The doctor is personable and professional. She spends an adequate amount of time talking and answering questions I really like that they draw blood in the office which saves me a trip to a separate lab. Im very satisfied so far.

I have been going to Dr. Merino for about 10 years now after she was recommended by my Gyn. I feel like she really cares and is very conscientious of her patients. Her staff is friendly and professional. I dont understand the negative reviews about late appointments and unavailable staff. In all my years I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes (way less than other doctors offices). One of the best things is that she does blood work in her office so you never have to go to a lab and this saves a lot of time. I am very skittish about needles but her nurse is the best and I never get nervous about having blood drawn in her office.

Dr. Merino, ALWAYS takes the tme to spend with you, no matter what is wrong or if its just a check up. She is THE BEST ! And her staff is kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I am lucky to be a patient !

I visited Dr. Pamela Merino’s office today for the first time on the recommendation of my gastroenterologist. Her front office staff and nurse were very friendly, warm and welcoming. Very disappointed with the schedulingMy insurance carriers switched in October and I lost my primary and in search of a new one . I called October 1 and booked the soonest appointment available on November 18th . Then surprised to not get a follow up call like most offices do to remind you of your appointment I called to confirm myself. I was then told the doctor would not be In today and my appointment was cancelled . When I asked when the next available appointment was I was told January.I have been in pain for months and really in need to figure out what’s going on with my body and find this Insane!Cannot say anything about the quality of care but this definitely has rubbed me the wrong way .

Save yourself the aggravating experience of using Dr. Merino. She and her staff are incredibly unprofessional and will bill you incorrectly for everything. I went twice and every bill was incorrect. They don’t answer calls or emails and have no regard for patients paying because of their errors. My insurance has had to fix many incorrect bills because she refused. Her last attempt to charge me incorrectly was because she deemed my annual to not be an annual and billed me $800 for discussing general health concerns with her. Horrendous doctor who only cares about money and not her patients or their health! Going here will harm your health more than anything else! Stay away!!!!

Dr. Merino is an incredibly good primary care physician. She has been my doctor for the past few years and has attended to my entire family as well. Her style is warm caring and very professional. Her staff are also very helpful and accommodating to patients needs.I would recommend her to both family and friends, and have done just that.

I had a good experience with Dr. and her staff, they are helpful, friendly, attentive and interested in your health problems, they are very punctual and value the time of others. In my first appointment I was late for reasons beyond my control, she could not attend me due to the short time that was missing and because I had responsibility with other patients, I understood perfectly that she liked to take time with people, I saw it very responsible for your part. To attend to me the day I am late, then I would be taking time away from the next patient and the next and the next and the next, which would not be fair. I would recommend it

This is the most UNPROFETIONAL doctors office that JAMAZ I HAVE SEEN!PLEASE NOOOOOO GO!I took my girl for a discomfort in the arm, the cure without any anesthesia to cut off the excess I had in the arm. The pains were horrible, and the girl cried nonstop.But this is nothing, when I receive the bill I call the office to pay the bill,I got an answering machine constantly. I left several messages, and when in the end someone answered me the receptionist treated me as I can not explain, so that being vulgar if vulgar would be little. And calling to PAY ..Horrible Dr. Horrible treatment of employees. Jamaz will return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRA! My wife was an emergency because of a severe malaise, the appointment was at 8AM and we have a 6-week-old baby. She and her family have been clients for 10 years and have recommended it to many clients.
