BE AWARE!!! This company is a FRAUD! Our company booked a shipment from Canada to the USA. It is their door move. We sent them all the paperwork including customs clearance 5 days before arrival and they confirmed everything was in good order. This company came back to us 12 days after arrival and said your shipment did not get delivered because of cold weather. We called our colleagues in the USA and nobody reported inclement weather. They took our shipment to hostage and said if they dont pay them $6250 for storage they would not release our shipment. We called their number 888-388-OOCL and their customer service rep Nikki Empey said, quoted, we did try to deliver at the time of arrival then hanged up. NEVER EVER DONT EVEN think to work with this company.
