I purchased the ultimate facial. The environment was lovely. My esthetician was darling. The products were amazing! However, what was supposed to be an 80 minute facial turned out to be 45. I was told I was done. That much money for almost half the time is NOT ok. Very disappointed!!

Love this place. All the staff are absolutely lovely and super helpful and accomodating! They take their time to explain everything they are doing and make you feel relaxed and comfortable even when they are extracting an unsightly pimple. The med spa is very clean and well appointed for a very soothing experience. They offer an incredible array of services but dont push you to get any you dont need/cant afford. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had lots of facials over the years, but every time I get a facial at Revivology I’m reminded how great they are. The spa is beautiful, peaceful and calm. They use top notch products. For my first visit experience here I started with the Ultimate facial and added on the derma-planing because I heard really good things about it if you are barely familiarizing yourself with the facial spa industry.The esthetician (Kennadie) who I was signed to was really friendly, did a really great job, walked me through on the whole process step by step, products she used & explain the purpose of the product she is applying on from creams to serums which helped me better understand which was great! Towards the end of my visit I asked kennadie what she recommended to help with my acne scars then it lead me to my second visit for a chemical peel and Micro needling, the esthetician (Anjuli) who was doing my chemical peel whom was also really friendly, did a great job making sure I was comfortable, walking step by step on the process!Personally in my opinion I had a good experience here not only of the service they provide but also timing & then Great stuff who work here!5 out of 5 reviews rating from Me! 🙌🏻

Kelsi was amazing! Im a newbie to skincare and she really listened to my concerns and wants and made tailored recommendations for me. I felt completely relaxed the whole time and after my hydrofacial my skin has never looked so dewy and glowing! She is also a wizard with eyebrows and has changed my life with brow lamination. Will definitely be going back to Kelsi again. Highly recommend!

I had an IPL by Anjuli and it was amazing. My skin completely transformed with one session. Anjuli was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable through the process. She told me exactly what to expect for my skin following the treatment so I wasn’t surprised by anything. She recommended products and gave me some samples to help with recovery. I can’t wait to go back!

I like the place and the attention, they are all very attentive, but in terms of service, it is always very fast. In my experience with laser hair removal each session lasted no more than 5min, recently I had the hydrofacial which promises a duration of 45 min to 1hr, it lasted no more than 28min. I feel that for the cost of this treatment I should have received a facial with more care

I just had my mommy makeover with Revivology and the whole experience has been so amazing the team has been so helpful and have made sure I got everything I wanted. I went to 3 other doctors before I picked Revivology and I will tell you they made me feel at home and had so much peace in making my decision. They were not Pushy like the other 3 places I went to. I was referred to Dr. Kelly from a friend and had a major surgery completed by him. From the moment I walked into the office I felt so welcomed and cared for. The area felt very clean and sterile. The receptionist were very professional and really showed care for my own personal needs. Dr. Kelly was extremely professional, it speaks very loud when a doctor actually listens to what type of look you want and gives you the best options for surgery without being bias, he was gentle and extremely professional in his manner. WARNING: Please read all reviews before going here. Us 1-star reviewers are not just angry people, we are real customers that had a really terrible experience due to unprofessional practices. Yes, some people had a good experience here but if you go...you are taking a gamble. My wife, went in for a simple scar revision (from a car accident) and she came out looking completely different. She looked more like herself after the car accident. Now her eyes wont close, she has dry eyes all the time, the eyelids are uneven, and cosmetically? The doctor’s work aged her 15 years. I went to all the post-ops appointments and it was very clear Dr. Kelly had no idea how to fix the mess he had made--worse he had no remorse, not a hint of even wanting to reimburse the now necessary operation to fix his mistakes. When my wife wrote a review, the office manager contacted her asking her to take it down. Then suggested she needed a month to get things sorted out...it was a lie. Its been over a month and nothing. It’s all a tactic to look good for the readers. So be aware, do not gamble with your body, there are other options out there...at least go to a place that if they mess up they are humane enough to make things right.UPDATE: as I expected, right after I wrote my review the manager contacted us right away to say something like oh we are working on your case we will get back to you. Do you guys think they did? NO they didnt. We definitely want our money back for a service that was very poor. Dr. Kelly should be man enough to say hey I can see that what I did didnt turn out very well, let me help you get it fixed. So, to all potential customers, please understand that this is a place that if everything goes well all is good, but if something doesnt go right they will do nothing to remedy their mistakes. The cost of the reconstruction necessary after Dr. Kellys work will be $25,000. I came in for a simple scar revision after a car accident...left with more complications than I started with. 2+ doctors confirm my eyes do not close anymore, my vision is getting worse as a result, muscles have been damaged, ptosis, and more. Its all documented. Ive been aged 20 years. I would like the doctor to cover the costs incurred by his work, $25,000. But If no response is made, I will pursue more. Thank you. I use to go there for the last 2 years and was very happy until today. Maybe management changed but they have become a lot pushier in what they think we should have in terms of Botox and make it sound like that’s what you need to get. I was also asked to leave a tip which made me feel uncomfortable as they never asked before. The new nurse also bad mouthed the previous 2 injectors which made me think even less of her. I am not going back there. Bad experience overall.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Kelly and his team! At 12 years old, my right breast stopped growing and was underdeveloped. I always felt like there was something wrong with me and I felt grotesque. My left breast was a full, round B while my right was cone like and under an A. It made bras so uncomfortable and they would constantly shift because I couldnt fill out the right side. I felt so unattractive and would hide my chest when intimate. Finally at 31, I decided to do something for myself for once. I discovered Dr. Kelly due to all of the amazing reviews and he did a pre-consultation by video (due to COVID-19). He immediately made me feel comfortable and confirmed that I did have a problem with my right breast called Poland Syndrome. It was such a huge relief to hear a professional say that I do have an issue! I planned to get a second opinion after my in-office consultation with Dr. Kelly but he won me over! The fact that he goes by my measurements and proportions instead of cup sizes sealed the deal for me. He was so professional and the girls are just wonderful! Kari was so amazing with helping me and answering all of my questions. The surgery went smoothly and after 3 weeks of rough recovery (due to my condition), I was finally starting to feel sexy and whole. Dr. Kelly always was there for me and answered my questions at odd hours even if at night. Im 2 months post-op now and my right breast is taking agonizingly slow to drop due to my thin tissue but I couldnt be happier! Dr. Kelly made a dream come true for me and now I cry tears of happiness and not of disgust. It may be considered a vain thing but I am finally truly happy with myself and my confidence is so high now! I also get lots of compliments on how proportional my implants are with my body.Thank you so much, Dr. Kelly and his team! I seriously cant thank them enough!!!

I’ve been wanting to have a laser treatment done under my eyes but before a vacation or over a long weekend and the doctor’s schedule is very limited. They have been difficult to schedule...I’ve tried twice and they weren’t able to get me in either time and they also weren’t even able to do an afternoon appointment. The location is convenient but their availability and scheduling is difficult to say the least.

Dr. Kelly is awesome. Very educated and well experienced. Prior to my surgery, he advised me on things to do and not to do. All in all- I really appreciated his honesty. The post surgery guidance I received from him was exceptional. He followed up with me every week for atleast 8 weeks. We are still in touch. Its very rare that you are friends with your doctor but I am happy to say I got my surgery done with Dr. Kelly at Revivology. Highly recommend!

MiraDry is AMAZING!! I teach professional courses and hated always worrying about embarrassing armpit sweat when in front of my audience. This machine saved me from a lot of preoccupation about any of that. I now sweat very little there and dont worry about wardrobe or armpit sweat anymore. I have not tried any of their other services but HIGHLY recommend MiraDry. Kari B was amazing!!

$75 charge if you no call, no show. I went to my appointment. Waited 30 min between the lobby and the patient room. Obnoxious receptionist making YouTube videos while I had to wait. I was nervous as is and having to head their loud banter didn’t provide the calming environment as portrayed in advertising. Definitely not a Spa experience. Was told to get undressed and wait in a robe, which I did. Then was told the doctor decided not to come into work today. It was humiliating and not a way to run a business. I had to take work off for this appointment as well as my husband. I Wouldn’t recommend this place or the experience I had to my worst enemy.

Last year, I got a beautiful tattoo that I absolutely adored with my best friend. It was perfect, but after about a month I started developing an allergic reaction to the tattoo and ultimately had to go on steroids due to a severe allergic reaction. The doctors told me my only option was to get it removed. I searched high and low for a place that I felt comfortable with. Ultimately I decided to go with Revivology and I am SO HAPPY that I chose to go here. I live in St. George, so its about a 3.5-4 hour drive, but to me it is so so worth it. The facility is so beautiful and welcoming, but above that the staff is amazing. They talked with me through my consultation and told me roughly how many sessions I would need and all the extra things to do to help with recovery. They do offer a lidocaine injection that you can use so that removal is pain free. I decided not to use it, so it is painful, but the staff will take as much time as you need for your session. My tattoo is not gone yet but it is getting there! I am very happy with the service I have received at Revivology and I would highly recommend them!!Thanks Reviviology!!

Dr. Kelly and his staff are beyond awesome and competent. I have had several rounds of Botox for my forehead and also did the awake procedure for my chin and neck.Recovery was very fast and everyone made me feel comfortable. I was nervous that I would feel pain since you are not under general anesthesia but I felt no pain at all. Most importantly, my chin and neck look fabulous!!!Now my husband are doing the Hormone Replacement Therapy and it is going well. We are excited to back on track since we are in our mid-40s and early 50s.I am from Southern California beach cities. It is a real privilege to have someone of Dr. Kellys caliber here in South Jordan. The staff and office remind me of my time in Beverly Hills with my plastic surgeon there.I dont think you could possibly go wrong with utilizing Revivology for your needs.

I have had great Botox experiences with both Dr. Kelly and Gabby. They made me feel comfortable and earned my trust very quickly, and I can say wholeheartedly that do not miss the wrinkles or scowl lines in my forehead one bit!

I had liposuction done by Dr. Kelly about 7 months ago and I am VERY displeased with my results. Not only did he give me random incisions all over my stomach, but I was given no cream to help with scarring. Also, I was only given a piece of paper with aftercare instructions instead of telling me before my surgery. I wore my compression garment as long as they told me to, but my stomach and back not only has ugly random scars all over the place, but when I compared photos side by side, there is NO difference. I wasted $5,000 and the vertical crease on my stomach is now worse than it was before. He didn’t give me an hour glass shape at all. Not sure he even took any fat out at all!!! Such a bad experience!!!
