Fine place when they’re open! But this is the third time in a month I’ve come by after opening and they’re not open. Currently sitting outside at 9:26 and they were supposed to be open at 9. They need to get their morning schedules figured out!

Ive gone here for years and loved it. In the middle of my transaction after waiting in line the phone rang and they took the call, then went on back and spent ten minutes dealing with another issue leaving me in the middle of a transition, not a word or apology. I finally had to just walk out as I couldnt wait around any longer while they were resolving other issues, and I heard the issue and it was by no means items or I wouldve completely understood. Worst service Ive had in ages at a UPS location and Im usually extremely patient knowing how hard they work

Waited 20 minutes after they should have been open for someone to show up. Finally gave up and watched at least a dozen other customers do the same. I read a similar review from a month ago so apparently opening on time isnt a priority for this location.

If i could not give this a star i would. It does not deserve any stars at all. This place is trash. If you want your money taken from you go here. They do not know what the hell they are doing. Please train your employees longer. Everyone would appreciate it. I will never ever ship out from UPS again. You all need assistance.

A week after I mailed a package at this store I got a phone call saying my package was undeliverable. Not sure why I have mailed to this address before. They told me it had a box number and they don’t deliver to box numbers. Really?? Then why did you tell me you could mail it? I was told I need to pick up my box and I would not be refunded. I called UPS and asked them about a refund and was told if the UPS store called UPS I could get a refund. When I told that to the man that helped me he said they gave the wrong information. I wanted to talk to a manager and he took my information and said I would get a phone call. I haven’t gotten one. I took the package to the post office and paid $9 and the package has been delivered. I knew I was paying more when I mailed it UPS but was trying to help smaller business (UPS Store) out. The customer service at this location is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst location! I have gone in at least 15-20 times and every employee has been rude, unprofessional, and acts like you are wasting their time. They are usually all sitting on their phones and act so inconvenienced by a customer walking in.

There is an older guy that works there. I walk in, no line, dropping off a package. I’m in the store and he says “sir you need a mask” put a sign that says masks required. Dont make me walk back to my car when it would take 5 seconds to put packages on the table. This dude is a horrible employee.

We got to the store 10 minutes before the posted closing. Three other cars came within 5 minutes and the 2 associates inside refused to acknowledge us or open the doors.Nothing says we want your business than awkward glances from the other side of the locked doors.

Update: You really should be more consistent about your requirements for picking up packages. The exact same person that has given me packages before with exact same last name decided to “follow” the rules this time and ask me for more forms of identification. Dude. I’m sorry you hate your job but you can totally find one you like at any point in time…or at least be consistent with adhering to your company guidelines.Literally sitting in front of business that doesn’t exist. Please update address on Google. 👎🏼

This location helped me with a cross-country move, and the experience was exceptional. What could have been an extremely stressful undertaking turned out to be smooth sailing: Easy and cost-effective. Erin (the manager) definitely went the extra mile to make it so. Her personal effort and positive attitude are wonderful!

I come here often. Dan is never friendly. Today I came in and a very nice lady was helping me. She was obviously new, but she was very friendly and kind. She kept asking asking Dan questions. He seemed annoyed and was very rude to her. It was very uncomfortable.

Every time I’ve come to the UPS store lately I have to watch the person who is helping to make sure she doesn’t mess it up. This last time she put the wrong label on the wrong package. It’s convenient, however, I’ll find a different place going forward because it’s not worth the hassle. Why should I have to make sure she’s doing her job right? Also, I believe the owner was also in the store and he wasn’t helpful and was actually ambivalent when I let her know and very unhelpful to the customers who were getting their passports. Don’t go here.

The trainee there was very helpful, I believe his name was Kelvin or something. Though there is a grumpy guy in there. When we had a question the trainee would ask this other guy who is probably the manager. He was just slightly grumpy in his tone.

I sell a lot of valuable clothes online and have had problems with lost mail and terrible customer service at USPS post offices in the past. Every time I come here I can expect my package to get where it needs to go in a timely and safe manner. The employees are always super friendly too. I started to take my USPS packages here also because of the reliability and superior staff compared to the Sojo and West Jordan post offices. This location has made shipping from my online business easy and reliable. Thank you guys!

I am literally sitting outside this store. It is 9:10 they open at 9. No one here. Doors locked. The UPS DELIVERY GUY loaded up his cart with deliveries only to find them closed!! He is now UNLOADING his cart back into his truck!!!! This location is awful!!! I came here about 15 months ago in a rush and forgot to tape up my package. I asked the guy if I could borrow some tape and he said, “You can’t give the tape back so it’s not called borrowing”. The store was busy and I was very embarrassed. He made me buy an $8 roll of tape instead of taping the box for me!! Back to today...the woman finally showed up and told the UPS driver there is NO WAY she can get here before 9:06 because of traffic lights!!!! WHAT??? The driver UNLOADED his truck AGAIN. I’m shocked!!! If one of my employees told me they can’t get here before open because of traffic lights or any other lame reason I would fire them. Oh! And while I was sitting here waiting for the disrespectful person to arrive at their job I read some of the reviews this store gets and the responses from the “owner”? Excuses! Validating your employee for ignoring a customer during the eclipse??? Seriously?? Yes it’s an awesome event but it’s also a SLOW event. To be ok with it and brush off your customers feelings by explaining yourself is insane. Saying “it was a big football day” when another customer is ignored by your clerk talking about football?? You need to clean house and get people who care about other people. This store SUCKS!!!! I

I would avoid using this location at all costs. I paid to have them safely package and ship my item and it arrived severely damaged.The employee honestly could care less. He kept shrugging his shoulders and saying not our fault. Apparently the ups store isnt even ups, and he made it a point to declare over and over it was ups fault and as such he didnt care.I didnt go in angry or expecting anything since I know things happen, but honestly the employee acted like he had 0 interest in helping me.A simple apology wouldve made the situation better instead I got a shrug and a I could care less attitude. Hell even when I worked at the bank I apologized to frustrated customers when it wasnt mine or the banks fault. Really sad you get better service from the bank than you do at the locally owned ups store.Anyways avoid this shop at all costs. The packaging they did was a single wrap and not proper packaging at all and now I have to pay for their shoddy service and be frustrated with the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

The staff is always friendly and my packages always get where they need to be. Once, I needed help tracking a package and they spent tons of time with me on the phone to help me confirm delivery. Im glad they are in our area.

Absolutely terrible. Went in to drop off pre-packaged items only to have 2 people working there refer to a shipping address/name as gun sounding and asked what the contents were. I advised it was gun parts and they refused the drop. Not to package or sell shipping, but refused a pre-paid and labeled drop-off. They held up a laminated form and cited some rule stating they could not accept these things, which referred to them being an Access Point, which they are not. They made statements that all the other The UPS Stores would refuse as well. Hostile towards local small business. I drove to another location which I have been to before, just more distance from the house only to have the manager walk out and open the door for me and my packages. Dropped them off and away I went. Avoid this location as the workers seem to allow their prejudices and discrimination to justify refusing service. Wonder how UniShippers is going to take being told that a franchised UPS location refused to take shipments.

Very, very disappointed with the service I received from a specific employee at the South Jordan location. I recently started an online business that requires regular shipping. Being unfamiliar with the ins and outs of shipping with UPS, I wanted to visit the store to speak with an employee to hopefully gain some knowledge to ship items through UPS. The man who attempted to help me was rude, condescending, and unwilling to help me. He actually asked me to step aside so he could help the next customer. Really poor customer service. I didnt get his name, but i would guess he was in his late 50s or so.Another employee stepped in and assisted me from that point forward. He was very kind and patient.With this being said, it is very unlikely that I will be using UPS to ship items for my business.

The only reason I give them one star is because I cant give them zero stars. I was not aware that the solar eclipse was a national holiday that closed ups stores down but apparently that is the case for this location. We went to get a package sent off finding a note saying they were closed for the eclipse but we saw an employee in the back so we knocked and he looked right at us and left out the back door. Never going to this location again because the customer service is consistently terrible

Not more than an hour ago, I walked inside this store and gently placed my package on the counter, at which point an older employee approaches, picks up the package and vigorously shakes it around and asks me whats inside. I was disgusted and horrified at this mans inability to respect someone else property and privacy. Not that it was any of his business but i let him know that there was an expensive micro chip inside so he probably shouldnt do that. He begrudgingly stops and proceeds to get a larger box to place my package inside. I ask him if we can write fragile on the box so that it is handled with care. He very loudly states A CONVEYOR BELT CANT READ... Oh really? I truly had no idea that a simple machine using a pulley system to move packages from point A to point B would be incapable of processing the semantics of the English language. Now, not to sound crazy or anything, but maybe, just maybe, Im not trying to get a simple machine to read and understand the word, but an actual human being. *GASP*. The type of human being that randomly picks up packages and shake them with no care or thought as to what might be inside. The absurdity...He forces me to buy a bigger box because according to him, if i dont, the contents of my package will be destroyed (as if they werent already from him shaking it) because the conveyor belt will supposedly do nothing but continuously hurl my package around like a hacky sack until it is handled by another UPS employee who will proceed to play rugby with it.Absolute worst experience Ive ever had. I seriously have never even written a negative review in my life. Do you know how bad an experience has to be for someone to put off their plans so they can sit down and tell other people on the internet about it? Pretty darn bad. I was in the store for like 3 minutes.Seriously if you want your package to be handled with care and to arrive at its destination on time and intact i would strongly suggest you find another store or service to do that for you. I would give 0 stars if i could. The way i was treated was abysmal and appalling. I had no idea people that crass were capable of being gainfully employed. I guess that says a lot about UPS and who they hire to represent them.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a laptop through Amazon that was being shipped via UPS. We were not home when UPS got there so they left a “sorry we missed you” message on the door directing us to go pick it up the next day after 1. We went the next day after one and they told us that the package was signed for by a person named Hugh and there was nothing they could do, even though we had proof the package was not delivered. UPS did NOTHING to help us find our package that THEIR driver had last- Do not trust them - their system is extremely flawed!!

Way over priced for services, wants $300 a year for a small mail box, LIED to me about U.S. Post office not excepting UPS or FedEx packages, which the UPS DOES except other packages! Got a business address with post office for $82 year.Dropped off a Package today - it was a pre-paid warranty return, I gave them the pre-printed label provided by the manufacturer - I tried to track it the next day - it had not been shipped - I check the following day and again not been shipped, I then called and they said it had gone out. I check the NEXT day, and then the tracking said it was just picked up. Bizarre.

Store is not always open on time. The sign says open at 9am, still the doors are locked. This has happened three times now. Giving the store 3 stars, since it is only a few minutes and giving them the benefit ofnthe doubt.
