Terrible customer service. I happened to have a friend who spoke the right language of the fedex employee on the phone (as English was not going to happen for this person) but that didnt help. That was after 33 minutes of trying to get transferred to a human. Its crazy but USPS is actually better than fedex now.
I went in on Thursday to mail a package and pickup one as well. I don’t know why I didn’t realize the package I was picking up was huge (a 43” monitor that I could not have carried on my own) but the employee helping me was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name! He carried it outside for me and put it into the truck. I didn’t even have to ask him to do it, he just offered because I had my infant with me. Great customer service! On top of it, I had gone to UPS early to mail the same package and they quoted me almost $30 and FedEx was only $12.
Rude and unprofessional. The service here is the worst you will find. If you want to ruin your day make sure to stop by here.
Cassie (sp?) killed it! I had a rush job that I submitted online. The website said it would be done in 4 hours. I needed the job done 15 minutes ago. I called Cassie she told me she would do her best to get it done by the time I got there. When I got there she was helping another customer. 2 minute wait and she was done. When she let me preview the items we realized that my design was slightly off Center. Cassie made a few cuts and evened it right up. Like I said, Cassie killed it.

Whos ever is the owner or manager of this place. The early woman from 9:20am need to go back to copy school or learn how to help a customer. I was only trying to get a copy of documents in one page. Her help was similar to ...its impossible to do that.
This place has incredible culture. Every time I come in, the employees are happy and helpful. This is proof that, even a seemingly mundane job can be fun with the right leadership. Kudos to management and the team!
I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always been helped quickly and efficiently. I went in today needing a custom card printed for some volunteer therapy animal work and Robb went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this fedex location for all of your shipping and printing needs.

Went in on a Friday and paid $35 to have one sheet of paper delivered by Monday at 3. It was verification paperwork for an apartment. The apartments never received it. Called Fedex and they blamed the apartments and said it was for sure delivered. Talked to the apartments and the didnt ever get anything. Called FedEx again and was told it was delivered to 442 w instead of 448 W. Went to try and find it and that address doesnt exist. The apartments called FedEx and was told they never delivered it. Called again and spoke to a supervisor that said it was delivered and verified the correct address they delivered it to. No one knows where it is and I got 4 different answers from 4 different employees. This paperwork is dependant on a place for me and my family to live and fedex had been zero help trying to find out what happened to it or refund me my money. Come to find put the deliver driver mixed up packages. I will not be using them again.
Just dropped off a package up at this store, as I don’t trust any other shipping services. FedEx is my go to. This is the first time I’ve had a bad service at the store.As soon as I walked I picked up an Express Fedex cover and and Mr. Daryl shouted on my face saying you can only use that for Express package and you cannot use that now!!!!Before even I opened my mouth about why I was there, he shouting like a maniac!!The Lady upfront was very professional and knew what she was doing!The Lady mentioned Rob is the manager. Rob (MANAGER), you might want to do something about this rude and unprofessional person! He’s clearly not good enough to be in a profession which involves customer service.I wish You were there so that I could have complained it to you then and there. My immediate reaction would’ve been to abuse him, but I didn’t even respond because I’m not stupid!Hopefully you can post Daryl this feedback and get his act together!
This was my first time shipping something internationally and I was stressing about what to do. Colton, the only employee that I could see, made all my worries disappear. I had to wait a couple of minutes, because they are clearly understaffed, but when he was working with me, he was professional, kind and knowledgeable. A great first experience and an easy 5 stars. Very friendly and quality customer service
I have used the location lots and most employees are great. However Selene is not. She is a larger tatooed girl who had immediate attitude with me as I attempted to ship with her. She displayed animosity towards me right off as I checked me package in. She asked me repeatedly if I had a gun in the package and rudely said she would not help me if it did. My shipments didnt and I wondered why she would even ask me this. THEN I figured it out: I was wearing multicam camouflage clothing. I determined that Selene is an anti-gun Leftist on a mission, taking opportunity to harass what she perceived to be another one of those gun guys. Never mind I didnt ship any gun that day. And she had made this judgment solely on the clothes I was wearing that day. She should be reprimanded for her behavior and keep her political biases out of the workplace and be professional. Unbelievable.
This is just like I’ve been saying FedEx is always late and Unreliable!!!
I went there to take my passport picture and it came out wrong size. I told them that it was way too close up for US standard size. Store manager was there but hiding behind the wall and didnt even came out to talk to me. Instead, he told one of the employee to tell me that every time they re-take pictures, they need to charge me $17 or, may be I should go to US post office where they have a better measurement. I was the only customer there and they were not busy at all but they didnt even care to look at the pictures and fix their problems.
Robb was so helpful today when I was there I needed to print a coupon and he told me i should send it to his work email didnt work so he gave me a computer card to use and it charges me by the minute and I was able to print it and because I waited because my email to his work email didnt work he didnt charge me for my 2.5 minutes and printing cost if you need help at this fed ex office and Robb is there ask for his help he is the store manager
I love coming to this store! The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you the minute you walk into the store. I will continue using this store for all my printing needs.

People are really nice but they never have enough staff. There is usually a line with one or two employees stressed out because there is not enough help. Its 4:30 on a Monday, there are 8 people in line and one lady at the desk. This is pretty typical.
Colton F. was super friendly and creative to help me with a project I had. He gave me ideas and helped me make choices to best fit my budget.
I am in the process of a stressful move and had 11 LARGE and HEAVY boxes to ship and its December 13th! Trying to coordinate that from a timing perspective with the move and holidays was a nightmare. When I walked in with all of those boxes, I was expecting some serious eye rolls. Instead I was greeted warmly, given great advice to help with the coordination. Alexis and her team were AMAZING! Thank you!!! She helped me with the boxes, offered the Hold at a Facility where I was moving to in order to alleviate my timing worries, assisted me on the computer and was just a pleasure.

Great place to ship things, send faxes, etc. Sometimes I drop off packages. Four stars just because they always upsell too hard/often.
Selina got my print job done early! I am very grateful. My printer broke at the last minute and she saved the day.
Please don’t go here... they are the laziest, unhelpful FedEx that I’ve ever been to. Our company shipped thousands in shipping costs every month...the more we ship the more lazy they get. If my employees treated customers like this, they would all be fired. If you can’t ship UPS, please go somewhere else!!!

They have the weirdest gal working here. I usually drop off at the warehouse location by Bangerter but every time I try to drop off at this location she wants to quiz me about the contents... i ship 300-400 packages annually via FedEx to and from locations all over the US and this is the only place a get a distrustful quizzing by the store clerk when dropping off pre-paid packages... it’s just odd

Horrible service, the man put in the wrong zip code (even after it was written on the package), gave me incorrect prices for shipping dates, and was very rude during the whole exchange. This isnt the first time this has happened either.
Robert Smith today rejected my shipping because they want me to buy their box, even though the printer I am shipping already comes with the box, that’s the original box it used to ship to me from the factory the first place!
Colton isnt much help and the other stores helped out allot more than this one no help at all
