I just love heartstrings adoption agency it doesn’t feel like an agency it feels like family if there are any birth mothers who are looking to place with a good agency you should choose heartstrings they actually care about you and your unborn child, you will always be put first in this process the amount of care that Andrea, Callean and Jessica put forth will make you never wanna leave. This is the only agency I would deal with They have the kind of compassion that Birth mothers only dream about.

Andrea and Jessica have huge amazing hearts! They do this because they care! They always want the best interest for all involved in the adoption triad. They pour their hearts and souls into what they do! You are dealing with genuine, honest, and ethical people who love big and have servant hearts!

I was looking for an Agency that I could find a family that I was able feel like I made a good decisions about Adoption. I called and was answered by a wonderful lady named Andrea. She asked me what were my plans and what was my goals with Adoption. I told her I wanted an Open Adoption and she found me a wonderful family that wanted the same thing. Im sent pictures once a month and visited twice a year from the family. I feel so lucky to have them in my life. They are always telling me how bless they are but actually im the one who is bleseed.

They are great they treat you like family they are very kind they are there for you and they are very supportive I loved spending time with them I never meat people like them you can talk about anything and they do not judge you very down to earth people I can really say it was a hard decision but thet never left my side and I know they will be friends of mine for life

I highly recommend heartstrings!!!! Andrea, Colleen, and Jessica are some of the most amazing souls you could have the chance to incounter. They are there for you when nobody else is day or night ! They helped me find the most amazing family for my daughter who was born with special needs. They were the 2nd agency I had worked with. I was working originally with a company For 6 weeks that was only in it for money and didnt do anything to find my beautiful baby a family. Andrea found our family within a week she met with us and gave us 3 families to choose from before we even signed the papers to go with heartstrings. I had such a hard time from time to time and would call Andrea hysterical and she would always help me by being there for me at my worst. They truly are amazing they showed nothing but love the whole time.

ADOPTIVE PARENTS BEWARE: Another unethical agency just in the adoption business for the money. So disheartening since the owners are adoptive parents themselves. Jessica stated, they would work with us on reimbursement for BM expenses lost, but when the time came to actually reimburse us they made a new “policy” stating the company doesn’t reimburse.Heartstingsnis not “trustworthy” as they say on their website. Our birthmother also stated she was not happy with the care she received from Andrea, so be careful on both sides with Heartstrings.
