Awesome service and care! I have had to have MAJOR dental surgeries and I would not have wanted anyone else to do it. These guys are students with proper Drs there to make sure its done right. So prepare for more time for your work to be done but these guys & gals are using top of the line equipment and training so with a little bit of understanding and patience with appreciation and you will receive the best care available anywhere.

We asked the day we scheduled our cleaning appointment is it possible to accommodate her needs she has oxygen that won’t last all day they said YES the first appointment went so smooth second one receptionist was not helpful at all!!!! yes I am pretty upset because of how long she had to wait 30+ minutes just to get seen, and probably not getting the cleaning done in one day which it means we have to come back. Yes I understand this is a low cost institution but I did asked in advance is it possible to accommodate her need don’t say yes if that is not possible!

I think this is a great opportunity for the students to be able to get practice and gain experience. It is also nice that their participation in your treatment is reflected in the amount that you are charged for the service they provide. This benefit does come at a cost to the time that you spend there.

If you can get the appointment set correctly by their separate reception service, you have made it through step one of this awful journey. It’s really a gamble if your going to get someone that knows what their doing or not, the price may be way cheaper but get ready to spend to 2 to 2.5 hours on a one hour appt. the office blames other departments and takes no responsibility. The money you will save will not be worth the struggle you will have to go through dealing with this office or it’s staff.If you leave with a question and they say they willCall you back they won’t and will blame it on another department. Even if that answer meant that they would not be able to treat you, but thanks for wasting my time and yours.

Bad service students have no idea what they are doing waste of time

These people DO NOT even deserve one star. Worst experience of my life! I would rather pay a ton of money to see a REAL dentist then spend one dollar here. The first time they messed up my appointment type causing me to have to reschedule. Then the second time the quack of a dentist student would not even touch me! He just humored me! He mad me hold my own cheek, and could not get me out of there fast enough!! This is a horrible organization! GO ELSE WHERE!!!

As a single mom and no dental insurance, I was pleased to hear about Roseman Dental school when I started having pain and that they had even an emergency clinic. From the first day and the 2 sweet girls who caught the problem...I was so impressed by their professionalism and compassion to my pain! I ended up needing to have dental surgery and then was even more impressed by the consistent professionalism everywhere! The student who worked on me... Jason Faghihi blew my mind with how little pain I felt! He pulled 2 of my back teeth and I literally felt the relief as he pulled them out! I could tell that he knew what he was doing and I felt way less pain with him than any of my other professional dentists! So major props to this dude! Oh And his assistant student was so comforting and kept telling me how good I was doing 😂. I really appreciated him! Everyone there handled me and my sedation wonderfully! Jason REALLY was a trooper! Also the staff truly is incredible and I felt like I knew that even though it was students that were working on me...that they were involved and keeping a very close watch!If I could give my experience a 10 stars...I would! Thank you to every single person who came in my path at Roseman Dental School. You all truly made the experience very very not scary! OH and the receptionist Memory is the most professional receptionist I have ever met! All around bravo bravvvoooo to this school!

I dont know what they teach here, this was not comprehensive I went in with a segment of a molar missing and in pain, I was anxiously awaiting to get this taken care of and be pain free. But because my roots are curved wrong, theres nothing they can do, they wont even pull it. They only told me to take over the counter pain medicine and to see a specialist. That means I have to wait a whole other week to get a consultation. Apparently these people know nothing about roots and dont care to learn, I guess you have to specialize in roots because they dont teach you anything about it here. This place is geared toward people without dental insurance and or low income, a specialist is not. They could have learned a lot from my mouth, but I guess they didnt want to have me as a problem. Dont bother if you need more then a cleaning.

I’ve always gotten good and professional service here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dentists are great too ☺️! Come here and if you leave dissatisfied then you got a screw loose😄. But don’t we all😊? Anyway I GREATLY APPRECIATE AND RECOMMEND THIS THIS PLACE! My husband got his teeth removed here and hid dentures here☺️. Me and my husband have never left unhappy😄.

I think its a good option to reduce expenses on dental work. Definitely clean and professors appear to check and advise most of the work. In my case the staff hear brought about 5 more issues to my attention that a previous dentist overlooked.

I was in and out in an hour for my first exam. Will update after cleaning and getting cavities filled. One star less for not being able to get cleaning and xrays same day.

When in for them to fix a chipped tooth same day no appointment they got it done fast for a really good price! everyone was kind highly recommended! will definitely come back for any future needs.

I would not recommend Roseman Dental. I went there for the first time for an emergency appointment for a toothache. It took a very long time for them to figure out the issue. They took an X-ray and looked at my tooth gave no treatment s and charged me 200.00! I know these are students and I know they are not professional s yet. I went here to save money. I got charged a ridiculous amount and received no resolution for my tooth.

Went in for a root canal and half way through they discovered the tooth was beyond repair, so I ended up needing a surgical extraction. Everyone was very professional with me and the extraction didn’t take very long. In the end it wasn’t the result I would have liked but nevertheless it was better to have the extraction done than have a root canal on a bad tooth. Only ended up paying for the extraction. The overall procedure obviously took some time since I sat through half a root canal procedure, but for the price I paid I’m not complaining. Pretty happy with the way I was treated and the procedure itself. 😃

I had an emergency and the clinic was so nice. I was very impressed by their service and professionalism.

Great place to go! Very kind and helpful. Process does take a long time, but theyre students who are practicing their skills. Being a student herself, I understand this, and so Ill let them take all the time they need.

The worst establishment I have ever gone to - I had several tooth extractions done in March and was promised immediate dentures which was not the case, I did not receive my dentures until September because they were closed. They did not think it was emergent to have teeth, leaving me in distress, loosing weight due to the inability to eat. when I did get them they were crooked. I paid for one year in full for their useless insurance on which they will not issue a refund if I dont use it. Now they have a lawsuit on their hands - never go there, you get what you pay for, its cheap, expect cheap and unprofessional services. The dentists are idiots. I expect a full refund.

Says they’ll call back. And then don’t. I have been trying to reach someone since last Friday always called during business hours- and their voicemail says if we don’t answer we will call back when we get off the line or next business day. It’s now Wednesday and I’ve heard nothing. Sad. Initially they were great, my husband called and scheduled his appointment during his first call to them and they did a great job. I’m extremely frustrated and a little disappointed.

Chelsea Mitchell was my student dentist. She was friendly, thorough, and very caring in our appointments. I will go back for future appointments even though it is a 180 mile trip from Wyoming. Experienced staff, very friendly and nice patient care. I really do appreciate that I got good treatment with comprehensive care. I first met Nadia who exceeded my expectations; very proactive and caring young lady with smily face throughout the whole time of my visit (I really appreciate her help and patient care from the bottom of her heart). I generally received a professional explanation for all the questions I had and a professional care from the Doctor and students with an excellent teamwork. Thank you.

I had really bad teeth so my mom paid for my dentures and I now have a wonderful smile and feel better about myself. The dentist was excellent!!!

It is affordable and the staff is very nice. The building also looks nice and clean. The problem is that the process takes forever. They make you go to multiple appointments to get anything done. For example, if they have to do scaling they will only do one side at a time starting at the bottom. So you would have to go into four appointments just for that. My husband kept complaining that his wisdom tooth was killing him but they kept telling him they had to do the scaling first. We finally decided it was enough wasted time missing work hours so he went to the Community Health Center where they charge 40 per dental appointment.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted at Roseman University Dental Clinic. It was a great experience. Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday, came in at 2 PM, told the screening staff I had a emergency wisdom tooth problem. The staff transferred me immediately to urgent care. The urgent care looked at my X-ray, and extracted my tooth immediately. The whole process (including waiting time) took about 1.5 hour. Urgent care staff was super nice and friendly. Really appreciate their help!

Love this place. I get my teeth work done for a fraction of the price of a regular dentist office so no need for insurance. It takes longer to complete the work but I know they are doing a thorough job.

Im so glad that I discovered this place! Initially, I went in for an emergency and now, I have them as my regular dentist. Ive had extractions and were working towards my dream smile. Each crown only costs $400. Im getting a total of 5 crowns, partial dentures on top and bottom for my back teeth and 4 veneers. I have the same student every time I go. She is awesome and explains every step. All work is approved by professors, who are experienced dentists. The visits are rather long, but one must remember that these are students and they need to learn. I would recommend roseman dental university.

Love this place. They always have experienced professionals on hand to assist. They are very clean and always do a great job. The only thing negative I have to say is that they never answer their phone.

Come with alot of patience and leave trying not to pull your hair out. The teachers do a good job at keeping their cool with their students. Keep in mind they are students!The staff that does all the paper work and checks people in is completely useless. Running the operation like a chicken with the head cut off. Price isnt that much different then what you can get pretty much anywhere else so if I had to spend 4 hours at a dentist office for an exam again I would do it elsewhere.

Everything takes forever here! Each appointment is multiple hours for everything, even cleanings. Because it is students working on you, it just luck of the draw if you get one that knows what they are doing. Although it is cheaper, you have to miss more work to show up to extra appointments, so Im not sure how much money it really saves you.

Experienced nothing but competent professional service and results. Cost was a 4th of what a dentist had quoted. I am very grateful for this option and have had all expectations met for some highly skilled work.

Up to now my visits were good. My student dentist treated me well. Today they had me wait 2.5 hours and then told me they didnt have time to see me. My appt was at 1:00 pm and they turned me away at 3:30.

My family and I got a plan set up paid for 4 months and never went in now we are being charged 9 months of back pay wow

I do not recommend it, I took my son for a few sealants and a small resin and ended up taking more than half of the tooth for more money, it is better that you go to a specialist and not with students and teachers, think about it very well before go and if you definitely only have that option mistrust and be attentive at all times.

So I went back for them to finish pulling my tooth. Now keep in mind on the first go around they did horrific. I was in such pain they had to stop.On round two of the torture they didnt numb me good enough the big guy had to come in. It took over two freaking hou for tbem to extract my tooth now when I got home I have a huge cat lip and it looks like I have some kind of disease forming on my lip it hurts so bad.They r terrible DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY R NOT TRAINED AT ALL.

I had 3 teeth extracted and was seen a week later due to the fact that my pain was still consistent and had worsened since my last visit they had to x-ray 6 times and I heard 6 staff all say they didnt know whats going on I left with no answer to why I was in pain still and am in more pain now than I was to begin with complete agony.......so much so I cant complete even basic tasks.

Ive left two messages to try to book an appointment. Nobody EVER calls back! You can never talk to a real person! Its always a recording.

Did not like to be x-rayed 30 times and the young girl wanted to keep shooting more times. i was uncomfortable feeling unsafe with so many x-rays so close to my brain.

Spend the extra money if your planning major work. Which isnt a whole lot more. I went in for consultation and the explained that the best solution for me was extractions of all my teeth then a bottom implant and top denture. I went in the pulled my top teeth no pain was very happy. The plan was to have my bottoms pulled to weeks after. After my bottoms where extracted they decided to wait 4 more weeks for my gums to heal and then redo the molds. I was told this way the molds would be more accurate and the temporary dentures would fit better and last longer.(it would be worth the extra time without teeth they promised) after my new molds were taken it took two more visits to get them right before they were sent to the lab. (We are at 9 weeks now without teeth)When my temporary dentures were finally ready they put them in and they were noticeably TOO BIG I voiced my concerns with the student and teacher only to be told its only because its a foreign object in my mouth and once I got used to it they would be great. I forcfully wore them until I could be seen for a realignment they cut chunks off of them put some filler on top and bottom they were better but still uncomfortably to big I could not even speak. I am going on almost 15 months with no teeth at all and every time I talk to them or go in all they want to do is schedual my bottom implant procedure. That costs almost 2000 more dollars! I am not to eager to get permanent implants done when they cant seem to get a regular denture to fit well enough to speak clearly..... for the last three or four weeks Ive been trying to contact the dentist that did my work to resolve this problem (I.e. Get a new set,get a refund) I havent heard anything in return. If you like not having teeth and feeling helpless about doing anything about it then try these guys I would take my cracking old teeth everyday over what Ive gotten from this place NOTHING BUT A BILL. AND PRESSURE TO PAY MORE TO GET A GOOD RESULT!

Ive recommended this place to many people who need low cost dental, but for the first time, I actually experienced for myself how they handle customer service! From the indecency of their own hearts, they could not refund $25 they charged on a FREE consultation!!! I made the appointfor my friend, who doesnt speak very good English, and we were told it would be a FREE consultation to find out what needed to be done and give a price quote. I told the girl who booked the appointment that his implant had broken off. The couple went to their appoint, not expecting to be charged that day, and after their consultation were told that Rosemond Dental could not help them, they needed to go to their own dentist, and it would be $25. Once they called and told me this, I kindly reached out to Rosemond dentals business manager & asked for a refund for them because this is not what they agreed to in going to their appointment. I was simply acting as an advocate for them since the patients English is not very good. The manager said she would reach out to them and speak to the patient about this matter & see what she could do. I thanked her for helping me out even from the kindness of the companys heart, as these people did not have extra money saved for this visit. After briefly speaking to the patient, guess who did not give them their money back?Guess who just now drove to their house and gave them the $25 back?Sincerely, YoursIts not about the $25 for me, its about the principle and about having integrity. PS Ive never written a negative review of any person or place of business in my life, but I dont want this to happen to anyone else because they might not be so blessed to get compensated in the end.

My 2 and 3 year old daughters are in the membership or dental plan, I did not know that children apply from 4 years old, is it possible that they can reimburse? ALSO NO treatment has been done ANY OF US ...

For 4 years I have been attending Roseman Dental with my family, and everything is excellent, the students are amazing as well as the doctors. The only downside is the receptionist Alena, she is obnoxious and rude.
