My experience with QFloors has been absolutely top notch! The program is so user friendly! Everything is so accessible with a click of the button. This allows you to see the job through front beginning to end and ultimately be able to review the financials of each and every job with ease! On top of this, I cannot say enough about the customer service they provide! They are always right there to answer a question, log right in to your system & are dedicated to see you through! I would highly recommend the QFloors program & their team!!

QFloors has been nothing but amazing. Be prepared to put the work forward in setting up, but this system is a beast. I would like to share my experience with QFloors....in 2015 I bought into RFMS program .........From the first day after a brief training I was left without a support team...I was told to call my trainer...I spent 6 weeks in hell...cried morning and night.....Then Q Floors came along and rescued me...The money I lost on RFMS, I recouped in less than a year....Every year as I grow my business QFloors grows along with it. Its so easy to use and understand...I can run reports that are up to date by the minute....I love dealing with QFloors..I feel like they are company that is run with good morals and they want you to succeed along with them....I know they have a lot bigger customers than me...but they treat me and my staff like we are the biggest!!!!! That says and means a lot..

After using a different system for over 32 years we finally decided to switch over to QFloors and all I can say I wish we would have done it long time ago.For one, the freedom I now have to work from anywhere has been life changing.Second, for our sales staff to be able to immediately see the profit margins on their jobs has truly been revolutionary. They no longer take off little here, little there, just to close the sale...they are definitely more strategic when pricing their jobs.Then there is scheduling of jobs...so simple, so accurate, so timley.Back to me, book keeping, so easy and so self explanatory. Weve been using QFloors since my boss opened our store in 2012 and I came on in 2019 and was thrown in to the system but the support team was AMAZING with every tiny issue I had my first couple of months. I got to know several very well lol. I dont call often now but when I do theyre as friendly, helpful and amazing as ever! The software itself is fantastic and we love the new things they are always coming up with. It is definitely a must have in the flooring industry and you should call and learn more asap!

I have been using QFloors for 8 years now and I have to say its simply the best. I have no accounting experience and QFloors makes it super simple and manageable. Maintenance fees are substantially less than others and the customer service is awesome. I would definitely recommend this program.

Hi Q floors is the BEST I have been totally satisfied with the hole deal the program and the customer service is great they answer the phone fast and help me with what ever I get stuck on I love it! I changed over to QFloors from a previous software my business has been using for 20+ years. Its been a little challenging getting things changed over. However, that was to be expected after using the previous software program for so long. The customer support Ive received by QFloors throughout this time has been great. QFloors is the best, I have been a COVID-19 victim and switched to the Cloud Version and was able to work out of my home while isolated. The great reporting and to see our staff still processing orders made the recovery much better. Great companies are backed by great people!!

I started using QFloors about a month ago when I started a new job in accounting for a flooring company in Seattle (before that I was in public accounting using Quickbooks for 7 years). The software is fairly intuitive, Ive already figured things out that the person who trained me couldnt figure out. There are a couple small clunky things about the software itself, but ultimately I am really liking the software.I will also say that their customer support is FANTASTIC. Not only have the support reps Ive called in for help been great, I even got a personal phone call from Trent, the CFO, to help me figure out the sales tax reporting in this program. He was able to walk me through it without being in front of his computer: thats how well he knows the software. And he spent probably 20 minutes with me. Not a lot of CFOs will do that.Customer service and backing gets 5 stars, I only removed one because of some of the clunkyness. But honestly Im working in it just fine and would recommend it over QB to other people in flooring.

The first few months require patience from your entire team. As we all know change is good but the transition is the hardest part.Qfloors has given us peace of mind that our accounting end is up to date and accurate. Our accounting team can quickly and accurately get any and all reports needed to give us recommendations at any point throughout the year. However we now can make the decisions on our own because we can see it in real time at any given moment.Because of Qfloors our inventory has never been cleaner or more accurate. We alone in remnants have over 550 to keep track of. We often add to the bottom line because we have inventoried returned transition pieces and are able to see that we have them in our warehouse when we make the next sale. As we all know transition pieces are a nightmare to get right and keep track of, Qfloors solves that problem.We take advantage of vendors like Shaw who offer B2B. This feature keeps our price list and product catalog updated in nearly real time even with all the tariff changes. With a couple clicks of the mouse we can see Shaw’s inventory through the software on any product. Plus we can place orders and receive order acknowledgements from the Qfloors platform.It is 2020 and we are current in our 5th year of using Qfloors. We would not be as profitable nor efficient without it. Plus when we are away from the store we have less stress because we use their cloud services.
