Filing bankruptcy can be a stressful and scary process but Justin Myers made it very easy on me. I went in and the staff was friendly and engaging. Gave me the information I needed to get for them to run my case. They were very quick and prompt with responses and making sure my case moved quickly. Michelle was amazing she gave me reminders for the classes, made sure I got everything I needed, called me before I was scheduled to go in. After my first phone call interview it was completely generic and it felt like I was on my own. I went to pick up the papers to fill out and after reading through them and filling them out. The questions were all the things he was not going to be responsible for and the thinks he doesnt do. When I am paying someone for help I would prefer to feel like an important client and it didnt feel like that at all. I called to set up the second appointment and you meet with his para legal. that is when i decided to not proceed.
