From day one of contacting Derek Beutler via email/text, I got a response early morning the next day (when I inquired of their services late night on the previous day). They gave me a list of tasks they needed me to do on my part in order for them to do theirs…VERY SIMPLE tasks! Beutler Law took care of everything. I felt as if I did nothing at all. The service provided was TOO GOOD to be true! The stress was on my part because I was overthinking things. But Derek Beutler and his team (family) were all so helpful, no matter who answered their phones, they were all on the same page about my case. They’ve assured me that things are all fine. There wasn’t a moment that I felt I had to repeat myself or felt like another file to them. As I went on with my regular routine (minus having to pay out to anymore creditors), today I had my hearing and for my part alone, I spent within 2 minutes with the trustee (mind blown)! Morrison and Murff is one of the best law firms that I have ever been involved with. I didnt actually hire I just did my free consultation and they helped me so much that I didnt even have to go the next day to court with the recommendations they gave me. I called on short notice, needed them to help the same day I called, and even though they were booked I was accomidated to do it by phone which helped a ton. They even went out of their way to call my collections agency to help set up a payment plan. I would definitely hire them in a situation that they would be able to assist with and I feel like it was worth the phone call. Best customer service from a law firm that I have ever had. Hire them. These guys were great. The staff were extremely friendly, and the attorneys knew their stuff. Totally surprised me with how many times the office went of their way to make sure I was having a good experience. They even disputed several items on my credit report after my bankruptcy and sued one of my creditors that wasnt obeying my bankruptcy discharge. They did all of this no charge to me and as part of their service. Blown away !

Exploitive, Invasive, False, and Illegal Marketing Solicitations. This firm sends solicitations with false and highly invasive text on the exterior of envelopes. The content inside is full of problematic and false information, intentionally designed as fear tactics to unethically solicit business. This firm was given a few hours shy of a week to respond to concerns. They failed to respond or take the issues seriously. The firms website also appears to have plagiarized content in which they didnt even bother to remove the name of the California law firm from where the content appears to have been taken. This firms methods of business and gaining clients appears to be an affront to the public interest and welfare of the people of Utah.
