Ended up getting spam emails from them. Not sure why they let that happen

I seldom ever post about a company but if you want to feel valued as a customer, avoid this company. Their responsiveness is on the very poor side and calls are screened in what seems an unfriendly manner. I should have cancelled them a long time ago. If I wanted to deal with all the details and issues I would go direct to one of the online insurance companies. Having an agent should equate to some help navigating issues and details.

I have been with Banasky for 3 1/2 years. Audra is my rep and she is amazing! We have done everything from renters insurance, home owners insurance, and auto insurance. Through the whole experience Audra very supportive and proactive and getting me the best deals possible. Every time we had a need for change (wrecked vehicle, sold property, etc) I would send her and email and she would have it done in no time. Being with Banasky has made my life way less stressful not having to think about insurance needs. Thanks Audra!!

I originally arranged for casualty insurance through Rob Jackson Insurance. He cared so little about my business that he sold my account to Banasky Insurance. Banasky Insurance has since utterly failed in their obligations to manage my insurance policies. I called a couple of months ago to ensure they had my contact information and that the transition from Rob Jackson Insurance would go smoothly. The transition has not gone smoothly. I learned today that my umbrella policy has lapsed, according to one of Banaskys employees, because Banasky failed to contact me to have me sign a form. This caused me to contact my mortgage company from whom I learned that Banasky Insurance is late in providing them with the information they need to pay my annual homeowners insurance premium to Bear River Mutual Insurance. I called Banasky and spoke to a representative. She promised to call Bear River Mutual and see what needs to be done to address these problems and that she would call me back. After waiting quite some time, I tried calling Banasky Insurance and got their after hours message. Apparently Banasky Insurance does not want my business either. I would caution anyone to steer clear of Banasky Insurance.

I called and asked them some questions and they were very informative! Then they connected me with the business insurance specialist and they are willing to drive to us and meet in person to go over everything in detail to make sure we are getting the coverage we need for our business! Great company with great customer service!

Banasky Insurance is amazing! We use them for our home, auto and business insurance and we couldnt be happier. Both Hiram and Audra are experienced agents who are both experts in their focus and have gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best policies for our needs. We are customers for life!

I have not worked with Banasky Insurance Inc. personally, but I have definitely heard incredible things about this Company! Banasky Insurance has OUTSTANDING Customer Service and it is rare these days to find a Company who genuinely cares about their Customers and who actually put their Customers first. Everyone definitely wants the best and when they find it, they want to share it with everyone they know and shout it to the world!! Their Customer Service has a huge part in that. I would be very leery of using this company. Without going into too much detail, they have very questionable business practices and were extremely rude when I called in and talked to an agent. Good luck if you are with them but if you are not I would steer clear.

Nate Bray at Banasky Insurance (in the American Fork office) helped me with my health insurance coverage. Health insurance is complicated and can be such a mess, but Nate is very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. He even got me on a plan that costs several hundred dollars less than I was expecting to pay. I highly recommend speaking with Nate!

I have not personally done business with Banasky Insurance (yet!), but based on the recommendation of a former neighbor of mine- I would not hesitate to call them. This neighbor turned to Banasky Insurance after the sudden death of her husband. She told us all how kind, thoughtful, helpful and understanding they were to her. At a time when she was wading through the shock and sorry of such an unexpected and tragic death, she was greatly comforted by knowing that such compassionate people still existed in the world and so very thankful for that. That speaks volumes to me of how great a company this must be- to care more about the people and less about profit says it all in a day and age when that is lacking more and more in business today.

I was with a friend who called them this past week with some questions, they were very thorough and explained some questions she had before they were even asked. Very friendly and such a close office! She is excited to start using Banasky Insurance!

I have not personally dealt with this company. My cousin deals with them. She says they are really helpful. They take the time to explain everything and help you figure out what policy is best for you. They are also friendly and always there to help.

It is rare these days to find a caring insurance company, who put their customers first- ahead of profit and money. We have been told by numerous friends and associates that they have nothing but the highest regard for this company and their employees! Well done Banasky Insurance - well done!!
