Ive worked here for a short time. To any whore looking for a job, seek employment elsewhere. The manager called me out of my name, referencing to me as girl, and sweetie, and was also upset when instead of being called into work for random days, I requested a formal working schedule in order to know my working days ahead of time. Its ridiculous that a scheduling/store manager of his age could have such difficulty making a schedule for his employees. They ask for prospective employees to be willing to be flexible with scheduling, but management themselves struggle to understand simple requests, aka struggle to be flexible with scheduling hours.

Horrendous customer experience here…. Walked in and waited at least 10 minutes till while 3 associates served the needs of one customer and did so TWICE while I waited in line, to find that they wanted to charge me $1 to tape a box for a prepaid package. When asked for the manager the young lady hesitated and said “uh I’m the manager,” which wasn’t the truth based on her response. Then another guy stepped in with bass in his voice to tell me he was the manager and condescendingly told me “this is a business!” Really!? I thought I was at a residence. RUDE! My response, “if this were a business and you’re concerned with your P&L, wouldn’t you make better decisions on the efficiency of your staff to achieve a higher return per labor hour with a better experience per customer?” His response, that’s not what we do here. 0-oThis franchise will not survive providing this level of service to its customers.

If I could give this UPS store location a rating of 0 I absolutely would. The workers at this location are extremely rude and do not know how to properly communicate with customers. In addition, if you’re trying to ship a large/heavy package you have to make sure that you can physically carry it or bring someone who can because the workers here will not assist you even upon request. The workers make going to this location a very unpleasant experience and could greatly benefit from an adequate customer service training program.

I shipped a package through them and gave the employee all the shipping information. He didnt put the apartment number on the package so instead of ups just leaving it at the building or contacting me so I could provide the appt number they shipped it all the way back to the store. Then when I came to the store to get the package sent back out THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR SHIPPING I ALREADY PAID FOR! I shouldn’t have had to pay again especially since it got sent back to the store because of THEIR MISTAKE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!

I have a box there and the staff is very rude including the owner they consistently lose packages after I had them delivered and I always have to do an investigation to get the package found wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

On Thursday I was charged $274.00 for an overnight package to be delivered Friday for my daughters 25th Birthday on Saturday package did not get delivered until Monday and UPS did not want to refund the money I paid for overnight service that turned out to be a regular delivery

Most disrespectful conversation ever encountered over the phone! Asked if hiring, the owner as he stated was ignorant and clearly should not have the power to own or run a business. Truly sad and disappointing experience, and feel bad for the current workers working for this location who are under someone like that. UPS needs to take a visit at this location and review customer service skills and speak to the owner if he can talk to me a random nobody ignorantly, Im pretty sure others are being treated the same! Poor customer service!

We had our client drop off very important documents at this store and they put the label on the wrong package and sent me someones elses package instead. When I called they said they would have a manager call me back. Never happened . When I called again i spoke to the manager Anthony who said there is nothing they can do.I do not recommend anyone to go to this store since they are obviously very careless.

I showed up ten minutes before closing with a package - it was already ready to be scanned I didn’t even need a receipt. There were still customers inside with at least four employees still at the registers. postage was already paid for and they watched me stand outside in the rain knocking on the door. I was trying to tell them I just needed to drop it off and they ignored me. I even held up the package to the glass door to show them that there was already postage on it. They glanced over at me and another customer that was also waiting outside in the rain and only motioned to us that it was closing time when it was still not even 7 PM yet. I called and they refused to answer the phone as the watched me stand outside the door. At least someone could have come to the door and said I’m sorry we can’t take you in or at least take my package without me having to step foot in the store as I mentioned I did not even need a receipt.

Went to ship a package they told me to print my label and select a envelope that was up to $2. I got to the counter my total was over $7 when I asked why they told me it was $5 to print a single piece of paper. During a pandemic where libraries are closed. I told them I wasn’t informed about the charge, they ripped the label I printed and threw it in the garbage. I then tried to drop off my cable equipment and they said they’re system is down and I’d have to come tomorrow before 1:30....? I asked them if I could leave it because I wasn’t able to make it the next day and I would be charged and they said no.

Its a ups shipping location that refused my packages because there wasnt enough room. The wide open location had tons of room. Forced me to drive 10 miles away to the next nearest location through a couple construction zones because the owner didnt want to do his job. Dont even waste your time here.

I had to drop off an Amazon return today, and this was my nearest UPS store. The service was excellent. Faith helped me by carrying the return from my car into the store. It was too heavy for me. She was gracious and smiling throughout. The entire transaction took a couple of minutes. She even helped me get some items Id left out of the box secured within in. I would definitely go back to this location.

I went to this location to have a notary service performed. It was fairly inexpensive compared to other places and what is typically charged for notary fees, however, the parameters for getting a document notarized was very limiting. They dont notarize real estate documents, and they dont notarize any documents that have anything with a monetary value of more than $5,000 (which I believe is illegal for them to refuse to do, especially since they are not supposed to read the document that they are notarizing because their only job is to verify that I am signing a document in front of them, not the contents of my document.) The notary is not there during the entire store business hours, as they were leaving early, so definitely call 1st to make sure that the notary is there and what time they will be there until before you head over there. Since my document fell within their requirements, it was notarized without any problem.

Store owner Louis was very helpful and genuine in walking me through the costs and risks associated with shipping an international package that includes a laptop or phone. I will most definite come back for all my future shipping needs.Initially I was hesitant to come in from reading the reviews, but then quickly I noticed all shipping outlets including competitors had similar ratings. Perhaps people are more motivated to take out their bad day on a local business because something is not perfect with their personal item, which I can understand. Don’t hesitate to come into any store for a few minutes and see for yourself if the business can help you.

Rude, unprofessional owner. Owner told me Dont come back again. He was rude, yelling and argumentative. I have filed a complaint with corporate regarding this store. It does not deserve the UPS brand name. There should be a class action lawsuit against UPS on this location. If there is any lawyer up to the task, pls get a list of all customers for this location. I will support and provide all that is needed to get this place shut down.

I was able to walk right in. Drop off the package. Get a receipt. And leave all in under 4 minutes. I appreciate that. The associate that helped me was okay but difficult to understand.

I Only use UPS to return packages FYI They Charge $6 to have them print a prepaid label. Most UPS stores are free or only charge $1 for computer time.

Wanted to charge 15 dollars to pick up each UPS package for a total of $60.00 which shipping was already paid, Bad business, greed at its best! I dare them to respond to this review which I know they will not, so once you see this review you should know they are not a good location to do business with. Very rude employees, I have never in my life seen a store especially one with a big name like UPS have very poor customer service. 12/18/2017 approx. 10am. I had all my labeling on the box and I asked them why their service was bad. They said while I was checking in my box thats just the way it is if you dont like it dont come back. Very unprofessional and unethical to UPS. I took my box to another shipping place in Alsip. I didnt trust them to handle my delivery but last time I will use UPS for any of my delivery service. Will also contact upper management at UPS this is ridiculous.

Horrible store owner is so rude and has no idea what customer service is. I was talking to one of the workers and he just came in with a nasty attitude. Apparently this is a franchise store and they font do Samsung products (literally what he said we dont do Samsung)

Im so pissed i go to this ups store all the time..today i fax two letters for $2.75 WHOA..the company i faxed it too told me one letter came out very blurry..so i return to the store for the acting manager to tell me he have to charge me again because it must have been something on the recieving end as to why that happen..my thing is you know i just left your store 20 minutes ago and you stand here looking like you havent shaved or took a bath in a week,with your clothes dingy and all over the place. i think it wouldve been common courtesy to refax the same letter that was just faxed especially if your a neighborhood store, and you know i was just there..the chances of me going back is slim i will only go back to return a package to the shipper thats already paid for..business must be very bad to want another fee from me,so make sure when you vist this store one thing theyre missing is customer courtesy.

This location is pathetic the employees there arent knowledgeable about anything UPS does they arent professional, friendly kind or courteous. You dont know whos employed there because no one has name tags on to identify whether or not they are a ups employee. they returned my packages back to my resident because when they should have been returned to who I purchased from. While Im there they have rap music playing very loud young men hanging out inside of the place the other employees sat and watched as an employee struggle to assist with a customer who had multiple returns I HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN....
